Found this business on Yelp. Took a whole bunch of time pieces from my family to get the batteries replaced. About 8. He checked them all out first in case some were just busted, two were. He changed all the batteries and it all took like 20 minutes. I looked inside a store, got a drink, and he was done. $10 each. I highly highly recommend. I thought it was going to be like I pick them up in three days. read more

Alan is the man!! This man has mastered his craft, very polite , very knowledgeable , I'll never go anywhere for my watches but with him

i was referred to this Kiosk by a friend for battery replacement. Batteries were only lasting about 6 months. After replacing the 2nd battery, Alan diagnosed the problem. A previous jeweler replaced my motor and apparently the post that holds the hands was too long so it would hit a certain time which wore down the battery. Alan replaced the motor with a correct fit. He's professional and friendly. I highly recommend Watchland. read more

Very nice and good communication. Gave him my watch and within 3 mins it was done and affordable. Very happy. Thank you.

Reasonable pricing and efficient! Appreciate the integrity they put in their work! I went to get batteries changed for 5 watches and turns out one watch was messed up-- they didn't change the battery, told me what was wrong and offered ways to salvage the watch. The honesty was refreshing! I was happy to take the 4 watches that had the battery replaced, and applaud them for doing so in a timely manner. read more

Allen is awesome! Super friendly and professional - and he did a great job popping the back on my super cheap Timex that I love - and didn't charge me. It was a really nice gesture, and much appreciated. You can tell he's great at what he does. Definitely recommend and if I need anything else in the watch family, I will definitely pay him a visit. Thanks Allen!! read more

The gentleman working the kiosk was quick and price is very reasonable for battery replacement.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord" (Colossians 3:23) That's how I saw Mr. Robert working on my watch today. I needed a watch band adjustment, which he did in a truly skillful way, handling my watch with a lot of care, he was truly focused on doing a great job. He also gave me some great advice for my watch, which I truly appreciated. The kind of service I received today reminded me of the way the Polish writer Jan Dobraczyński in his book "The Shadow of the Father" described how skillful St. Joseph was at his craft. If I ever get a second watch I wouldn't think twice about taking it here to Watchland. "Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings" (Proverbs 22:29) read more

Needed help with a battery replacement - my watch's back would NOT open. I found Alan at Watchland, and he was great! He was super friendly, very professional, and put in the extra effort to get my watch working! Couldn't get the back open at the kiosk, so he took it to another location with more specialized tools and only a few days later had it open and battery replaced! And the price was only $10...wow! Can't beat that! I highly recommend Alan and Watchland! read more

my watch battery went out while traveling and I looked for a reputable place online and ran across Watchland. we weren't disappointe! quick and friendly service. I made the mistake of taking my last watch to someone at home before reading reviews. that shop ruined my watch by not sealing it correctly. it had stayed waterproof for years but no longer. i learned my lesson then. read more

I went here after I saw all the great reviews to get a Casio watch fixed. I had an old Casio Edifice watch that needed to be recalibrated and the person who was working said to they will try to fix it. I called and went to so many other places but they said they do not recalibrate watches. Luckily he said he can try so I went it but unfortunately he still wasn't able to fix but because the watch needed a new part which was causing the dates and times to be off. Even though he was not able to fix it (not his fault at all), I appreciate the fact that he took the time to diagnose it and because he wasn't able to fix it, he didn't even charge me for it. He's very honest with his work and really takes the time to try to fix what he can. read more

The dude was dropping so much knowledge and experienced to me. Free of charge. Never tried, tried to sell me anything was just answering any, and every question to the best of his ability will definitely be coming back here again and again. read more

Great service Honest advise, Family oriented, Had my watch repaired on a reasonable amount of time

Words cannot express how grateful I am for these folks here at Watchland. I noticed some screws floating around in my most FAVORITE WATCH (Bulova) so it's been out of commission for a while. I finally had time to drop it off and these awesome dudes said it can be fixed. The guys working the kiosk here are super cool, the prices are friggin amazing, and the communication throughout the process is TOP NOTCH. They updated me when they realized what was wrong with it, let me know when they were working on it, and when it was ready to get picked up. Really, what more can you ask for!? I think this is my 2nd or 3rd watch they've repaired over the years and I just dropped off two more. THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING and their prices are SUPER REASONABLE. So all in all, if your watch is broken or need to pick up something new and fancy to wear on your wrist, look no further. Stop reading already and swing by. read more

Watchland - BEHOLD!! - Watches Near Me - Buena Park, California

I really appreciate Watchland!! They are so professional and friendly and skilled. I brought my watch to Watchland to get the battery replaced and they replaced it in 10 minutes. While I was replacing the battery, I had forgotten to ask to get one of the links off to tighten my watch so I came back later that day. After I got it tightened, I realized that it was too tight so he put it back on. The best part was that he did not charge me for the links part. The battery replacement was only $10 while other places quoted me $15-20. Thank you Watchland! read more

Just had my watch battery replaced and this guy is great! Excellent costumer service and fair price!

I always go here for a quick resize every time I get a new watch for a present. The owners are so nice and hilarious. A few years ago one of the guys working on my watch told me I needed to eat a few hamburgers to fit into my watch. Today I went in to resize my Valentine's present. I won't go anywhere else. He adjusted the time and resized it perfectly. He also gave me great input on the Apple Watch and advised me to stick to my fashion watches. Which I will gladly take his advice. read more
