Quoted me a decent price on CD duplication with 4-panel eco-wallets, but it was all downhill after that. Following slick salesmanship, terrible communication and completely lackluster customer service, I received CDs that were glued to the packaging. Instead of replacing the damaged CDs as I requested, they simply cleaned them off and repackaged them... telling me that it was "good news" that they were "saved". Even though customer service had been terrible, quality control had been non-existent, and I had already given out bunk CDs to industry reps that could easily have gotten me blacklisted (in the worst case the glue on the CDs could have ruined optical drives), Crystal Clear was unwilling even to give me a few extra CDs as compensation. Absolutely terrible... I will never use again.

Really? As for there only being a dozen or so errors, I MYSELF FOUND MORE THAN A DOZEN WHEN RANDOMLY SAMPLING THE BOXES THAT I SENT BACK. So I guess I must have randomly found the only ones that were bad. Really? Then again, Jim also told me that this is the only time he had ever seen this mistake. Really? The only one out of his thousands of orders? Either I'm one super-unlucky musician, or something doesn't quite add up. As for his never having seen other negative reviews, here's one that popped right up when I searched: https://plus.google.com/117164498204017298043/reviews?hl=en So, I would encourage you to do as Jim requests and give him a call... and see what kind of vibe you get. Then trust your gut, like I should have trusted mine, and walk away... read more
