In the middle of my pedicure, another employee came over and completed my entire manicure while I was still in the pedicure chair trying to relax. The manicure felt very rushed, and the final result reflected that. My nails looked uneven, there were rough edges that hadn't been filed properly, and there was still polish on my skin. When I checked out, I expressed my concerns and asked if someone could fix the manicure. I then had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone could address it. They actually gave the same employee who screwed it up to begin with. What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I arrived, there were five other customers receiving pedicures. When I left, all five were getting their manicures the traditional way at manicure stations, while I was the only one whose service seemed rushed. The pedicure itself was great, but the manicure and overall customer experience were very disappointing.

It included an exfoliating scrub on my legs and feet, a cooling, tingly mask on my legs which I felt long after I left, and a hot stone massage. Quite worth it! However, instead of honoring my daughter's appointment, staff repeatedly took walk-in clients who arrived after us. By the time my pedicure was finished, my daughter was still waiting. A technician finally started her service, but shortly after, another client walked in and again staff prioritized the new arrival. Even after I requested the manager, I was told someone was "finishing up" and would take care of her -- yet more walk-ins continued to be served before her. In the end, I completed both my pedicure and manicure while my daughter was still waiting. We left and went somewhere else. This was meant to be a special mother-daughter experience, and it was extremely disappointing to see appointments not respected. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to friends, family, or business associates.
