Let me tell you what a wonderful delight it has been! The customer service is on point. Greeting you with a warm smile from the get go. The establishment is fabulous, has an amazing aura and vibe. They give you little cute polar bear shoes to wear while doing the procedure, which goes to show their attention to detail. I was told to pair it up with the infrared sauna. It's an amazing experience. Cold than an hour of warmness. You get to watch television while in the sauna if you desire. Thus far I've seen improvement in my sleep as well as my skin. I did the eight sessions and I'm most likely going to be doing more. It's safe to do once a day, and they explain to you all the details & benefits. As well as any concerns you may have. I was determined to find somewhere else to go and ironically I found DRYPZ on Yelp...I was hesitant about making the drive to Acworth. They were so friendly over the phone "I said let's go for it" and I am so happy I did. When I arrive at the location I was taken by surprise. He adjusted the scheduled time, sent updates and was helpful in giving landmarks to find the location easily. Next was the service itself, which was especially inviting on a super hot Atlanta day. Nate explained cryotherapy, gave us background on the machine, and talked us through the entire procedure so that we would not notice the frigid temperature as much! In his defense, we asked a lot of questions so he probably would accommodate those who don't want to chat as much as I do. He provided details on how cryotherapy assists with different ailments, specifically as I was experiencing shoulder and back pain from a car accident and to be honest my knees aren't what they used to be! I was really prompted to purchase for my dude since he had pulled a hamstring about a week prior to our visit. It was not my first time getting cryotherapy, and believe that his machines were colder than the one previously experienced. We both felt better after the visit, and plan to return. The third part of my five star rating is attributed to the packages offered. He had a bring a friend offer (why suffer alone. Lol), as well as multi visit discounts.
