Ok so initial review. Followed by a pickup. Bottom line up front: The prices aren't unreasonable and they're pleasant. Review - The smell was good and they were busy so I didn't get a hi or hello when walking in. Ok. They accept credit cards so I will test out on Thursday if AMEX or Discover are welcomed. There was a lady getting close altered who seemed to be in better spirits than the person helping her but the person helping her wasn't unpleasant either. Kinda robotic. Let's get down to business and dispense with pleasantries. The cashier was very nice and had smiles when taking my info. The place unlike zips isn't cash upfront. I don't like that about zips because if they mess up they already got paid. I knocked one star off for the greeting and price for a linen shirt. Otherwise their other prices aren't unreasonable and I didn't get the bad experience that one other senior yelper wrote about. Terrible experience. They damaged our clothes and took absolutely no responsibility. When I raised the issue, the owner became extremely disrespectful, cursed at me, and told me to leave. He even said, "fuck your mother" and "fuck your daughter." Instead of addressing the damage professionally, he blamed me for bringing in a "dirty T-shirt." I wish I had read these reviews before I took my $300 Goose down comforter into this Dry Cleaners I hadn't used. When I picked it up it had a scent which for one is really strange. This is a first for me! Many of the squares are FLAT, void of feathers! AND there are balls in other areas! The woman I dealt with was short and unfriendly! I had taken another dry clean only king comforter in when I picked up the other one. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon 2 weeks ago, there were 2 older ladies behind the counters (one at the sewing station and one at the check-in/out). As I entered the business I cheerfully said "Hello" neither woman looked up to acknowledge me standing there. I waited for a minute of being completely ignored, they didn't even notice when I walked out. I really wanted to support a small family, minority owned business. I ended up taking my business to a chain dry cleaners Zips where I can pay less and get some kind of decent acknowledgement when I come in there to spend my hard earned money. read more

Not a regular customer, just use them from time to time. Mostly for formal attire and custom tailoring. Job was done right and on time. The workers seemed pleasant. A bit of a language barrier, but not a big issue. Will continue to use in the future. read more

The worst service ever, my fault that I didn't check the reviews about this place and never thought about , I'm using this place for the past few years and every time I noticed some stain in the shirts but I keep saying maybe it's my fault until 2 days ago when I started to wear my fairly new shirt after I got it back from this place and there was a big hole which is clearly caused by the cheap metal hanger. I took to the place and showed it to them , then the guy who said his name is Michael had two shirts underneath the front desk and he tried to convince me that the shirt is worn out . I showed him the receipt shows that I just bought it few weeks ago but he was so rude and defensive just like he knew about this incident or may be they did it with many other customer, Unfortunately I read the reviews late but definitely I'm not going back to this trash again read more

I walked into this dry cleaners to see how much it would cost to fix my jacket's zipper. When I approached the register, the cashier shushed me after I asked him, "Can I ask a quick question?" This was a full on SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, and he even put his finger to his mouth. Oh, I'm sorry, did I just walk into a library !? I wanted to walk out right away, but thought maybe he was having a bad day and I also wanted to figure out if my jacket could be fixed for a reasonable price. To fix my broken zipper for a long jacket, I was quoted at $48.00. Outrageously expensive, and for that price, I could just buy a new jacket. SASSY SASSY SASSY CLEANERS. read more

I really wanted to like this dry cleaner, as they are so convenient for me to go to, however I have found that to be a challenge. I have been there 3 or 4 times and they have always done a good job with the actual dry cleaning, and are very fast - I normally pick my couple of items up the next day. What I don't like about them is two things: first, and not as significant, they are never pleasant - no smiles, no "hello, how are you?", no thank yous. You get a stare while they wait for you to instinctively know to tell them your phone number so they can look you up. There have been two people who have helped me with my various drop-offs and pick-ups, and this has always been the case. I personally appreciate at least a welcome and a thank you - that doesn't seem too over-the-top to me. My second issue is their prices. I moved from Tysons Corner where I was paying $6 for my business suits (or $3 per piece). This place charges $8.95 for a business suit. What I found out too late is that if your suit doesn't match, they charge you $2 extra. I had them clean a navy jacket and grey pants - same designer, same material - literally the only difference was the color - and they refused to charge me the suit price. And of course no thank you when I paid $10.95 to have my suit cleaned. To me it's a matter of principle - the $2 is insignificant, but if they are going to be jerks about something so ridiculous, I'll take my business elsewhere, even if it isn't as convenient. When I told them that, I got another blank stare and they just proceeded to run my credit card for the full amount. Summary: they do a good job with the actual dry cleaning, but you are just a number to them - they care less about you and your business than even those $1.99/item places do, and they're going to rip you off at every opportunity. read more

Ive been a regular for about 4 yrs now and I have never had an issue with their services. The owners and staff have always been pleasant and helpful. The only think I would have an issue with is the pricing. I think they are a tad over priced. They do offer next day service which is great. read more

Awful. The only reason they have customers is because of the location. If slightly competent owners would open up a cleaners in this shopping center these people would be out of business. The owner is extremely rude and there is no rhyme or reason to his pick up times. He also bullies my wife when she drops off my dry cleaning. Finally, if you are a vet, do not use them. Had Terrible Service Here. I took a brand new fresh out of the package button down shirt here to be dry cleaned for a wedding I was going to in another country. I picked up the shirt along with another shirt and a couple pairs of pants also for the trip. A couple days later I started gathering all my clothes for the trip, the shirt was still in the plastic from when I picked it up from the cleaners. I noticed stains throughout the front and back so I took it back and spoke to the owner. He immediately took offense and said " we didn't wear the shirt". I was so mad as to his attitude and lack of care! Luckily the Elements Outlet in Leesburg where I bought the shirt gave me a credit for another one which was embarrassing to take back since it was brand new and never worn.... The owner said that he and his wife noticed the stains before.... My response was, well then why didn't you tell me about it then... And why did you offer to try and take out the stain when you admitted it probably won't come out. Jeeeesh! I have never written a review on anyone but had to share this non-sense!! read more
