When I have worked with them in the past for large orders, they are always done with a high quality and on time if not early. The attention to detail and the quality of service is second to none in the city. For the past 15 years, I've been organizing a yearly golf trip. Typically, I let someone else handle the shirts but lately I hadn't been impressed. It was a big deal for me to take the responsibility from the person handling it, so I was careful about selecting a vendor and I asked lots of questions. After sending over my custom design to Pasteurized Tees by email, I was contacted the same day. Over the phone, we talked about sizing, location, shirt style, color, etc. I had a Henley style shirt in a light gray in mind and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted. What was most impressive was after telling them the back story about taking this over from someone else... they even recommended another business in case I wanted the logo embroidered. Pasteurized tees has a very cool shop. Basically the idea is simple. They have t shirts, hoodies, etc, in all colors and sizes imaginable and they print cool Buffalo designs on to them. You can select colors for both the print and the shirt, so options are basically endless. As a guy who loves Buffalo and has a number of Buffalo themed shirts, this was a very cool shop to me. My only complaint would be lack of inventory on hand. We tried to buy a shirt but they didn't have the proper size in stock. Also as a bigger guy, it didn't appear they had anything in my size, which is a bummer. To be clear, the shirts go up to 2XL which is my actual size, but an employee told us they shrink half a size after a wash.. So I wouldn't want to buy something here and risk it. Overall I'd say it's a cool place and a good idea. Big guys beware though, they max out at 2X. read more

I am thankful a good friend referred me to this company. I needed a last miniute gift for someone and the request was a simple hoodie with his city and state. I called several places, I even had a friend who was supposed to get it done but NOTHING was coming together. I sent him an email late at night and called the following day. His response was urgent and eager to assist. He sent me a copy of what it would look like within an hour and told me after payment he could have it done within a few hours. I went to pick it up that afternoon and he was gone briefly for a family emergency, and was working alone that day. So I hung around grabbed dinner and waited a bit. Starting our homemade dog treat business we wanted shirts from somewhere local so we found pasteurized tees. It was in walking distance to our house so we went down and got great service and great shirt we got compliments on when we did a craft show at the McKinley Mall. I can't say enough about the owner, manager, and staff at Pasteurized Tees. I had a very special custom sweatshirt I wished to have created for my daughter. I reached out to the owner Michael with some ideas and he immediately put me in touch with his manager Jill. I sent her over some examples of what I was looking for and she emailed me the next morning with options of colors and sizes. In only a week they had it ready for me (even though the color was not one readily available). I picked it up today and it truly exceeded my expectations; as did the way they jumped into action so quickly, professionally, and compassionately. From one business owner to another, pasteurized T's has fantastic service. I have used them for all of our shirt printing needs and every time it has a been a pleasant experience. Recently the owner was unsure (due to the type of fabric shirts I brought in) if the print they would put on would eventually fade. He refused to charge me and told me to simply email him to let him know if they did, so he knew for future reference. I kept insisting he take payment, but to he insisted he wouldn't. The owner took the extra step to make sure his service was A+. I walked out thinking " wow not many people would do that nowadays". This business is all about valuing their customers. Minor update (and one extra star). The owner wrote to question a few of my comments and he made a good point about women's sizes. Although not helpful to me (since I was in for a last minute hooded sweatshirt), they have many women's t-shirts and the option to bring your own. This is a really neat place for custom tees! When it comes to custom designs, they are really wiling to work with you! I love that they offer a quick turn-around-time for one! That's always helpful when you need something quick. But this was just on 1-2 shirts. I haven't used them for bulk printing. The only downside is that the tees available in-store can be a bit pricey. You're much better bringing in your own t-shirt if you can find it for less. They also have some pretty awesome tees ready for purchase hanging up on the walls. Yea, I would never shop here again. I just left there 20 minutes ago with one of the worse experiences I've ever had shopping. There were some scarves in the window that I had seen there since last week so I went in there to purchase it, the Grey scarf had a price tag of $30.00 on it, I asked the lady pressing shirts about it and was told it wasn't for sale, despite the price tag being on it. I left. I happened to go to a store right next to it later on that day and decided to go check again to see if there was any way I could buy the scarf. The lady at the register then says she can call the boss to ask". I waited as she "called the boss which I know she definitely didn't. The lady at the register's exact words were "the boss said no and that the boss also said he purchased the scarves from the Salvation Army so go there and check." The other lady pressing shirts said "No sir, that is not true, he got it from Walmart or something, sorry about that". So I left without another word after being lied to and told to go to a Salvation Army instead. Very salty taste in my mouth. It probably is a good business, but after that customer service experience I would never buy or recommend anyone of color to shop there. Maybe i'm "too poor" to buy a decent scarf for $30.00 being that i'm a black person. I felt like this was definitely what the register lady was trying to convey. No good I don't know maybe she had a bad day or something, but i'm not a poor person very uncalled for. read more

They have lots and lots of great design options (and every size imaginable available in stock, from wee baby to adult). It was hard to choose!
