I got there for my appointment a bit early and they let me pick the colour in the mean time. My nails looked great and they lasted 2 weeks before growing out. The lady who did my nails made she I liked the shape of the tips before she began painting them. In the end she wanted to make sure I was pleased with the service. The staff members switched around so much while working on us. A male started me off, followed by a young women who did polish. - did a terrible job. I chose a light pink, obviously you need to do a few coats for it to show dark. It was almost clear still and I asked her to add another coat but she couldn't understand any English so she ignored and proceeded to put on too coat instead. Then another lady came and looked, took over and put more polish on top of my top coat. And then another top coat. Shellac, designs and jewels are all extra. Salon looked nice and clean. My nails aren't the greatest. Typical nail salon. My left index nail is longer then the right index nail. Not very even. Hardly used any gel, nails are very thin. Not impressed. I called in advance and booked an appointment for 3:30 for a bio gel manicure + shellac and…read morepedicure shellac. I arrived at 3:25 and was taken in right away. They took my temperature, and everyone was wearing masks and gloves and maintaining social distancing. Vicky SAVED my nails after an awful attempt at a gel manicure at home (due to lockdown). She revived my nails, cut and shaped them, redid the biogel, and painted them to perfection with a beautiful red wine colour that she picked out for me. I then headed to get a pedicure by Michelle, who was so gentle and thorough I got goosebumps (the good kind, the kind you get from ASMR) on so many occasions. She scrubbed and exfoliated my legs with lotions, oils, and exfoliants that smelt amazing, and offered me a choice of either a moisturizer massage or a hot stone massage. The hot stones and her massaging was so relaxing I wanted to float to the car rather than step on my feet. She then topped it all off by placing a hot towel over my feet and legs, which felt so nice! Overall, the whole experience took 2 hours (& $110+HST) and was SO WORTH IT after 2 months of lockdown. The salon is clean, pretty, organized, and very well managed. Everyone who works there is so professional and nice. I even used the washroom between treatments and it was extremely clean and cared for. I highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely be coming back again. It truly is a little hidden gem. Tip: If you pay in cash you get a 10% discount. Make sure to tip your nail aestheticians!

She asked if she could call me back and in less than 10 mins I was told for sure she could manage us. She had said they had a promotion on and I opted for massage and facials for us all.
