The worse water service I have ever encountered. The sad part of all of this is that the competition is just as bad!! The water is scheduled to be delivered and the empties picked up and it never happens. Two weeks have passed without my delivery and the water bottles on piling up outside my condo door. This is my first review since I have given them opportunities to correct this horrible service and it continues to be the same. In the last 3 deliveries I had water bottles that were also leaking and I didn't receive any credit. I had water all over my kitchen floor and had to empty two 5 gallon bottles into containers. It's basically a scam, they consistently leave the wrong number of bottles, and if they do leave the right number half of them are leaking. We recently put out three empties with one leaking (which we marked), and the driver took them all, and left one single bottle (to replace four). Then they charged the full delivery fee and said if we wanted to get the four bottles they can send them in two weeks for ANOTHER delivery fee (after their driver screwed it up in the first place!) It's non stop headaches, use literally any other delivery service! read more

I've got to say that the people who run this service are absolute ass clowns who have ZERO customer service and ZERO professionalism. My mother who is 85 years old told them to stop sending their delivery person out and to stop leaving water two years ago. Yet, they still kept delivering the water. My brother and sister also called them to cancel and each time they called in it was a battle just to get a human being on the line. I called a half dozen times myself and never got to speak with a human. It was like a ghost town when I called in and they either never picked up or the phone system would disconnect me. Three more times my brother and sister called last year to get them to stop and finally they stopped delivering but no one picked up the empty bottles which were left outside. When the Hurricane arrived in Central Florida we moved them in to the garage and stored them until the storm season was finished. We left them outside after four more attempts to get some one to pick them up but after six months we still had a dozen of them left outside. Recently I spoke to my mother and found out that she had been put in to COLLECTIONS!!! and that the collection company was hounding her and she paid them over $300 to stop bothering her. You bastards! Sending an elderly lady in to collections AFTER SHE ASKED TO CANCEL THE FREAKING SERVICE??? We were very upset because she didn't even tell us that the account was put in to collections and that she was being harassed by a rude and forceful ass who was berating her over the phone. If you are thinking about using them, DON NOT! They are scum underneath a pile of poop. They are the absolute worst people in the world and the entire company should be shut down for their immoral and illegal practices. We are seeking assistance from the State Attorney now as well several consumer protection services for the elderly. When we get through with them they will wish they never were alive. read more

I recently moved here from cali where the name of this water service was sparkles water. In Cali I had great service. (Hence the 2 stars)And it was half the price. Here however I have been with them 6 months and had nothing but issues including prices that were double! I found out after 6 months that they had been charging me for 2 water coolers when I only had one! No apologies. No refunds. They will steal money from u every chance they get! Be aware and careful. Crystal Springs water delivery service has been a huge disappointment these last six months. there have been multiple instances where my water could not be delivered without any explanation. This week was the last straw. I received an email saying that they would not be able to deliver on 16 June but would make the delivery on the 17th instead. Today on the 17th, I get another email saying it will be delivered by the 23rd! I called them and after dealing with the robotic answering service, I finally got a human on the phone. I told her I needed my water and that they had left me hanging AGAIN. She told me that they will be able to bring my order on Tuesday (4 days from now). I asked her why Tuesday and not Monday and she stated that they would be closed Monday in honor of Juneteenth. Give me an effing break. I told her that she can just have her delivery guy come and pick up these empty bottles. She put me on hold and before I can take a breath, my call is transferred to another woman who does not speak understandable English. Her job is to try and keep me as a customer. Didn't work. I could not understand anything she was saying. I finally got her to understand that I wanted these empties picked up and I am stopping the service. Juneteenth my ass. read more

