I really like this place! The staff here is extremely friendly and my acrylic refill always looks amazing. They have a wonderful selection of Gel paint colors and they even have the "mood changing color polish" that is all the rage right now. They also have convenient parking in the back (which is a plus for me because I'm not a fan of street parking). These ladies are so sweet, the owner Anna is a doll. Her main concern is making sure her customers leave happy. I just got a French manicure done and it chipped a little on two nails, I came back and she had one of the ladies fix it right away. No hassle! No charge! They were happy to do it. The establishment is clean, utensils are properly sanitized. They serve refreshments, if you're lucky... Mangos! This was my first salon experience here and a very positive one. My mother-in-law got a fill and I had a simple manicure. Mary was very friendly and efficient. The shop was clean and didn't have that smell of acetone which takes your breath away! My Mother-In-Law remarked about what a nice shop it was and how clean it is. I scheduled my first appointment for today to use the Groupon special. I arrived at the time of my appointment only to find out that they did not mark it in their book. They would not take me and told me to call Groupon for refund. During my visit another customer came in and asked to have a pedicure done. They said no problem, she just has to wait. When I asked why I was not told to wait they kept saying that I did not have appointment in their book. I spoke to my friend who had the exactly same experience just the day before. They were rude and did not apologize and just were not willing to honor the groupons and would prefer to take walk in customers. read more

Awesome place for a mani or pedi! Location is in downtown framingham, and there is parking on the street and behind in a lot. My friend and I went in for pedi's and were taken right away .. Very nice with sugar scrub and foot mask and hot towel. Only cost 27$. Let them know before you pay if you are going to include tip on your debit or credit card, then they run the whole amount. Staff was very friendly. There was no language barrier at all. Ask for Johnny he is awesome. I like to support small businesses. This one is worth it!! read more

I just got my first pedicure here today. I had my 3.5 year old daughter with me and they were great with us both. She didn't have her nails done (didn't want to) so they set her up with a kid video - she had more fun watching the salon anyway, but I think it made us both feel more welcome. Johnny gave me a pedicure and my feet were in rough shape but he took his time with the details and gave me a wonderful massage. This place all depends on who you get! I bought the groupon they offered and the first time I went I was impressed, and not from first appearances. When I first walked in I was not sure what to expect. Its a small whole in the wall place in downtown Framingham. It was clean though so I was comfortable being there. I appologize because I dont know the womans name, but it was the older woman that works there, I think she is the mother of most of the girls in there. She was amazing! She was so detail oriented and really cleaned up my cuticles! I have a hard time with gel polish lasting more than 7 days and mine looked perfect for 10! I was sold. The second time I went in, I got a younger girl... She was really nice, however I think she talked too much and did not pay attention to what she was doing. I told her I didnt want them cut and to only file them and she filed them all the way down! Plus I had to keep telling her she was making them uneven. I wanted to take the nail file from her. The last time I went in, I had a man do my manicure. It was the WORST gel polish I had ever had done! Some started pealing the NEXT day!!!! And they werent polished evenly. Some were really think and dark, and others looked like there was only 1 coat. I was so disappointed. I ended up going the next week to another place because I was getting married in a few weeks and the point to getting the gel polish was to help my nails grow out! I would go back ONLY if I made an appointment with the older woman, but I dont know her name so I wont be going back!!!! read more

Very poor customer service, clearly there is some discrimination going on in this place. I notice one (african american) lady looking at colors and the chinese lady that works there right out of left feild starts screming at her that she has cameras all over the place looking at her. Very happy customer- called on Friday around 5 figuring I wouldn't get it in for a pedicure and they took me. I'm 7 months pregnant so this was way easier than bending over my belly. I will make this more of a habit because the prices are so reasonable and the women who work here are so friendly and do a wonderful job. $28 for a pedicure is so reasonable! I moved to Framingham 3 years ago and have never been the person to go back to nail salons over and over until recently. Discovered Anna and Winnie a year ago and I LOVE this place. I just moved to Framingham from Los Angeles and I was in search of a new place to do my gel manicure. Now I've been getting my nails done by the same person for years so to find a new place was a little intimidating. I did a quick google search and read a few online reviews on this place, and decided to call them to see if I needed an appointment if it I could just walk in. The woman on the phone was so pleasant and inviting and told me I could come in right now which was great because I was right down the street. The woman who greeted me and did my nails was so upbeat and nice, she talked to me about he self and asked me about myself. I've been to places where the technician doesn't even look at you, but not here. Anna made me feel like I was at home! She did an excellent job on my nails, she took her time and it gave me the opportunity to have that moment of relaxation we are all looking for when getting a manicure! I am so happy with the job she did, and I'm and very pleased with choosing Crystal Nails in Framingham as my new go to spot! I would suggest this place to my friends & family. I visited Crystal Nails today for a pedicure after running a half marathon yesterday. Winnie easily accommodated my walk-in request, and I'm so glad she did. She was very personable; we conversed the entire time. The pedicure was $27, which I think is reasonable, and Winnie even spent extra time on my leg massage since she knew I had been running. The salon is clean, and offers a variety of nail polish colors. They always have specials, and even have a frequent user card to eventually get a free service. Winnie even offered for her sister to run to my car for me to pay the meter. There is parking in the front and back. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends. Check it out! read more
