The atmosphere is pleasant, with background music. The building has old charm, but at the same time seemed new and fresh. We started with fried calamari, which V said was the best he had in a while. I suspect it should have been taken out of the fryer a few seconds sooner, as I detected a hint that the breading was slightly burnt. I ordered a chopped salad with grilled chicken. It was quite tasty and had generous portions of blue cheese and bacon, yummy. V had a Lamb Chop which came with mashed potatoes. He enjoyed his meal, it the lamb was cooked well done, just like he ordered. We shared a slice of Blueberry Cheesecake, and it was the perfect finish to the meal. We would definitely come back again, from hospitality, to atmospher and food, it's a very good experience.

I started with a bowl of Barley soup which was ok and a little on the thin side. My guest had a salad and it was fresh and filling. We both had the Poor Boy Sandwiches. My tip, make sure bring cash since they do change extra for using a credit card.

It's a small space and it definitely gets crowded, but that's part of the charm. You're packed in, close to the stage, and fully in it with everyone else. There is an upstairs balcony if you want a break from the floor, but most of the action is general admission and the sound down there is really solid. Loud, clear, and exactly what you want for a show like this. They sell food but I can't speak to that as I've never gotten it but it always smells good. Free parking nearby is a huge bonus and makes the whole night way easier. If you like intimate shows, sweaty crowds, and good sound, this is absolutely the spot.

The cabbage soup was very tasty: chunks of Polish sausage, cabbage, barley, minced vegetables. Delicious. Polish euro sandwich was interesting. Tasty combination of Polish sausage cheese inside a (homemade ?) Bun. Pierogies were fantastic; each one serve served with a bit of grilled onions. Pizza bread was a bit steep, as well as the soup at $8.99/bowl. With prices going up, can't blame them. Overall good food. Nice touches with the interior design. We look forward to returning.
