I have been going here since 2021 and feel great! My posture has improved and my back is stronger thanks to Shoshana and Keely! I also take reiki with Karla and feel so good after each session. Started doing massages with Michael - really great experience. Marquise runs the front and is awesome. read more

I went on a journey. A Journey through the Chakras. It was an amazing experience! Reiki Master Karla Trueba lovingly guides you through each aspect of the Chakra system with aftercare in the form of homework to help integrate and apply these techniques to your daily life. I learned so much about myself and how to heal and become stronger and focused. There is some opening of the deep and wounded parts of your being but, know that you will be in good and patient hands. This was truly a life changing and unforgettable experience. I feel truly connected to my higher self. Blessings Karla read more

I'm a new patient as of mid February and this is my FIRST time ever receiving chiropractic treatment and OMG what a difference it has made. I used to get severe migraines and so much neck and lower back pain. Research shows and proves that when you have chiropractic work done on your spinal cord which it's connected to your central nervous system it actually boost your immunity. So we can all use Dr shoshana during these times. So grateful I found her. And she's just such a great person. Her and Shree are absolutely amazing. Oh and Harry the massage therapist is on another level. I can wait for my next massage after this corona pandemic is over. He will work you facia tissue and have your body feeling so good. I highly recommend combining Harry's massage services with your chiropractic treatment work for maximum benefit read more

Harry Brewster, massage therapist at Livewell Chiropractic, is amazing! He's extremely intuitive, and always seems to get the pressure just right for my deep tissue massages. More than that, he is somehow always able to find and work out tension and knots that I didn't know I even had. I've been going to see Harry for over a year now and he never lets me down. In fact, my last massage with him clearly helped me to sleep more soundly (I have the Whoop sleep data to prove it!) and relieved a lot of the stress I was carrying around due to work and travel! read more

Scheduled a massage for 6pm on a Monday. Door was locked upon arrival and made it seem like it wasn't open. Also a little sketchy with only me and the male massage therapist present. I was taken back to the massage room 15 minutes late for a 90 minute massage. I've had a lot of massages, and I'd rate this one a 7/10 because of 1) very light pressure on my back and 2) head therapist's phone kept dinging every 15 minutes. It was an overall unusual kind of swedish massage I experienced, and I didn't really feel less tense after. I did enjoy the aromatherapy and midtown alliance discount. Unfortunately, I probably won't come back for the massage services. read more

When I stepped inside Livewell Chiropractic in July 2014, my quality of life was not good. I had difficulty just walking through a mall without extreme pain in my lower back. I was embarrassed to go out to dinner and sit for any extended time because it was very painful to get up and immediately start walking. Dr. Shoshanna was very warm and friendly as she explained everything to me. The exam was very thorough and the treatment plan accommodates my busy schedule. Because of my care at Livewell, I am back to walking without pain. I am climbing stairs and I feel so much better. Through Dr. Shoshanna and Dr. Christy, I have learned that taking care of my spinal health affects the overall health of my body. I am making great strides toward being healthy and pain free, thanks to Livewell Chiropractic! read more

Back in March, I started my search for a chiropractor in the Atlanta area that had a convenient location and affordable care plans. I came to Live Well and could not be happier with the results. At first price was somewhat a deal breaker for me but Dr Shoshana was willing to work with me to find out a deal to help provide me treatment. She really is one of the best chiropractors too! I always feel great right after an adjustment and you can definitely tell that Dr Shoshana has genuine interest in your well being and wants you to feel the best that you can. Definitely come to Live Well if you have any back or neck pain, they will get you feeling back to 100%. read more

Dr. Shoshana and Harry Brewster are a winning team at Live Well Chiropractic! I've spent 1 year on a highly customized regimen of chiropractic care and myofascial massage with huge positive results. My chronic back pain of 7 years has been alleviated, sciatica in both glutes/legs is completely gone (a miracle alone!), and, most importantly, I'm no longer a candidate for surgery! I wish I had found this winning duo earlier. read more

I first walked into Live Well about 4 years ago, in much lower back pain from an old injury. I was immediately impressed by the elegant interiors, as well as the friendly and welcoming team. Dr. Shoshana Kreinces conducted the most thorough and informational exam/evaluation I ever had in the 12 year history of my injury. Prior to seeing Dr. Shoshana I was taking regular pain pills 3 times daily. Within a couple months, I stopped taking them completely. I am now on a maintenance plan and visit once a week. Dr. Shoshana has completely impacted my quality of life holistically for the better. I highly recommend seeing her and the team at Live Well. read more

