We came back to a pool that was under-serviced and severely off-balance, so much so that in 6 days we haven't been able to reinstate it to the clear and perfectly balanced condition that we left it in. Instead of adhering to the agreed schedule, Harvest Pools arrived a full week after our departure, and subsequently, another 10 days later. By the time we returned home on the 26th day, it had been 9 days since they last "serviced" our pool, and it was evident that they had done more harm than good in our absence. Even more disappointing is the company's complete lack of responsiveness to our concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact them to rectify the situation, they have effectively ignored us--a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. In short, avoid this company and perhaps pay your child neighbor $10 to dump a gallon or two of chlorine in your pool every few days. I'm pretty sure your pool will be better off, and your entire family won't be severely disappointed with your pool upon your return like mine has been.
