I love working with this company. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this company. I have worked with Crystal Digitizing several times. I usually do my own digitizing but not blends and not tiny intricate details. Also in the summer, when I am super busy, I have had them do some easier jobs for me because if I am digitizing, I am not sewing. I have had issues with USA digitizers like some people mentioned. They don't quit calling and if you do give them a "chance" at a free design offer they never get back to you. This is not the same company. They called me a couple of months after a job this summer to see if I was happy because they had not heard from my. I said yes and I reminded them that I do my own work unless Its over my ability and I would call if I needed them. They listen to me when I tell them I don't like something and they fix it. I also make name badges and vehicle magnets for the same customers so I am super picky. Everything has to match. Their prices have always seemed fair. I don't charge my customers for the designs because I will not gibe them a copy of the design if they go elsewhere, so the price is super important to me. They offer fast turn around too. read more

Your company has to be quite honestly the most annoying company I've ever encountered. I don't know how you have my email address but you have been emailing me for the last two years and I have repeatedly told you to remove me from your email list. You have called me numerous times and I've told you I don't need your services and you continue to push through email and through phone. I don't know who confirmed with you that persistence wins? But in this case it's annoying and it's getting you reported to the Better Business Bureau stop messaging people who don't need your services after they've already told you! read more

Basically spam. I asked to be removed from their mailing list, only to be replied to. After asking what part of "PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST" was not understandable, I got ANOTHER response from Shawn of "whatever dude." Useless...the only reason I posted here is because I have the strong feeling that trying to contact them to voice my irritation will only open the door to more spam. read more

They will not stop spamming me. I have been asking to be removed from their list since 2016. They've now resorted to emailing in short time periods using rotating email addresses because I think Gmail is catching on to them being spam. If they are so desperate for business I have to assume their work is crap. Stop spamming me. read more

USA Digitizers sends constant spam, and if you block an email address from one person, they will just use another. They seem to have hundreds of addresses, I have blocked 7 email addresses from Sam White alone. They do not honor requests from our company to please stop emailing and calling and remove us from their list. I have never seen such aggressive business practices. Most people would have an "unsubscribe" button and leave it at that. For example I have blocked these addresses from "Sam White" Sam White sam.usadigitizers001@gmail.com Sam White sam.usadigitizers01@gmail.com Sam White sam.white425@gmail.com Sam White samdigit738@gmail.com Sam White samthedigii@gmail.com Sam White samusadigitizers789@gmail.com Sam White samusadigitizers@outlook.com read more

We receive multiple calls and emails a week. This is the worst they waste time and are rude the only way to get rid of them is to be rude. We have asked to be removed from all list I never asked for their services and never will we do all our own digitizing. I wish you would stop wasting my time. The only reason I am resorting to writing a post is that you won't take NO for an answer read more

I've sent no less than three emails asking to be removed from their mailing list and actually spoken to some bumbling representative named Shawn on the phone telling him that I'm NOT INTERESTED in any of their services and yet I continue to receive emails and calls. I am NOT INTERESTED in anything this company has to offer and would never work with a company that is so disrespectful as to send me five unsolicited emails. STOP SPAMMING ME. read more

Horrible company and they will harass you once you make first contact with them. They will call several times a week and just recently I had one of their representatives leave an arabic sounding message on my voicemail and at the end telling me to F%@*OFF. You'd be better off sending your money to a place that charges a little more and get decent service. This company is a joke, their website is a joke, looks like it was built in the early 90's. Looks like their business address is a residence. Good luck to you if you ever use these people. read more

We are constantly receiving phone calls and spam emails from this company requesting the "free" use of their digitizing services. We will block them, request to be take off they're call lists and even not answer the calls. They change names, numbers and email addresses. When you answer they will not tell you what company they are from of their last name. They repeatedly ask to speak with our owner and are very rude and unprofessional. We have no interest in using their digitizing services and wish they would leave us alone. read more

I have used USA Digitizers for a few years now and each of their designs required a second set of edits but each ended up as expected and for a reasonable price. At first I was called and asked why I didn't send more business their way to which an honest " When I have something for you I will send it, otherwise calling me will not get you any additional business and wastes my time please don't call me." ended the solicitation calls. AJ has been very good as a rep. They moved a number of times over the years and my payments always seem to take forever to get cashed. This is a company that needs a little hand holding but they are quick and the final product is good. Cap read more

The only reason they are getting 1 Star is because 0 isn't an option. The company is completely unprofessional, down to harassing phone calls and hanging up on you when you remind them that you've asked several times to be removed from their list. They are overpriced and do not provide good customer service. The only thing USA about this company is that it is in America, I will never do business due to their rude behavior and recommend highly to stay away from them. read more

Horrible People. On 1/13/14 I took them up on their offer for one free digitized design. The charged my VISA and when I complained they stated that the next order would be free. I decided they could not be trusted. They have been calling and harrassing me every since. I have gone so far as to tell them to Get you know what and it doesn't stop them. If I knew how to get them in trouble I would. read more
