i was referred to this Kiosk by a friend for battery replacement. Batteries were only lasting about 6 months. After replacing the 2nd battery, Alan diagnosed the problem. A previous jeweler replaced my motor and apparently the post that holds the hands was too long so it would hit a certain time which wore down the battery. Alan replaced the motor with a correct fit. I needed a watch band adjustment, which he did in a truly skillful way, handling my watch with a lot of care, he was truly focused on doing a great job. He also gave me some great advice for my watch, which I truly appreciated. The kind of service I received today reminded me of the way the Polish writer Jan Dobraczyński in his book "The Shadow of the Father" described how skillful St. Joseph was at his craft. I went here after I saw all the great reviews to get a Casio watch fixed. I had an old Casio Edifice watch that needed to be recalibrated and the person who was working said to they will try to fix it. I called and went to so many other places but they said they do not recalibrate watches. Luckily he said he can try so I went it but unfortunately he still wasn't able to fix but because the watch needed a new part which was causing the dates and times to be off. Even though he was not able to fix it (not his fault at all), I appreciate the fact that he took the time to diagnose it and because he wasn't able to fix it, he didn't even charge me for it. He's very honest with his work and really takes the time to try to fix what he can. read more

The guys working the kiosk here are super cool, the prices are friggin amazing, and the communication throughout the process is TOP NOTCH. They updated me when they realized what was wrong with it, let me know when they were working on it, and when it was ready to get picked up. Really, what more can you ask for!? I really appreciate Watchland!! They are so professional and friendly and skilled. I brought my watch to Watchland to get the battery replaced and they replaced it in 10 minutes. While I was replacing the battery, I had forgotten to ask to get one of the links off to tighten my watch so I came back later that day. After I got it tightened, I realized that it was too tight so he put it back on. The best part was that he did not charge me for the links part. I always go here for a quick resize every time I get a new watch for a present. The owners are so nice and hilarious. A few years ago one of the guys working on my watch told me I needed to eat a few hamburgers to fit into my watch. Today I went in to resize my Valentine's present. I won't go anywhere else. I've been here once before several years ago and liked the service, so I was happy to see that it was open on a Sunday and didn't close until 7 PM. Add to that, there's currently a Yelp check-in offer of buy 3 get 1 free. I had 4 watches, all different brands, that needed battery replacements. I was quoted $7.95-$10 for each watch depending in the battery they used and that it would take 15 minutes. I went to a store and returned 15 minutes later to find that he was already done replacing the batteries on all the watches! The service was exceptional, prompt, and friendly. I'll definitely be taking my watches here again! Credit cards are accepted here. On a side note, I heard him tell another customer that he did not do battery replacements for smart watches for future reference. read more
