It is unusual to find a multi-practitioner practice (whether for animals or people) where the level of care is consistent and consistently high, regardless of who you see, and yet this has been our experience with Del Oeste, with different vets and a variety of illnesses/injuries/emergencies. I called about 1 hr later and told them I could have my pet surgery ready if they would put me on a * on call* list for asap. Morgan worked with me and received approval for surgery the next day! I was so relieved I almost cried! All the staff were wonderful. Dr Willis was amazing. She was able to find a secondary infection and cure it as well as the initial reason for surgery.
