The lady who did my nails made she I liked the shape of the tips before she began painting them. In the end she wanted to make sure I was pleased with the service. They call themselves the best in Burlington. When I went in, a young Caucasian girl told me it would be $6 to repair my one nail. So I sat down and she began to shape me. The Asian man took over with applying the gel and told me sculpted nails aren't good and I should do tips for my long nails (which tips usually real faster in my experience). I didn't appreciate him telling me what I had wasn't as good as what he had to offer, nor did I agree with him. When I left to pay my nail wasn't even the same shape. A lot wider, which I stated was a concern prior to the application. Not only that, the Asian lady told her to charge me $8 instead of $6. Didn't ask me. Just charged me it after tax. Completely inappropriate in my opinion. For these reasons i will not go back. Very unprofessional way of charging. Also. Their pricing is a lot higher than a lot of nail salons in Burlington.

(I specifically asked for lighter lashes because I KNOW heavy ones can and will fall off in large clumps and cause Damage which is exactly what they did) I will not go back because it's obvious that they don't actually care what a customer would like, I would however like a refund which I also asked for in my email. I called in advance and booked an appointment for 3:30 for a bio gel manicure + shellac and…read morepedicure shellac. I arrived at 3:25 and was taken in right away. They took my temperature, and everyone was wearing masks and gloves and maintaining social distancing. Vicky SAVED my nails after an awful attempt at a gel manicure at home (due to lockdown). She revived my nails, cut and shaped them, redid the biogel, and painted them to perfection with a beautiful red wine colour that she picked out for me. I then headed to get a pedicure by Michelle, who was so gentle and thorough I got goosebumps (the good kind, the kind you get from ASMR) on so many occasions. She scrubbed and exfoliated my legs with lotions, oils, and exfoliants that smelt amazing, and offered me a choice of either a moisturizer massage or a hot stone massage. The hot stones and her massaging was so relaxing I wanted to float to the car rather than step on my feet. She then topped it all off by placing a hot towel over my feet and legs, which felt so nice! Overall, the whole experience took 2 hours (& $110+HST) and was SO WORTH IT after 2 months of lockdown. The salon is clean, pretty, organized, and very well managed. Everyone who works there is so professional and nice. I even used the washroom between treatments and it was extremely clean and cared for. I highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely be coming back again. It truly is a little hidden gem. Tip: If you pay in cash you get a 10% discount. Make sure to tip your nail aestheticians!
