I tried to get a refund literally seconds after buying it, and they refused to refund it right away. On top of that, the pre-owned game was $50 and came with scratches and visible fingerprints, which is unacceptable for that price. The controllers were also priced the same as brand-new controllers, which makes no sense. Overall, poor customer service, overpriced items, and no flexibility even when the issue was caught immediately. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Since then, Docs has been or first choice for vinyl purchases of all levels. We are not collectors, really. I'm fine with a $7 Led Zeppelin disc with some magic marker on it as long as the vinyl plays well. We try to keep it $15 or under per record, though we've broken this rule a few times. At that level, there are always fun finds here at Docs. The selection is large in all genres. We found all three Stealer's Wheel records in a single trip. My rare 70s rock like Be-Bop Deluxe, Crack The sky, and Sweet comes through regularly at reasonable prices. And don't forget to check the new arrivals bin. Highly recommended!

There is no guessing whether they have the artist you want or not. You can even see, across the aisle from you, what artists are on the opposite aisle from you at just a glance. Doc's labels their record tabs front AND back! Oh what a dream for me who usually has a list of records I am looking for. Each vintage vendor and nook is worth taking your time in exploring. We saw such a wide variety and range of vintage clothing, memorabilia, shoes, artwork, purses, glassware, and knick knacks. I also saw several sale items that were worth a look through if you don't get enticed to just take it home. I found some cool vintage purses and 90's band shirts I had to have. Even though I was here for the records and bought well over a half a dozen of a mix of single and albums on vinyl I was super pleased with the variety of vintage and new/artisan stuff they had for sale here. The decor and even the Doc's merch are pretty unique and worth taking pictures of for remembering you came to such a unique and fun place. I love the mural and logo outside before you walk in this modern giant warehouse. Parking was super easy and overflow free parking across the street is just steps away from the front door. This bookstore is located in the Fort Worth area and has a nice selection of books for all ages. I actually think their children section is much larger compared to other stores, which I think is perfect for families. Personally I prefer fantasy/fiction books and that specific selection was much smaller compared to other stores, however they had some of the most popular titles. Besides books, they have a nice selection of stationary items, puzzles and other games. They definitely had some very unique finds I hadn't seen anywhere else. Last but not least, they do have a rewards program and for every $100 you spend you get credit to your next purchase which I thought was pretty nice and a good incentive to support local businesses. If you live in the area I would highly recommend joining their program.

Is it a record store? A clothing store? A skate shop? Unfortunately there is not enough of any of those things to really be able to tell which. The records weren't cataloged in any reasonably intelligible way. There was older vinyl mixed with newly pressed vinyl. There is a full section dedicated to Ray Charles or so it seemed until you went 3 covers deep and started seeing recent artists. Disorganized and confusing. The clothes were pretty much the same, I liked them but if you didn't like the style you would be disappointed. The shoes were solid, I'm a fan. There were skate decks hanging along the walls and while the graphics were nice I wasn't sure if you could buy them as no price was listed on the one I checked. I also didn't see anything else you would need to actually skate. No hardware, grip, trucks, bearings, wheels, just skate decks. I know that some people use them as art to decorate their place but it just adds another layer of confusion to an already confusing place. I can see that the other reviews are great so I suppose I will just have to be the bad guy here. Would I ever shop here again? Pass...
