I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. When we contacted the company to discuss our concerns, rather than acknowledging the deficiencies, they suggested our expectations were too high and did not take responsibility for the quality of the work performed and offered a lousy 10% off. Additionally, we were charged for the higher-tier service package despite requesting the lower-tier option. We initially did not object to the additional cost, assuming the enhanced services had been completed. However, after reviewing the scope of work, it became clear that many of the added services associated with the higher-tier package were either not completed or not completed to an acceptable standard. Because we had not yet moved in, we inspected the home a few days later and promptly contacted the company to request a touch-up cleaning. After initially indicating they would review the matter, Molly Maid later declined to return or offer any resolution, citing the five-day delay in reporting the issues and stating there was no "intent" to leave the home dirty. I was disappointed with both the quality of the kitchen cleaning and the lack of customer service in addressing the concerns. We used Arizona Clean Pros for our move-out clean in the home we vacated and they did an AMAZING job for half the price!
