We needed our almost 1900sq ft basement finished and we started the journey of looking online for contractors. We had about 5 contractors come in to assess the space and provide their bids for the basement. Omar stood out because he had the best functional floor plan and his 3D sketches were the icing on the cake as it helped us visualize our space. Based on this, we decided to proceed five him the contract. His bid was moderate as he was neither the highest nor the lowest. As with big remodeling projects, we were a little apprehensive in the beginning but he made the entire process pleasant. He was very professional, accessible and responsive throughout the process. We followed the contract terms, budget-wise and time-wise and we able to discuss any "extras" we wanted and agreed to payment terms. He worked very hard with the village to obtain the permits. He listened to our ideas and his recommendations were really thoughtful and helpful. I can honestly say he has a really great design eye and does quality work. His team was very hardworking and they showed up on time every morning and did not miss any work days. They were trustworthy so we gave them our house code and they respected our home and property.