You will be wowed by the luxurious interior, but it's telling that they have the most gorgeous interiors of any Chiropractic office in Atlanta. I met with the Chiropractors, and they are very nice and friendly. But they would not give me a quote on my treatment cost and insurance until I had experienced a week's worth of treatment. That meant I had incurred over $250 in fees before I was even told how much I would pay for the first visit. When I was told how much I owed, the doctor explained they do not accept any insurance as an approved provider. I wish I had known that when I called and asked, BEFORE my first visit. If they do not work with my insurance, they would know that and should be up front at the very beginning. Instead, they made it seem like they did not know and that the insurance specialist was working hard to get me a quote and it was the insurance company that was to blame. They also offer no form of therapeutic massage. I can get much better adjustments, a no-nonsense quote, and massage from my current doctor, and they are nicer. If you want to pay WAY more than you need to pay, feel free to go here. Your hard-earned cash will go towards the Interior Design they are known for. As for me, I am much happier going to a small, casual Chiropractor that offers more services at a much better price. read more

I was in Piedmont Park last year and Dr. Shoshanna had a booth set up at the Green Market. I stood on her platform and closed my eyes and she moved strings around to show the positions of various parts of my body. I was quite surprised that I weighed more on one leg than the other (obviously I don't stand properly), my shoulders were different heights as were my hips. Basically I was a mess but I didn't do anything until yesterday when I fished her card out and went in. She took x-rays that showed I actually fractured my spine at some point in the past, my head is off to one side and my spine to the other. As a runner, I know this lack of balance has to be hard on my knees and hips and ankles. Further than that though, the squeezing of the nervous system components that spew out from between each vertebrae can apparently have some rather dire results. Catching this stuff earlier than later seems to be a good idea. The Doc has a wonderful table side manner and really does seem concerned about my health as opposed to my wallet. I can't give 5 stars yet since I've only been in twice....but so far so good. Go get fixed! read more

Being a part of the family at Live Well has certainly added joy and years to my life already. Being adjusted has become a part of my week that I would hate to miss. The doctors are genuinely interested in helping you achieve the richest, healthiest life possible and they take personal pride in helping you reach near-normal spinal goals. Receptionist Michelle is the sweetest and puts up with my constantly changing schedule. I even look forward to seeing the doctor who fills in every once in awhile for the ladies when they are out of town. When I move away from Midtown I will hate not being so close, but will undoubtedly keep up with my program since it has become a indispensable tool to a better life! Live Well Massage is not only convenient and stress-relieveing, but very affordable. read more

Dr Shoshana is an excellent chiropractor. She performs thorough diagnostic work ups and conscientiously designs treatment plans that take each clients unique needs into account. I TRUST her and she is the chiropractor I refer folks to. On top of that, she is so pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend! read more

I never even knew I had issues with my spine until a friend recommended I see a chiropractor due to some long term medical issues I was experiencing. Dr. Shoshana performed a preliminary physical exam of my back, posture, and took x-rays first before saying anything about what is happening with my body. She showed me what was happened and we discussed a maintenance plan to correct my neck, spine, and overall posture as a means to get back to a healthy state. I've been seeing her for over a year and I feel 100% better! My neck and spine are slowly adjusting to the position they should be in (I was a mess), and more importantly because of her constant education, I am consciously aware and correcting my posture. I see her for weekly adjustments now which have been such a relief. Her office is calming. Her staff are very friendly and you just feel at home. I'm so glad I was referred to her and highly recommended her to anyone that has issues with their body because a lot of times, it stems from your spine. read more

Dr. Kristy and Dr. Shoshana have been my chiropractor for 13 years now! My first visit was so great! I saw chiropractors for years before finally finding them and the experience at Live Well surpassed any I've had elsehwere. They have always made me feel safe, comfortable, HEARD and they have always helped me and my spine feel wonderful! They have taught me so much about my own body and what is happening with my spine. I feel so included in my care, that they want me to fully understand what's happening and not just rushing me through treatment! They are the best! The atmosphere is so so calming and I always know I am getting the BEST care here! read more

addendum - John left this facility, and they were not helpful in providing information on where he left to. I understand they want to retain business in their facility, but if you truly care about someone's health and wellbeing, why wouldn't you assist them? It's just good karma. John Myers - LMT - thank you thank you thank you! John is wonderful - his ability to not only listen to me and address my problem areas, but to also intuitively recognize where else I was having issues was amazing. He spent extra time to address the real aches and pains that had been plaguing me for a few weeks, and was not only thorough but gentle and effective. I've had two bad experiences with my last two massage visits (at other places) and was hesitant to trust another person - but I met John briefly just for a chair massage at Piedmont Park's Green Market and I knew that he was gifted. He is such a warm and open person who really puts his all into his work - a true healer and I am so thrilled to have found a new favorite LMT that I trust and that is also convenient to home! See you soon John! read more

