Things started out ok when I began this service but it has definitely gone down hill. They are constantly changing my delivery date.. they changed it 6 times in the last week alone! It's near impossible to get someone on the line. After an hour wait on hold, I asked to speak with a supervisor since is wasn't getting anywhere the that level of service, they said they were switching me to a supervisor , 20 more minutes on hold and the I was cut off! Terrible service. They frequently do not show up when they are scheduled, and do not give notice or reschedule the delivery. I only find out by logging into my account online and seeing that the service call indicates that it was skipped. When they do show up, the delivery driver often leaves extra water bottles on the floor in our office if we don't babysit him the entire time he is making his delivery. When we ask him to take the extra ones back on the next visit, he tries to claim that he doesn't have room on his truck until I tell him to not fill up our rack all the way, at which point he suddenly realizes that there is space on his truck and takes the one from the floor. read more

OK, this started out as a much lower review. However, I finally was able to speak with the manager in the USA and he did a fantastic job explaining how the error occurred, and then he went above and beyond to show his appreciation for my 15 years of loyalty. Most importantly, I wanted understanding so that there could be improvement in the communications between the online, Philippians, and the local delivery driver. I appreciate the delivery because the weight of the 5 gallon jugs or even the cases would wear me out trying to handle them every month. It is a service that is needed and appreciated. I ordered a cooler and water from this company. I explained my husband is 80 and I too am not physically able to bring it into the house and set it up. They left it on my porch. They told me it was dropped off at 1:45 PM. I was home. Nobody knocked or rang the bell. I've called two times and it's still there, it's been, at least four days. When I called, they said oh I don't see "ring the bell"on your delivery instructions. Do not use this company I would give it a 0 star if I could. It is an absolute scam that wants to get the money out of innocent people's pockets. I canceled my subscription over a year ago because I realized how bad this company is just for them to charge me $44.97 today randomly and re-enrolled me to their subscription. I had to cancel my card because there was NO way to remove it from being charged by them WITHOUT my consent. They supposedly mailed their products to me but I haven't lived at that location for a while so I can't even use the garbage that they FORCIBLY sent and charged me for. I have been a customer of ready refresh for almost 3 years. They were great up until the start of COVID, and then got even worse once they were consumed by Nestle. Now I am an unwilling customer because I can't get ahold of anyone to cancel my account! Their prices kept rising significantly, while their service got worse. On my last 3 deliveries, the driver delivered more than what was set up in my recurring order that has not changed in 3 YEARS. My credit card was debited for the extra 5 gallon water jugs and cases of water every time, even though I never asked for it. I would have to fight through their customer service system to register a complaint and request a refund. This last time they didn't even refund my card, they just credited my account - an account I told them via their app I wanted to close! Their response was to tell me to call the customer service line. You call any time during their business hours and you are told that their customer service associates are not available and to email them. So you go to email them through the app and it says to call customer service!!! I have skipped all future scheduled deliveries in an effort to just end this stupid frustrating cycle, but I rented one of their coolers, and they won't let me remove my credit card info from their auto pay, so I am being charged against my will at this point and forced to keep this going, because there is no way to break through their system. Steer clear of this service unless you want to be signed up for the foreseeable future being charged for items you don't want and forced to continue paying for a service you can't get out of. read more

Zero stars! Horrible!!! I had them in NY and they were fine. Since I moved to Florida, it's been a nightmare. In 6 months, they rescheduled my water deliveries 23 times. I only get it monthly. Every 2-3 days I get a new text saying my orders has been rescheduled. So basically, my coolers just sit outside for weeks at a time and I run out of water and have to buy water at the store. I called and complained and they said it'll never happen again. Then it happened 8 more times. I just canceled. They also had the nerve to up the price by $9 two months ago! I am seriously considering canceling their delivery service. The only thing that makes me reconsider is that they have better prices compared to the competition but their customer service is ridiculous, not helpful at all. You will schedule a delivery, expect it to come on the day/times that were agreed and then the drivers will come whenever they want. Receiving your order early wouldn't be a problem except that the drivers are supposed to pick up the empty bottles. The best "clever miss customer service" could do for me was to tell me to just leave the empty bottles outside the night before (yeah, like we had not tried that before). So if you schedule a delivery for Friday, expect to have your bottles sitting outside since Tuesday because apparently they can come whenever. An eyesore you say? Not their problem. Otherwise you'll end up like me with 13 empty 5gal water bottles in your home. read more

I specifically asked the salesperson about cancellation charges when I signed up and was told you get your $20 deposit back. When I called to cancel, I was told about a $50 reconditioning fee for the cooler. This is an automatic upcharge that was never mentioned. They haven't seen the cooler or what condition it is in. I called them to be told first that for some reason the cooler was removed then told the drivers comments said he didn't have one on the truck. I was promised that it would be delivered Monday 7/12. Received a text confirming delivery time by 11am. As of 3pm still no delivery. I called and was promised the driver was still out and would it would be here today. As of 442pm still no delivery. I looked online and now stated the deliver was scheduled for 7/14. So I called again to get another song and dance and now am, awaiting a call from the management team. The worst service ever. Nothing but issues from day 1. With being home for Covid we set up to get water as the city water for us is bad and even with a Rainsoft system it is still not great to drink. OK so we rented a very basic unit fro RF and got the bottle service. Even got some other things like soda water added twice. First despencser unit stopped working in less then a month and had to have them swap it out. Then the prices started going up for things. In the 3 months we had it the prices went up 2 times and then we got notace of them jumping $1 for each thing. I have not been able to work with Covid and have four in the house. I could no longer afford the $30+ they were about to charge for water and rental on a pos unit. So I cancled. Had them pick it all up and was told that wasa it. Nope. Three weeks later we got hit with a "DISPENSER RECONDITIONING FEE" of $50. This on a unit that only costs $3 a month to rent and $85 to buy outright. So I called and was told sorry it was in the fine print and that was it. So all in all I and my family say never get this service, it is better to buy one and get bottles from Walmart or BJ's.
