Baths by Envy recently completed a tub to walk-in shower conversion for me. I couldn't be happier!…read moreThey're experienced, talented, very professional, sticklers for quality, and nice to work with. This team works well together, which led to great communication...regardless of who I was talking to. Having done limited updating before, I had a tiny bit of sticker shock when I got the quote. But I researched prices/vendors and found that the cost was quite fair. And now that I've seen how much work (and number of steps) went into this conversion, I feel it was a great value. The team helped make sure the shower blends with everything else in the bathroom, which was reno'd a year ago (before I bought the place). With the new shower, the room looks bigger, brighter and better. At the end of the day, it's not just about having a beautiful, well-built shower or about getting the right price. It's also about being treated well as a customer, relying on the expertise of pros who care, communication, and having decent folks working in your home. In the order in which I met them, BIG THANKS to: Piper, Jed, Scott, Bill, John, Julies, Sarah, and last but not least, Paul the tile whisperer! Don't hesitate to call on this team. You'll be glad you did.

Given how professional they were, the fact that they were more knowledgeable than most of the people we met, and also very efficient and reliable, I believe that this place was the best quartz fabricator for the money. Best value, I should say. They have higher end remnants in the back usually as well such as Caesarstone. I've attached a photo of one of the perfect, beautifully machined ledge cuts that their fabricator Daniel made for us.

Granite Selection had sent over their template for the seams prior to cutting and insisted they were necessary behind my sink and I agreed to the alignment they provided. However the installation was completely off on the veining of the quartz behind my sink and did not match what they showed in the template for approval. I have called 10+ times to have them fix this as my kitchen is small and it does not look right. I have only been able to talk to the business owner Paul once and he has constantly ignored me. Beware - they require a check up front and if you have any issues they will ignore you and happily keep your money. I couldn't be more disappointed in their lack of responsibility and care for a paying customer.

Several promised fund return dates that they gave us have now passed. We now rarely get a meaningful response from Botond. Court cases are now filed. Initial review: We signed an estimate with this contractor on 07/21/2026 for a kitchen countertop project ($12,400) and paid a $6,200 deposit by Zelle. Over the next four weeks no work was performed, no materials were delivered, and two measuring appointments were missed. The contractor stated in that the MSI quartz had been ordered; MSI and the fabricator both confirmed no order was ever placed. We terminated the contract in writing on 08/19/2026 and requested the deposit back. The contractor acknowledged the debt in writing and set multiple refund dates, none of which were met. As of 09/14/2026, none of the $6,200 has been returned. Moving forward with small claims case, and AG complain.

I reached out to a bunch of places on Yelp, but Peter from IDC Flooring was the first to respond and come by for an estimate the same day!! He was super helpful and we talked through what I wanted, I asked a lot of questions, and he walked me through the whole process step by step. He even gave me different brand and style options that are high quality. Everything moved fast like the paperwork was all electronic and easy and clear. Peter and his team started work within a few days. They were very detailed and easy to reach if I had any questions. The new flooring looks amazing and completely changed the condo. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend IDC Flooring!!! 5/5
