We were…read morethrilled to use them after our neighbors recommended them but shortly after they started working on our pool we realized they were completely UNprofessional & did NOT communicate with their customers. They opened our pool for the agreed upon price but then charged us an extra $45 on top of that for a "cleaning fee" which should be included with the opening cost. Either way, this cost was NEVER discussed with us or approved (otherwise we wouldn't have asked them to clean it as we are capable of vacuuming the pool!)! Then comes the WORST part....a charge for $200 worth of chemicals used in our pool for JUST opening it! That is INSANE! 21# of shock, 11 chlorine tablets & 1 gallon of algecide on top of the 2/3 gallon of algecide we provided them! They completely RIPPED us off with these prices & used an OUTRAGEOUS amount of chemicals! Then, they claimed to have come out to service our pool TWICE in the month of MAY even though our pool wasn't done being opened until the last week of May! No communication about when/if they are coming or did come & very poor professional manner from the owner. His dad on the other hand, was very friendly when he came to our house once! I would have NEVER thought this would have been the case when we called them at the beginning! DO NOT use this pool company!!!! Our experience with Harvest Pools has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We contracted…read morethem to maintain our pool while we were away for 26 days, expecting reliable and timely upkeep. We came back to a pool that was under-serviced and severely off-balance, so much so that in 6 days we haven't been able to reinstate it to the clear and perfectly balanced condition that we left it in. Instead of adhering to the agreed schedule, Harvest Pools arrived a full week after our departure, and subsequently, another 10 days later. By the time we returned home on the 26th day, it had been 9 days since they last "serviced" our pool, and it was evident that they had done more harm than good in our absence. Even more disappointing is the company's complete lack of responsiveness to our concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact them to rectify the situation, they have effectively ignored us--a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. In short, avoid this company and perhaps pay your child neighbor $10 to dump a gallon or two of chlorine in your pool every few days. I'm pretty sure your pool will be better off, and your entire family won't be severely disappointed with your pool upon your return like mine has been.

The liner was replaced and it seemed like they checked out and never did fix the light. Henry stepped in and handled it and did it without complaint. Eastside pools is great. Very competitively priced, completely knowledgeable, will not try to over sell you, will offer you additional services but even if you say no thanks, they'll treat you as if you were their biggest, most important customer. They offer openings, closings, year round service and other services. They can do so much and you can trust them to do the right job at a fair price; something not always seen in NW Arkansas anymore! Jay could have upsold me into draining and cleaning, but he didn't because he is an honest businessman. In short time and a price point well below the big pool services, my pool is beautiful, blue, and waiting for summer. Not only that but he operated autonomously, but was always willing to teach me. What most call "above and beyond" Jay calls business as usual. I wish more businesses took Jay's approach to customer service. He is the only pool service I will ever use.
