We walked around outside while he explained his bathing techniques and massages with the buffer. My shines usually come out pretty good, but Art's was an exquisite shine! I could not find a spec of dust, or Rusty's hair, or dirt, or shoe scuffs on the door. Windows impeccably clear. The dashboard is black and not grey with dust. Can this be true? The "spots" I thought he'd miss? Spotless! Umammi is back!! The time Art spent with Si, you'd think he was cleaning his own car. His attention to the littlest detail will bring this guy back often. The guys said "Come back Thursday at 9am and we'll get right on it." I showed up at 9am pulled in their garage and they immediately went to work. It actually took the team about 50 minutes to do the job, which by the way was better than I expected once completed. They cashed me out and said "We're shaving a bit off because it took a little less time." Who does that? Only a small business with a big heart who cares about their customers... That's who. Not only was the work done with excellence but they were friendly and helpful and I'll be telling this story for a long time to come.

DO NOT ORDER A SIGN FROM THEM. While the actual product turned out great, the customer service and…read moreprofessionalism was beyond awful. I had to wait days/weeks for updates, and would only get them if I asked and nagged. I was never given a contract or summary of sale before my sign was installed AT THE WRONG LOCATION. The vendor took 5 weeks to move it to the right location and while I understand that winter in Buffalo causes some wait time, moving a customer's sign to the correct location would have been my top priority. When I requested that the installation fee be dropped or at the very least discounted the vendor put the blame back on me because "Obviously, we didn't pick up on the change in the body of the email and at the side of the picture."--direct quote from an email correspondence. Reading emails on your phone, or just lack of attention to detail is not the customer's fault. When my invoice arrived with the (much fought for reduced installation fee) there was a note saying "customer refused to pay total amount." I'm horrified that this company tried to shame me for expecting better service than I received.

The printing was great. Staff did not listen to what I needed, so I was disappointed with materials…read moreused. I wanted a conference poster on fabric so that I could fold it in my luggage without permanent creasing; instead it was done on material resembling wallpaper. I had to fold cautiously in my luggage and spend a bunch of time minimizing creases. I asked for unlaminated business cards; I expected cardstock. Instead I got shiny stock and was told it was unlaminated. Fortunately some ball points can write on the card; which was my intention. I was basically told "do you want it?". I didn't have time to try to find something else at that point. No offer of a discount, just basically take it or leave it. Next time I will find someone who will show me a sample and can do it right.
