We have asked this company multiple times to please take old jugs with them when dropping h off new we have now even made signs so that they don't forget. They do not let us know when they are coming which is why we leave the signs. But they don't care about the signs or customers service obviously by leaving the new water jugs right in front of the sign and leaving the old ones inside while multiple people where in the building g and they would not have had to wait more then 5 seconds. Crappy business and crappy customer service. Use anyone else for your water needs because they will just give you headaches! read more

You may have to wait all day for them to show up as they have no delivery times or windows. Occasionally, they just don't show up and tell you they will deliver some other day. Service is with a national call center that has no way to contact the local company. read more

this company is terrible! i have been calling them for 6 months straight and the driver never does what i request or what i am told he/she will do! they constantly charge us for products we don't order and they never pick up our water cooler or bottles as requested and as scheduled. it is maddening!!!!!!!!! this company is so so so bad, dont ever sign up for their service!! they never try to rectify anything! read more

DS Water service owns Crystal Rock and bought other water services. This company is the worst company I ever dealt with. I had this service for 20 years, as they nought out Belmont Springs and through Crystal Rock etc. I moved 5 minutes away. And in the last 3 years I have been charged for 3 Voss water cases I never got. They told me on 4 accounts that there would be an inquiry done on my account. Heard nothing after pursing this for 2 years. I felt many times I was charged twice so I changed delivery to just 5 gallon upon request which I asked once again 9 days ago. They told me when i called they never got my payment and got more $ from me to turn on my account only yo find they did infact got my payment on Jan 3rd. So I called and they said it must of applied it to a different acct. which I knew this happened often before. So they tell me my delivery would be last Tuesday and They ford me to this finance guy who will tell me why and where and ensure I get my water. He told me he could not see the payment but slipped twice telling me he saw it there in from of him and quickly covering his mistakes. Then promised I would get my water no matter what By Friday in a message via email. Yet I call on Tuesday and for the third time the CS dept said I would get it Thursday and they were short deliver service men. Nothing again so I call again and send an email that should have gotten to Tom Harrington CEO and CS as well. So here friday comes and no water again right in time for the weekend walking around with a 1.5 centimeter kidney Sone on my right and 1.3 on my left which i went under for both and has stents in right after lithotripsy which probe was Melfunctioning, while going through all this and faced another on left which i once again went under and aquited a huge i mean huge hematoma and a huge bruise that I actually posted on FB and only to find out he missed the entire thing as radiologist said and I told DS Waters the urgency of my 5 gallons of distilled with my medical kidney issues. Tonight I call and ask CS to connect me top manager of DS after here we are on Friday after 6 promised from DS customer services.and they put me on with same finance guy. Who is very good at fibbing and covering for water service. So huge kidney stone later and really needed my distilled 5 gallon jugs. I am positive in my acct and a 20 year customer. So tell me people with my BP sky higher over this! Talk about a kick in ass..... to a great customer whose month bills were over 200$ many times in 20 years. I am a small business owner and I have been a customer for 4 years. The costs have slowly gone up over time and shame on me for not noticing the increases.... I will NEVER use or recommend Crystal Rock Water ever again. I recently cancelled my account due to the high cost per bottle of water as well as the high service fee. And to my shock, they are charging me a service fee to come and collect their own bottles..... absolutely outrageous. read more

I don't want to give them any stars at all but it makes me. This company SUCKS! They DON'T CARE how they treat people. They did not deliver my water even when I called every day. They kept telling me "the appointment was moved to tomorrow" and could not provide a reason. The day I canceled they didn't even care, at the end of the call, the girl said: "thank you for being a valued customer". I asked to have a supervisor call me and NEVER has anyone called here. Then it took them 6 weeks to come and get their crap. When I finally got sick of having their stuff in the way and was sick of hearing "they will be out tomorrow" (every business day for three weeks) I told them it will be on the sidewalk waiting for them. They finally sent someone out. Then they had the nerve to bill me for the cooler rental for the time it was sitting around waiting for them. I called to go over the bill and the girl couldn't even get the math right when they agreed to credit me for the rental and the invoice fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you rely on bottled water for your office or home. They lost 2 accounts this day totaling about $200 a month. I the grand scheme of things it's not big to them but it was a pain for me. I now use Bayberry Hill Spring Water, this company is great! Always on time and with a smile. read more
