I've used nationwide for a couple of projects and everything has worked out great. While their tools for lining up your artwork are a little shabbier than Discmakers, they've got support staff that should make sure everything is a-ok. We had to go back and forth a few times on e-mail / phone to make sure everything looked great - but in the end it does! They even made some suggestions on font width to make sure everything printed properly. Cheaper than Discmakers - less polished process - but as good as a finished product for much cheaper. read more

This is the third batch of CDs and first batch of t-shirts I've ordered through Nationwide. Every order has come out great! I like that I can quickly get in touch with my sales rep with questions. If there was a 0/5 I would give them that. I WILL NEVER USE NATIONWIDE DISC AGAIN. I followed their template, uploaded my artwork. The discs came in the mail with a big white line down the side. The front artwork wrapped around the back. I'm a very patient person, so I sent an email telling them I would gladly send these back for another shipment printed correctly. Didn't get a response until A WEEK LATER, saying they would look into it. a whole week went by after that and I never heard back so I called. They offered me the same package at a discounted rate, which I could not afford. And would do nothing else for me. DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE DISC! Terrible customer service, terrible quality. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered discs from them and they sent me incorrect forms and incorrect automated emails. I then corrected their mistakes, and got a nasty attitude about how I dont understand the meaning of the word automated. Umm, yeah, Im a Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude, dude. As the customer, I dont believe I should be receiving automated emails with incorrect information, asking me to do extra work and decipher their process via incorrect automated emails. Terrible. My product came out timely and as ordered. Initially received poor customer service. I called up there to try and schedule a meeting before hand, was left waiting in the lobby for an hour. After the first 'project manager' failed to return my calls or emails, I called the 1-866 number and actually received spot on service. Just call the 1-866 number and ask for Anna, quick and efficient from thereon out. read more

I have done business with NationWide Disc for over 4 years now and I am so very pleased. I produce and design DVDs so I am really particular about how my artwork is printed and the final outcome of the DVD itself. I tell you how good it looked...WAL-MART picked up one of my dvds for distribution! Now that is saying something! read more

I've printed digipaks with Nationwide Disc for over a dozen different projects because of their great Ultra Uncoated option and their affordability. I've never had any issues and every project manager i've worked with has been responsive and helpful. FAR better option than any other company i've worked with.. specially Disc Makers read more

This place has given me nothing but headaches. I ordered a vocal and instrumental version of my recent album from them and when I received my order, all of the vocal versions were in the instrumental version sleeves and vise versa. I had to remove all the shrink wrap and change them all out myself which took a few hours. Also the CDs were totally damaged and scratched up when I received them so I had to throw out over 90 CDs. The person that was supposed to be my project manager has dodged my phone calls and emails since day one and I had to get someone else involved that was willing to try and help. My fans have also been complaining that their CDs aren't working, skip, or are even blank. This has been nothing but trouble and these crappy CDs has also affected my reputation with my fans. Even the person you talk to when you call their main line is completely rude on the phone. Avoid this place, there are a lot of much more deserving companies of your business. You shouldn't have to give lazy, rude, and careless people your hard earned money just so they can give you a mangled product and take no responsibility for it. I hope I learned a lesson that you now don't have to. read more

Their design department and the customer service are slow and inaccurate. It takes multiple times to get them to respond. Worse yet their timeline is questionable as in direct contrast to other companies their turnaround starts when they get to it, not when you submit your files. BUT WORST: When I tried to reorder they had lost my artwork ... "our designer's computer crashed". Say What? But somehow they could reprint them anyway (I just can't change anything) at a rather inflated rate. I am very sorry I have ever used them. There are plenty of solid businesses out there. Do not use!!!! You can find better quality cheaper! I ordered a month in advance they told me one thing and continuously they did another. Their production manager( melodie Salazar ) is an idiot. I'm pretty sure the crap that spews from her mouth is pretty much(and I mean every word )is a lie....this dipshit mest up and dropped the ball at least 5 times. They don't care. Tried talking to many different people about the continuous fuck ups but nothing ever got resolved. If your reading this before you order from them.... Listen.... Don't do it!!!any disk maker will match their price and what I should have done was googled disk makers in my local area. There is about 20 local, great reviews and no shipping. read more

I have used Nationwide Disc for 5 different CD's for our small label, Lounge Side Records. I have never had one single problem. The process for uploading artwork can be tricky, but the fact of the matter is, unless you have some experience with using a professional graphics program like Adobe Illustrator, it doesn't matter who you use for CD pressing, it is not something someone with no experience should try. Pay a professional to use the templates for the artwork or you risk mistakes. I personally have never had any issue with the quality of the printing or the sound of the audio. Nationwide has delivered exactly what I have expected 5 times in a row now and they have some of the best prices around, especially if you are buying when they have a special. I will continue to use them in the future! read more

Don't look to receive restitution or compensation if they make a mistake on your error. If all goes will with your project you'll be fine, but if they screw up they will NOT make things right with you and you're out the money as you've paid in advance. Unethical dishonest is the way I'd describe the project manager I was assigned to. Add 'disingenuous ' to his character, too, or lack thereof. read more
