Dr Chris is a really nice dude, and helped me out tremendously with some of my chronic headaches and neck pain. I finally went to get a well needed massage. This was my first time visiting Midtown Life Studio and it will not be my last. When I booked my appointment m, the process went smoothly and the person I spoke to even explained where to park. This is great to know considering parking can be rough at times in the city. Prior to my appointment, I received a confirmation email for my appointment and multiple reminders via text and email. I was not going to forget that appointment nor their cancellation policy! Since I went on a Sunday, the front door stays locked for security measures (which I appreciate) but the massage therapist came to door and let me right in. I completed my intake form and went right to the room to get started. My massage therapist was Lendora and she was amazing. I told her what I really needed to have targeted and she worked those kinks and muscles as soft music played in the background on a heated bed. And a plus that I didn't realized is that it was my first visit, I received an introductory rate! I had a great experience here and will be returning! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Chris for almost two years and he is consistent and always notices when something is out of the ordinary. My regular adjustments are quick and effective. Like many people these days, I work in an office on my computer all day. Overtime, that's lead to bad posture which was starting to really hurt my upper back and neck. When I realized I had enough of feeling stiff and sore all the time I decided to look into going to a chiropractor. I found Midtown Life Studio on yelp and decided to give it a try. I cannot tell how glad I am that I came here. Dr. Greg is just awesome. At my very first visit he really listened to me and the issues I was experiencing and took the time to explain my issues and why I was having the symptoms I've had. You can tell he really cares about his patients and you always feel welcome every time you visit. I've now been going here for about three weeks and I feel so much better already. I honestly feel like I can stand up straight without pain which I had difficulty doing before. I've also found myself being more active and walking/running again since I feel better. Dr. Greg is also very willing to work with your schedule. I've had instances where I needed to move my appointment later in the day due to unexpected work commitments and immediately received responses with other available times I could go. I had a nagging shoulder pain from a climbing injury for a few weeks that just refused to go away- one session with Dr. Peterson and I was back in the gym an hour later as if I'd never had an injury at all. Dexter at the front desk and Dr. Peterson were extremely pleasant, and took time to walk me through the office and the process and calm me even though I was pretty nervous about the adjustment. They managed to squeeze me in for a same day appointment at the last minute which was awesome. Dr. Peterson explained what he was doing every step of the way and even showed me what he thought the issue was on an x-ray. Amazing experience here! I was greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet and gave me a tour of the studio. The equipment they had there can really tell you the amount of professional experience they had. I was escorted to a room to watch an informative video on chiropractic practices and problems I may have had. Doctor came in right after it ended. Very warm personality was straight to the point and had many wise pointers I noted. After a few X-rays he got started on helping me relieve the shoulder/back/neck pain I had for over a month. He did several adjustments, rotations, and pops and I instantly felt relief. The pressure faded quickly. I left there with a different pep in my step and didn't feel fatigued anymore. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and had a general apprehension of doctors at large, but as soon as I walked into this place for the first time (because my shoulder was burning and my arm was numb) I was almost immediately at ease by Glenn's demeanor. He smiled and was very friendly and chatty the whole time I filled out my paperwork. Dr. Greg had the same personality, very friendly, extremely easy to talk to and understand, I'm surprised at myself that I look forward to my visits. If you need stuffy, uptight people in order to feel like you're getting proper care, this definitely isn't the place for you. The other clients and staff are all extremely down to earth and friendly. So did I, although not because I didn't feel anyone else was capable of treating me, coming here just wasn't on my mind as much as it was before he moved. Fortunately they kept me in their database and kept in touch by sending useful and timely emails. Eventually it got to the point where I couldn't ignore the messages (or the pain in my back) and I came back for an adjustment with Dr. Greg Graham. I don't know why I don't come more often and I definitely plan to change that.
