This cute little café was on a side street in the old part of town. The workers were incredibly friendly and warm! So much variety to choose from. My daughter got avocado toast and I got a goat cheese one. The portion sizes were good and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.
Cute, chill and relaxing. I was wondering the streets looking for some coffee before my flight. I stumbled upon this amazing place. You can either opt for indoor or outdoor dining. I chose to sit outdoors and enjoy the view and people watch (I'm not the only one who does this hahaha). I ordered the latte macchiato and a chocolate chip cookie. Both were very delicious. I was surprised at the size that the latte came in. Also, I must say they have an assortment of goodies to choose from. I wish I would've taken more photos because the place was super cute. I'm kind of surprised that I didn't. I must also add that it's located in a great area with many things to do and see. Although I was only there for a short time, I had a really good experience and the service was on point. I see why people spend a lot of time there!
Walked by this quaint little place and asked for a rosé and a water. The water never came . I then asked what kind of fruit was in the fruits salad and i was uninspired so I decided not to take it. After a while i see a salad being delivered to the table next door and wanted to get it , when i asked the waitress if it contains gluten she said I'm pretty sure it does. This place is not a big place nor was it busy but she couldn't be bothered to check . When i went to pay the bill i asked the cook who confirmed it did not contain gluten and when i shared my experience with the waitress not having fucks to give they didn't seem to care either. It was unfortunately one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. most definitely not recommend. The service at Casa Leya close by however is absolutely delightful...
It was super crowded when I went, so I had to wait in line. I got the avocado toast and it was good, but it was a lot. I also didn't get much of the yolk from the grated egg, which made me even think it was cheese. However, the ambiance is super cute to go with friends and I will come back to try other menu items.
Stopped here while walking through the alleyway and we are very happy we did. We stopped based on how adorable the patio was & there was a sign saying iced coffee with almond milk. That's what I had and my husband had an americano with milk. Both were great, pretty normal order. But the service was top notch and again, the patio setup was awesome! We also had a brownie which was rich but great shared with our son. No WiFi available here.
I really wanted to like this place, as the ambiance is really adorable, but I just can't. Our waiter was pretty curt, which is fine. I ordered a matcha latte with soy milk, chocolate croissant and the avocado toast. She first came out and said, first thing in the morning, they did not have any matcha, so I switched to a chai latte with soy milk. I then received the chai latte and croissant. I started drinking the chai and it didn't quite taste like soy milk, and how my stomach felt later confirmed she had put regular milk in it . . . The croissant came out soggy and clearly not made made there, just reheated. I showed her the croissant and she rudely just grabbed it away and brought another equally as soggy. The two stars are for the avocado toast because it wasn't bad. Overall I wouldn't recommend and it's not a good sign they don't care about people's allergies here.
Great coffee, adorable cafe in a cute street in Old Town, tasty and filling breakfast before a day of beach or sightseeing. Vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu, and many are or can be vegan, including avo toast without egg, hummus, and pb banana toast (specify no honey if strict vegan). We loved it so much we came back the next morning! The bread under the toasts is super crunchy and fresh. Service was quick, nice bathroom, and everyone is extremely pleasant.

Hobo totally became our go to spot while staying in Nice, France. The first day I arrived I saw Hobo on our walk to our airbnb. I stopped for a fresh green juice and it was delicious! Perfectly sweet and tangy. There was quite a long wait but I didn't mind it as the fresh drink made up for it. I came in an extra 2-3 more times during my 4 day stay. Once popped in for chocolate croissant... it was later in the day so it wasn't as fresh but still enjoyable. The next stop was for a morning brunch. My friends and I were starved. I started off with a fresh carrot, turmeric, and ginger based juice which was the perfect wake up call... I also definitely needed it after several days of not eating the healthiest. Then I ordered their shredded egg avocado toast and OMG it was soooo good!! Very simple yet one of the bests avo toasts i've had. I also ordered a cappuccino, it was so delicious (after adding sugar lol) I'm not really a coffee person so I wasn't sure if it was just me being in europe that made me fall in love with cappuccinos or it was really that good haha. All in all, Hobo was the cutest little cafe! Great for a quick coffee, a big breakfast, or just a short little hangout on their terrace! read more

It's located in a semi hidden alley. The ambience is chill, with different sitting options. The cookie is more shortbread and butter based and it's decent. The only thing I didn't like was the beans they used. Tasted more like the Starbucks burnt beans than I prefer. No natural sweetness. read more

Great spot to stop for breakfast - we got the board that was plenty of food for two people and came with a sampling of everything.. The avocado toast and yogurt bowl were really good and I loved the mix of meats and cheeses as well. Easy open seating for walk-in and fast service! read more

We stumbled across this place, and we're delighted. We were looking for iced coffee, one of the few places that has it in Nice. And stayed for lunch. The food was amazing! Fresh, delicious, and very large portions. And the servers are super friendly and helpful! This place is a gem!! read more

This is a decent place to stop in for a drink or a snack in Vieux Ville. The prices are a little high for what you get, but it's still cheaper than Starbucks and it's in the middle of a pretty touristy area. They have a decent selection of coffee drinks, and sweets (muffins, brownies, and several flavors of cookies) - mostly things you'd find in a coffee shop in America. If you want something savory, they do have some soups. I had a chai latte and it was nice - a bit on the sweet side, but the milk part and foam was nicely made. There are a few seats if you want to have a drink inside and relax and the ambiance is very homey and the staff is very welcoming. Some (if not all) speak English which is helpful if you can't speak French although the names of most coffee drinks are the same in English as they are in French, so that should make ordering easier. All in all, if you're in the area and need some caffeine or a drink, this is a decent place to stop but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. read more

It was rather difficult to find a cafe where I could just hang out and read and relax. When I came across HOBO coffee I thought it looked exactly like MY kind of cafe- better yet, they had coffees AND sangria, so I could switch over to the boozy drink by afternoon. I came here twice during my last stay in Nice, and the staff are very friendly and chill, making this the perfect cafe spot. read more
