When she was done I made it clear that I was not happy with the lashes at which point she proceeded to gaslight me and basically say "oh they look so good" even though I kept saying it's not what I asked for and that I was not happy.. i actually think it's the only time she smiled was when she was trying to convince me that I liked them I did attempt to email my concerns about thier poor hygiene , and skill and lack of listening to a customers wishes (because I didn't think they would have appreciated me calling and saying all this when they constantly have customers on speaker phone) nobody ever replied.. it's been over a week.. all lashes have now fallen out because they were SO heavy and have damaged my natural lashes.. (I specifically asked for lighter lashes because I KNOW heavy ones can and will fall off in large clumps and cause Damage which is exactly what they did) I will not go back because it's obvious that they don't actually care what a customer would like, I would however like a refund which I also asked for in my email. My nail tech didn't speak to me, didn't let me pick out my nail colour, didn't ask me what I wanted or to see a picture (I showed her anyways). She didn't ask if I wanted shellac, just gave it to me. Used the drill bit over my cuticles and left them raw on my finger beds. I asked for the nails to be more rounded and I got cut off and basically told to shut up. The nails don't even look how I wanted them to and don't match the picture I showed. The nail tech didnt give me a hand massage and overcharged me. Will not be going back.

I called in advance and booked an appointment for 3:30 for a bio gel manicure + shellac and…read morepedicure shellac. I arrived at 3:25 and was taken in right away. They took my temperature, and everyone was wearing masks and gloves and maintaining social distancing. Vicky SAVED my nails after an awful attempt at a gel manicure at home (due to lockdown). She revived my nails, cut and shaped them, redid the biogel, and painted them to perfection with a beautiful red wine colour that she picked out for me. I then headed to get a pedicure by Michelle, who was so gentle and thorough I got goosebumps (the good kind, the kind you get from ASMR) on so many occasions. She scrubbed and exfoliated my legs with lotions, oils, and exfoliants that smelt amazing, and offered me a choice of either a moisturizer massage or a hot stone massage. The hot stones and her massaging was so relaxing I wanted to float to the car rather than step on my feet. She then topped it all off by placing a hot towel over my feet and legs, which felt so nice! Overall, the whole experience took 2 hours (& $110+HST) and was SO WORTH IT after 2 months of lockdown. The salon is clean, pretty, organized, and very well managed. Everyone who works there is so professional and nice. I even used the washroom between treatments and it was extremely clean and cared for. I highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely be coming back again. It truly is a little hidden gem. Tip: If you pay in cash you get a 10% discount. Make sure to tip your nail aestheticians!

My two childhood friends and I decided to get together after 2 yrs and booked a hotel for a girls…read morenight. I wanted to treat all of us to something special. Lie lie was awesome. I knew that trying to book a massage the day before was going to be tough but for 3 people... it just might not happen! She asked if she could call me back and in less than 10 mins I was told for sure she could manage us. She had said they had a promotion on and I opted for massage and facials for us all. The ladies that performed the facials and massages were fantastic and friendly. I don't live even remotely close to there, but I will drive the 40mins to go back. Great job!!!!
