Jay could have upsold me into draining and cleaning, but he didn't because he is an honest businessman. In short time and a price point well below the big pool services, my pool is beautiful, blue, and waiting for summer. Not only that but he operated autonomously, but was always willing to teach me. What most call "above and beyond" Jay calls business as usual. I wish more businesses took Jay's approach to customer service. He is the only pool service I will ever use.

After several attempts we've not been able to get a satisfactory resolution from this company. Our concerns with the status of the project and the multiple breaches of contract made by this company were largely minimized with false statements or ignored. The company suggested we compromise and live certain aspects of the poor workmanship, would make excuses and flat out deny the poor quality. This is NOT a company that you can trust to deliver a quality product as promised! The anguish and stress we have gone through dealing this company isn't what we paid for. We were duped! They not only improperly closed our pool, but our pool is still unusable a month after opening. We cannot get them to answer the phone, or return a call or text. There is a leak in our pump and the pump is spewing sand into the pool. Likely due to an improper closing. For weeks we have tried to get someone out to no avail. They do not care and they do not have skilled labor coming out to service the pools.
