    G-Shock battery replacement
    Cesar G.

My G-Shock watch's battery went dead. Brought it here and they replaced it in 10 minutes. All for less than $20. I was happy and I'll be back for any type of watch repair.

I dig that Yelp has a way for me to get online quotes for services I'm interested in. The response for quotes are quick and responsive if I have further questions. So we have a Movado watch that needed a new battery so we rolled by to get it replaced. Chris the owner responded to me via the Yelp platform and when we arrived he was the only one helping his customers. We had four people ahead of us and I was thinking we'd have to wait a long time but luckily when it was our turn he changed it right away. Awesome service plus use your Yelp checkin to get $2 off for the battery change. He sells watches and coo coo clocks also and for the watches you get an additional 25% off. He doesn't have a great selection but that's okay since I wasn't looking for a watch. Go get your watches serviced here.

I was in Whittier and decided I'd look for a watch repair shop to replace the batteries in a couple of my watches. While enjoying a burger at Rubys, Sears was right across the way. I remember Sears used to have a repair shop inside. I Yelped watch repair and Crystal Watch was a top recommendation in the immediate area. We walked in and thankfully the only patrons at the time. He took my watches and changed the batteries WHILE WE WAITED. I'm pretty rough on my watches, I work outside and am expensed to the elements. After the new batteries he set the time on my watches and mentioned one of the watches, due to the dirt around the backing, would not seal properly. He recommended I not submerge my watch, it would ruin the movement. The next time I'm in the area of Whittier, I'm bringing the rest of my watches for batteries here

He originally learned his trade from his father in Vietnam, and when he immigrated to the West, he received formal training in Switzerland. I have dealt with many other watchmakers of varying competencies, but none were as skilled as he. As a consequence of his skill and low prices (he underprices himself), it's not unusual for him to have more than 20 watches in line for repair; so unless it's a simple repair, there may be a wait. As far as him being "rude", I can understand how Mr. Thai's forthrightness and honesty could be misinterpreted is rudeness by those who do not know him well. I personally appreciate it. I don't waste his time and he doesn't waste mine. If you want competent, skilled work done by an honest man at a reasonable price: go to T&T Jewelry.

Same experience here. I probably wouldn't trust them with a mechanical watch. Owner gets frustrated…read morebecause I have extensive knowledge of watches being a collector. Won't let you check serial #'s to make sure they're not fake. Prices for his watches are for full sets even though you're buying watch only. And they know absolutely nothing about the history of what they sell. When was it last serviced? Was this bought from another dealer or at a swap meet? What kind of movement? Quick set or no set? They don't know. I bought my 2nd watch from here just to give the benefit of the doubt. Got a good price of 150 with new battery. It ran slow. I go back to try to reconcile this the day after and the first words said, " That watch was supposed to be 200." and then she thinks I'm lying because the watch ran good for the 5 minutes, she observed it. I can already see where this is headed. So, I ask if I can return the watch and the associate says, " Sure its ok because we know how you are." Oh really. No problem. I'll take my business elsewhere. And I suggest you as a consumer, do the same. Do not buy watches from here. He's a watch technician and not a watchmaker, big difference.

When my Mom passed away 3 years ago, that necklace was entrusted to me. Although it had a broken clasp, it is now an heirloom & is priceless to me! Finding somewhere to trust with the clasp repair proved challenging as I didn't want the piece to be sent off to parts unknown for repair by persons unknown! And then I found Beyond Two Rings in La Habra. I walked in on a Saturday morning & was immediately greeted by Daisy. After a brief consultation I was confidently sure I was in the right place. Repair work is done onsite by a master jeweler! Pricing is transparent & reasonable. The repair was beautifully done in a week. The business is family owned & operated - Which I love. I highly recommend Beyond Two Rings as a premier place to purchase, design, or repair your precious jewelry!

I reached out on Yelp asking multiple jewelers about medium thick chains for memorial necklaces…read moresince we want something durable. Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. Although we are still on the search for the "perfect" chain for each of us (we are not major jewelry people but need this to be just right for us in every way), I appreciate the help that Jeweler's Touch gave and would recommend them for anyone looking for a custom piece or specific jewelry services.
