You walk into the decorated lobby past the gas fireplace, and you're greeted by a smiling sympathetic face. They have super comfy leather couches if you have to wait. I jacknifed my trailer, which bent my pickup's bumper and crunched out one quarter panel. Morinville Auto Body dealt with me using compassion and understanding, even though I wasn't offering a large ticket item. They were completely booked but scheduled my truck in two weeks later. Within three days from start the work was complete and better than new. A gentleman named Dee is the manager there. He has probably seen it / heard it all, and really knows his stuff. Not moved even an inch. so here I sit 3 hours later with the promise "we're bringing it in next". this is my second windshield here and I had the exact same experience last visit. WHY ASK FOR MY TRUCK AT 1:00 IF YOU DONT NEED IT UNTILL 4:00. Then rush to get it done... this will be my last business interaction with this company. BEWARE they will waste your time.