I have been going to Dr. Kristy and Dr. Shoshana for fifteen years (followed them from their former location to their new location) and would not think of going anywhere else. I have scoliosis and chronic back/neck pain that has been completely relieved with their care. I am now completely functional and pain free whereas previously I did not have full range of motion in my neck and my lower back was in chronic pain to the point where I couldn't do normal daily tasks. With their care not only am I pain free but I can fully and optimally function, both physically and mentally. They've changed my life and I am forever grateful for that. I've also recently started seeing Harry, their massage therapist. Seriously, Harry is incredible! He's so intuitive, knows exactly where to work. His energy is amazing and I always leave there feeling open, relaxed and any muscular soreness is completely relieved. The environment is beautiful as well. I unwind just walking into the space which is downstairs from the chiropractic office. It's soothing and relaxing, like walking into a spa and escaping for an hour. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kristy and Shoshana for your chiropractic care and booking an appointment with Harry for a massage. You will leave feeling blissful. read more

I am a skeptic about many things, and chiropractic was always on that list. Years ago, I developed plantar fascitis while working in retail, and I decided to try it (different place). It helped, but then I wasn't able to afford going so regularly, so I stopped. Fast forward to 2008. Plantar fascitis is back with a vengeance (some days I cannot walk without massive pain), and the podiatrist has recommended surgery. Sorry, but I can't be off my feet that long. Livewell is just down the street from me, and a good friend of mine recommends them, so I mosey in. Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is very clean, too. I get my initial exam and am not surprised that I am a member of the walking wounded. I am still skeptical as to how much it will help me, but I bite the bullet (the price tag was quite high) and sign up for care. I am immediately impressed with the level of care I receive. Dr. Kristy and Dr. Shoshanna are professionals, and explain what they are doing every step of the way. They answer questions, and seem to really enjoy the work they are doing. I can tell they care about their patients. Surprise, surprise, but within a few months, my heel pain is completely gone. I resumed playing softball, and it doesn't flare up. I am amazed, still. Of course, I recognize other benefits, too. Though it was more than I wanted to spend, the results were remarkable, and obviously what I needed. It is worth every penny, IMO. I also like it because I am supporting "my" community with my money. read more

I go first thing in the morning to get adjusted pretty frequently and the Live Well staff make the process comfortable and COVID-friendly! Dr. Shoshanna and staff are super nice and totally accommodating if you need an extra hour to get to your appointment. Best chiropractor experience I've had in a while. read more

I love the people, the service and the office! "Doc Shosh" truly cares about all her patients. I came here with no expectations, very frustrated, confused and tearfully in pain. She did a thorough examination (with Xrays!), and I began my healthy spine journey two years ago. I now live pretty pain-free and she has encourage me through all set-backs and milestones with positive reinforcement. Truly one of the most life-changing things I have ever done, and I can't recommend them enough! read more

Love Live Well Chiro. I've been going for years now and the annual checkups show the progress my spine has made. My husband and I have been going to Live Well Chiropractic for a year now and we can't recommend Dr. Shoshana highly enough! We both have had previous injuries and work-out regularly. Dr. Shoshana, Dr. Jill, Shree and the staff there have made us feel like family. read more

5 stars for LIVE WELL! I absolutely cannot say enough about these doctors! From the moment that you enter their office it's filled with positive energy so you KNOW you're in for a treat! I'm an avid runner and cyclist so my body definitely takes a beating. I've learned so much about how to keep my body healthy with regular adjustments. They take the time to LISTEN, take films and then consult with you on their recommendations for follow up care & maintenance. Dr Kristy and Dr Shosh are by far the BEST in what they do!!!! I'm in Los Angeles now and dearly miss them.... Thanks for keeping all of us healthy and "living well!" Dawn Yang, Los Angeles, CA read more

I too found Live Well Chiropractic at the local green market in Piedmont Park on Saturday. I had started having some chronic back pain and had been told by a chiropractic screening before that I had some major imbalances in my stance. I did the screening again with Dr. Shoshana and not shockingly found that I still was unbalanced. She offered a great deal for my first visit, evaluation and x-rays that I could not pass up. They found that I have a bone spur in my spine as well as numerous other subluxations (if you want to know what that's all about, you should head in to talk with them!). I've been treated for several months now and my chronic back pain is gone, I've gained height and I just feel better overall-more energy, heightened immune system and a better attitude about life. Drs. Kristy and Shoshana are professional, experienced and wonderful. They run a great business that is aimed at improving health and well-being. They are genuinely interested in their patients' lives. I had such great things to say about them that my sister and boyfriend also signed up to be treated. Every time we go in they ask about our family and even know our dogs by name! They have a wonderful receptionist, Michelle, who is fun and does a great job of setting up appointments and even re-scheduling without any fuss or hassle when necessary. I've also utilized their great massage therapists on several occasions and have had nothing but wonderful service from them. This practice is everything that is right about chiropractic medicine. They use the most up to date, evidenced based practice in order to help their patients live happy, healthy, medication free lives. I'm so happy to have found them and truly feel like they are a part of my little family now. We will be life-long patients and friends of the Live Well family. read more