Crystal Springs Orlando has the WORST customer service imaginable. We have a water dispenser that needed to be replaced. We set up a day for them to come and swap it out which meant we needed to put it outside the night before. They never showed up or called, but updated my account on their website to another day. I called and confirmed that date and put the water dispenser outside again after checking their website the night before. Again, they did not show up and changed the date on their website. After calling their customer service numerous times, I asked to speak directly to a supervisor and waited on hold and then they hung up on me. A local employee called me back after I called to let them they hung up on me. Wow, they finally showed up today, but not if I wouldn't have raised such a stink. They also have a problem leaving your contracted amount of water. If you happen to forget to leave out your empties, the following month when you leave out the extra ones, they leave you full bottles for each empty you left outside. Customer service thinks this is ok? The other issue is their billing - it makes no sense whatsoever. Your bill reflects your monthly service, but when you go on line to pay, there is always a higher amount. I was told this is because they add the fuel charge to your account immediately after you pay the previous month. Huh? They make it almost impossible to make sure you are not getting overcharged. Based on the number of reviews, including those not published it is clear this is not the greatest choice in Orlando for water delivery. The corporate folks need to give this location some attention - you are losing customers. read more

Total let down: they do not deliver on time, there's no follow up to let you know about any problems / delays with your order, they never call back, though they say they will. Am beyond disgusted with this company, which fails to deliver but love overcharging for their service. Wish I'd never heard of them. Avoid much aggravation and disrespect. We had a delivery scheduled for Monday 10/08/2021, which never arrived and we weren't called to let us know there would be no delivery nor that they had switched our delivery date to Saturday 10/13/2021 (I had to go to their website to find out this information). We left the bottles out on Saturday morning and by 5 p.m. they still had not delivered. I called the company and spoke with a gentleman named Jonathan; he informed me they delivered until 6 p.m. What a surprise (sarcasm) when they failed to deliver and, now, our next delivery has been updated to Monday 10/22/2021. I called them but they are closed today Sunday 10/14/2021. The way this company treats its customers is totally unacceptable. Maybe they'll be more respectful and mindful of their customers if you hit them in their wallets, where it hurts. This is an ongoing issue with this company and they give you the run around and / or scripted excuses when you speak with their customer service representative; they offer false promises of call backs and that they have contacted the driver and district manager. read more

They have continually failed to deliver or notify me that they were not going to deliver.The worst bit about this is if they do not make a delivery they will not deliver till the next delivery window the next Month!!!! We have a commercial account and they overcharge regularly, post deliveries that were not received, and when you call to have the issue corrected the post a "credit" that they immediately recharge once you pay the invoice. I have been a customer of Crystal Springs water for years, but I recently had to discontinue service with them. I had a leaking cooler and needed it replaced. I tried for a month to get someone out to do this. I had 4 different appointments that I set up through the customer service number to switch out the cooler. Three of those appointments were rescheduled by the local delivery team without telling me. They didn't even bother to show up or call for the 4th appointment. The call center people are very friendly and helpful, but the local delivery team doesn't care about keeping business or helping their customers. STAY AWAY...This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. In the last 3 days I have been on hold no less than 9 hours. The ONLY way to get someone to answer is to call from a phone not connected to your account and push the prompts saying you are new and want new service. A sales person immediately answers, is completely unprofessional, offers ZERO help, then puts you on hold again. 1 star is NOT low enough! They are unreliable beyond belief. They never show up for scheduled service issues, delivery, etc. They'll tell you they are coming, but don't. They were great for years, but now they are horrible! 1 excuse after another without even a shred of an offer to solve anything. Initially, all we wanted was a service call. Now we are CANCELLING our whole account and we are a big company with several water machines and we use their coffee service; which, honestly, is garbage coffee. The service of this company is absolutly terrible. For an entire month they did not show up on the day they were scheduled. I had to call because we ran out of water. The last time I was on vacation when I got a call that the warehouses were out of water again and Crystal Springs had not shown up. I had to take time from my vacation to find out why and get water to the warehouses. I then cancelled our service. At which time I was told they would come and pickup their equipment on Friday. The following Wednesday they still had not picked up the equipment. I called again and was told they would be here on Thursday morning. It is now Friday and the equipmemt is still sitting in our warehouses. The local management does not follow through on there statements. I will never use this service again, and would highly recommend no one else does. read more
