Nice printing shop for larger signs…read more I recently got a 7x10 foot banner printed here for an event and the price was very reasonable. I just called them on the phone, sent the PDF file, got an estimate and then had a 24-hour turn around for a relatively large sign. Walking in and picking up the sign was painless. Staff was friendly. Credit cards accepted. So if you're planning an event and you need to hang up a large banner and are in a time pinch, definitely consider On The Mark. Great job all around; few ink blotches on the printing job, but it wasn't a big deal. Will be back!

I mean, Gal like her…read more I've used several print shops in Buffalo, mostly regarding my albums and promotional materials as a musician and mostly a while ago. Of all of the ones I used, this would be the one that I would send other people to. It's closer to fancy suburbs, but they give you top notch big city service along with countryside, middle of nowhere pricing. It's not dirt cheap, but it's cheaper than some places with corporate values and pretty bad service. And they're not nearly as judgy as some of the other printing services in the area, who found some of the things that I was printing questionable when they're really not questionable at all 9and we live in America). In any case, this is where I would go next time I needed something printed in the Buffalo area, which hopefully will be sooner rather than later.

A very bitter sweet experience with this company. I decided to go with a local business for my new…read morebusiness cards. I have design experience and sent them my custom design and was sent back a beautiful digital proof exactly as I had designed it. On the back of the card was a QR code that scanned from my phone and many of my friends phones successfully on both my original design and on the proof. When I received my printed cards, to my disappointment, the QR code did not scan. Calling back Gallagher printing they told me that my QR code was "not a true black" and this was the reason it wasn't scanning. The QR code was in fact a gradient, however the proof they sent me containing a gradient from my original design scanned with no issues on several makes and models of phones. They instructed me to send them a QR code in all black and they would be able to correct the issue. I did, and about a week later received a call that my corrected cards were ready. When I went to pick up the cards I was informed that I need to pay a fee on top of my original charge because I had made a mistake in my design. I expressed my dismay but ultimately felt they would not let me leave with the cards without payment. I'm very happy with the end result but very unhappy I was charged for an error they had made. Why does my proof work perfectly but my actual print not match. And if they knew this to be the case, why did they not inform me prior to printing. At that point there is no reason to send a proof. As well the company is basically telling me they are incapable of reproducing their proofs correctly which can only mean more of these issues will occur with future customers. I'm a little disappointed at the lack of Yelp reviews for this business because I feel this will go overlooked. In all, great cards, god awful customer service with a poor attitude towards the customer. Was treated like this issue was my fault from the start when I clearly know it's not. I'm hoping anyone at the company reading this has more of a mind geared towards repeat customers and customer satisfaction. Please don't treat your customers like I was.

I'm sorry to say I can't recommend this local small business; as I feel they bait & switch to a…read morecertain extent. I called around to various print shops to get quotes on a small job I had, including this place, where I was given a quote of $22.62 on the phone. I did the calculation on this to be $0.08/sheet (on 260 pages) + tax. This seemed a reasonable price, as that's the same quote I was given by another shop. Since North Delaware was closer to my house, I went here. Note: The whole issue with them seems to revolve around printing from a file vs. a paper copy. I was told that if I had to send them the MS Office Publisher 2007 file for them to convert to a PDF, it would be a $12 fee to do that. So I did the work to convert the .pub file into PDF to avoid the $12 conversion fee. I went over there with my USB flash drive, thinking I had gotten the price down to $22.62 quoted on the phone. Upon completion of the job, which was done well & quickly, I was told there was a "ripping fee" (I think that's what it was called, I've never heard of such a thing), which was a fee to print from a file, bringing the total cost to over $32 + tax (it seemed to me he was going to charge the $12 fee just for printing from a file, which was NOT was I was told on the phone). If I had been told it was going to be a $12 fee just for printing from a file, I would've simply gone to a library to print out a copy for $0.10 to bring a paper to make copies, rather than the flash drive. When I questioned how it got all the way up to over $32+ just to open the file to hit the Crtl+P buttons, he reduced to total to $25, saying there is a fee to print from a file (again - this was NOT what I was told on the phone), so with tax that brought the told to $27.19. If I had known this would be the total cost from a truthful quote - I would've more seriously considered buying a new printer (which $27.19 is nearly halfway to getting a brand new 1) & I would've been better off simply printing at the library, which is $0.10/page, which would've been a total of $26. At least with printing at the library you can feel the proceeds go towards helping the library provide services to the whole community. I volunteered to get this printed for an animal charity project in my neighborhood, which after distributing the flyers only raised $50 - so we didn't even break even on the effort. Do yourself a favor + find another solution to your print job. Being to disappointed from the false phone quote, I certainly will not be returning to this shop, which is sad because I really try to support small businesses.
