Hidden Treasures Christian Book store has been one of my favorite places to purchase all biblical products since my Ministerial Graduation Class of 2010-2014. My experience with customer service support has always been a peaceful, friendly and welcoming environment. I have NEVER left a review on Yelp. And for the 2nd straight time, I have been treated the poorest I have ever been treated. DO NOT GO HERE. They are supposed.to be Christian and yet literally when I walked in with Bible's to engrave the OWNER told me to leave. The store always tries to provide the highest quality of service to all the customers from a diverse background. I highly recommend this Christian bookstore to anyone who is seeking any kind of church supplies, Bibles, Christian tracks, Music, or other kinds of Christian literature. I try to support Local Businesses in the community but when the sales person is rude disrespectful and quite unhelpful I now have a problem supporting and spending my hard earned money in this establishment. Walked into the store was not greeted by salesperson. I looked around found some items close to what I was needing but not quite. Inquired to the sales person who was very dry and nonchalant, had no customer service. I was describing what I needed but he was acting like he had no idea. I know they sold the item because I was referred by two other ppl and that is where it was purchased. He basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Very disappointed, drove a ways to come but won't be back for anything again. read more

I have used this store many times in the last 16 years and I have had nothing but professional and helpful assistance from the staff and owner. I have never given any type of review on yelp. This time I just couldn't help it. I went into this place today to have names placed on 2 Bibles one belonging to a Bible student. The greeting I received was very warm and welcoming, once the person behind the counter saw my Bibles their demeanor changed to one of out right disdain. I should have walked out with my precious Bibles but I wanted to give the store and the person the benefit of the doubt. The person came out from the back and just handed me my Bibles but upon looking at them I could see that this person did not care at all how she placed the name and that you couldn't even read one of the names. When I pointed it out she was unapologetic and rude, and also still insisting on charging me for the work done, not only poorly but with a utter lack of regard. Needless to say I am very upset and will be getting another Bible for my Bible student and will be going to another location that was suggested to me by "the friends"! I hope if you have a light gray Bible you do not have the same thing happen to you at this place. I highly suggest you take it elsewhere. read more
