Today when I was in town I took the opportunity to walk around a bit. There are a lot of nice looking housewares and decor throughout the store. It's actually quite large, and had an upstairs design area as well. Lots of pillows, furniture, wall art, and so on. The women in the store were busy with other customers when I and others entered, but once she was done she came and welcomed us to the store and asked us if we needed any assistance. There wasn't anything I needed and between buying some other home decor items and spending money with guests visiting, I didn't really want to spend any money and just wanted to take a look around. There was one item I found, a navy-colored, ~leather, mirrored tray; however, when the two sizes were $60 or $90 and when I turned it over I there was a big made in China mass production sticker on it, which was pretty disappointing for a store that has so many items that appear to be locally made or at least have a local flavor. I would visit again to wander or if I was looking for something specific (and I'll bet they have some lovely things around the holidays). However, I'd try to learn about the origins of what I was buying and if it's just an assembly line piece to help me determine what I'd be willing to pay for whatever I was purchasing.

After entering into an agreement for work on our home, we were given a project start date. That start date was missed multiple times--four separate occasions over a period of about five months. During that time, we repeatedly asked for updates and were given different explanations for why the project had not started. Despite these delays, no work had begun on our home. Communication was also very difficult. There were multiple instances where our calls, texts, and emails went unanswered for a long period of time. When we were able to reach the project manager, responsibility for the delays was often attributed to others within the company. We also experienced what felt like a lack of coordination between this company and the restoration company involved in our situation. As the delays continued without progress, we requested a refund due to the fact that work had not started, but that request was denied. We also requested documentation such as the company's license, insurance, and bond information several times but did not receive it during our interactions. Because we were unable to resolve the situation directly with the company, we ultimately decided to pursue other avenues to address the situation. This review reflects our personal experience. We encourage anyone considering this company to conduct their own research and review feedback from multiple sources before making a decision.

Our experience was they took the deposit, scheduled a start date for 2 weeks and then just wouldn't show. When we repeatedly called their office we finally got an office worker to admit they hadn't even ordered the siding. Months later they finally did the job and it was poor quality. They also worked on another house in our neighborhood and they decided to rev engines early in the morning and flush their truck ? ? Radiator or transmission?? Fluid onto the road in front of the house.