Live Well - their entire philosophy wrapped in the simple, elegant title of the practice. Whether you are new to Atlanta, are ready for a physical change that starts with something other than a pill, or have experienced a trauma (physical or emotional) and are ready to heal... this is the place for you! My partner and I, too, met Dr. Shoshana at the Green Market in Piedmont Park in the spring of 2007. We were excited to find an established chiropractor (10+ yrs) that enjoyed her craft so much that she was willing to work on a weekend to recruit new patients. At the initial assessment we were equally impressed with the comfort of the office and the time and technology, dedicated by both doctors, to our assessment. At the initial check-up, we were surprised to see the physical evidence of progress/change we made; not only did we feel better but we could see that we were in fact better! Shortly thereafter, we brought our teenage son to be seen. Although a bit shy, he immediately connected with both doctors. What an improvement, in both his attitude and well being! Even he admits and jokes that he always walks out of the office in a much better mood than when he arrived. Both Dr. Kristy and Dr. Shoshana have an incredible ability to connect and inspire each of their patients, while teaching us more about our individual bodies and what it means to be healthful and live well. Two+ years later, we have referred many friends and relatives to Live Well. Each week, the three of us, are still eager to see the doctors who challenge us to be our best. We hope you find our story helpful and your way to Live Well too! read more

This is the best chiro office ever! Dr. Shoshanna makes you feel so comfortable and at home in these beautiful offices. This is the ideal of what chiropractic care should be. They really take into account your lifestyle and activities and make overall wellness recommendations in addition to the affective adjustments. Many offices don't even have the expertise to provide x-rays so that they really can see (not only feel) what is happening in there. I will be a satisfied LIVE WELL believer for LIFE!!! read more

I live up the street from this bright purple building and have wanted to make an appointment for a while due to my chronic and consistent lower back pain. I finally did, and it was one of the best decisions I've made in a while! With someone being in such close contact with your body, especially now, you want to feel comfortable and I can say from the initial phone call to my now third appointment, the entire staff has made me feel the most comfortable I've ever felt in a "doctor's office." The decor, music and aesthetic is very calming which adds to the great experience. What sets this chiropractor apart is that they really mean what they say and the name fits perfectly... they want you to live well!! Dr. Shoshana is so warm and gentle and educated me about health beyond just my back pain. She talks you through everything and helps you understand the why, which is important. Make an appointment! You won't regret it!! read more

Dr. Shoshanna totally saved me when I was having neck problems last summer. I was only in Atlanta for a short while and sometimes I get really terrible anxiety when starting a new job in a new city, without friends or family around me. I carry stress in my neck and shoulders and had chiropractic treatment before but was kinda slacking leading up to the relocation. I was driving around one day and drove past the cutest little lavender house with a gay-pride flag hanging out front, and was happy to find the sign that said Live Well Chiropractic! I asked a co-worker of mine if they had heard of it and they knew the massage therapist there and recommended it, so I booked an appointment. The house is so beautiful, it feels nothing like a doctor's office. Dr. Shoshanna was extremely helpful with getting me back in good shape, I really enjoyed the massages I got from John there, and I love the check in system. You have a key fob and when the doctor swipes it, it pulls up all your chart information. I'll definitely be back when I return to Atlanta this fall! read more

Seven years ago, I gave up a 10 year career as a professional violinist because of chronic pain. I would leave rehearsals with a numb left arm and excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders. I assumed I would never be able to play again. And then a good friend introduced me to Dr. Kristy & Dr. Shoshanna. My x-rays were truly amazing (and not in a good way). My neck was curved the wrong way with the vertebrae completely smashed together; my back was twisted; my left shoulder was ridiculously higher than my right. But, during my first three months of intensive therapy, I was able to pick up my violin again. Since then, I've been able to play full-length musicals with a local theatre company. I just had my one-year checkup, and I continue to be amazed at my progress. I'm no longer in pain; my posture is better; my health has improved; and I can play again. Live Well has given me back a part of my life I was sure had been lost forever. read more
