Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!

TOmatoes here were HUGE and we made some tomato sandwiches. Also they had a "white" bell peppers which I had never heard of before. THey tasted like green bell pepper. Oh well. Serivce was friendly.

There's a pond full of wild life, in fact I saw a huge bull frog while visiting. Somewhere there is a labrynth but I didn't find it. The only issue I had was that I visited during their posted open hours but there was no one to be found. I really wanted to visit the gift shop but it wasn't in the cards this time. Overall I'm very happy I had an opportunity to stroll this gorgeous landscape while visiting back home.

His price was also very reasonable, compared to the retail nurseries in our area. If you want large specimens, you can't beat this place!

I love that this is not too far…read morefrom our house and they offer a lot of pumpkins to choose from as well as gourds, squash, decorative items, hay bales, fresh apples, and apple cider. My favorite part is all the cool photo opportunities that they have. It's a great pumpkin patch if your looking for something closer to Lehighton and where you won't have to walk around for a long time. They have a small play area for kids. There is also a small corn maze. They also have free hay rides to the corn maze. It is only open on the weekends during the fall. Compared to going to Giant or Walmart to buy a pumpkin to carve this is much better and a better fall experience for kids.
