Probably the worst car wash experience I've experienced. Arrived 30 min before closing today (Sunday) and they tell me they're not doing interior because they already sent the guys home. Frustrating considering I could have driven somewhere else that was open if I had known they would only be half open. Fine, I go for the exterior wash only. Probably the laziest job possible, cobwebs, dirt, not even an attempt at hitting the wheels. I paid for the full exterior and got a gas station wash at best. Rough look guys! read more

Employees are short with you. I get they are trying to be "speedy", but customer service needs work. You know what else needs work -- car detailing that I paid $40 for, and how is there still bird poop on the car?... it looks as if I never got a wash in the first place. My mom took her Mercedes there a few months ago to get cleaned only to find literally three things broken in the car. The back parking sensor is completely broken glove box completely broken passenger mirror literally fell off of the roof of the car. The manager there gave me the owners cards and I've been trying to contact them. I talked to Bhavesh Patel and told me to go get an estimate and that they're gonna take care of it not to go through insurance as it is going to be more expensive. Went and got the estimate tried to treat this very professionally as he was responsive at the beginning. Now after so many failed attempts, I cannot reach the owner. Sent him an estimate. Told him to talk about it. Try to discuss it with them no response at all. I hope they get back to me and actually fix the damages that they did to my mom's expensive car that we had for years with no damage damages. Talking to a few friends of mine it seems like it wasn't the first time. My friend took her brand new car there to get cleaned and someone who drove it also hit the door from the passenger side and she had to take care of it herself. Paid 36 plus tip for interior exterior wash. It looked like all they did for the interior was vacuum, and badly. Didn't wipe surfaces. There were still crumbs and dog hair in the gearshift and center console, gum wrappers and crumbs still on the floor. Exterior: I paid for a wax, but when I got home there was still bird poop and dead bugs all over the grill and hood and roof and side view mirrors. They left my wipers on so when I started up they smeared the bugs still left on the windshield. I have been using car wash for years. Today was the first significantly bad experience that I had was with a guy named I am a monthly customer and last week I had an accident. So my son brought my car instead of me. sticker on the window that was placed there by car, but they didn't see it and charged my son cash. He didn't know the sticker was explained the situation and simply ask them if they could give me a free wax, and this idiot literally said if I give it to you, I would have to give it to everybody. I mentioned to him that I am a long-term customer and he said because of fairness he just can't so I am complaining because this is ridiculous and he hasn't got a brains to treat customers the way the owners would. I was actually recommended to this place by my sister who really likes the service here. I paid for the most expensive package and got the bare minimum of effort. I came back and explained what issues I had and the young man Eddie was so understanding and kind. None of the people who cleaned my car the first time around wanted to help clean it out the second time, but Eddie did. He was the only one cleaning my car and for that one good employee I'm going to give five stars. I'll likely not come back but I'm grateful for Eddie and the fact that he made things right. They advertise a wash and wax and interior deluxe for 43.00. The car came out with unvaccumed carpets and interior surfaces not wiped down. The exterior had water spots because they had let it sit in the sun. It also had dirt on all the sides. They used to brush the car before it entered the wash tunnel now they don't. When I inquired of Allen the manager he said they don't actually wax cars anymore they just spray a chemical on the car in the wash tunnel. It is not UV protectant so your clear coat will be damaged. When I asked Allen he said it was to upsell the wash price. I found his honesty refreshing. read more

I went back to ask for my refund and the guy working the register was completely rude to me, they gave me a refund but they had horrible customer service and acted like I was an inconvenience. I order their 3x wax package with inside and outside. They were fast under 30 min. But when I went to my car no one was around it and I noticed a bunch of scratches. I went here once 6ish months ago for interior/ exterior, when I got home I found that one of the guys had stepped on my back seat and left a greasy/muddy boot print. I just let it go and started going to whalers instead until my friend insisted that cruz was the best and I should go back there. I went today and my exterior looks and feels no better than after driving through the shell station wash. Interior is vacuumed without attention to detail and my dash/ steering wheel were not even touched. I tip automatically when I get services like this because I just think it's right, but I should have inspected the work done before tipping this time because now I've dropped about 60$ (I tipped 15) on two separate occasions just to have to clean it myself afterwards. Had my truck washed at Cruz, they were not busy however they must've been very shorthanded. I have a black truck by the time somebody finally got to dry it off. It was already dry with water spots everywhere. The guys did a lousy job of cleaning inside and out and trying to clean up the water spots. Very poor service today. read more

Full service car wash for $43 plus $6 tip, exterior OK mostly done by machine, but the hood did not get wiped down properly when drying. When I pulled up for vacuum/interior, I told the guy with the vacuum it may be easier to take the rubber mats out to shake them. He said, "No, not necessary." I said, ok as long as he could get the sand off and underneath. He responded nonchalantly that not all sand can come off. (I spoke to the supervisor about him in the office while I waited to be called) It looked like he did not even try! The other two guys (who I then tipped individually) came back to help with the inside after that one had walked away and they did vacuum below the rubber mat, only one rubber mat got wiped down, but still lots of sand on the mats that could've been shaken or wiped? (except the far back looked good). Side of seats not vacuumed nor near seatbelt. Dashboard probably the only thing wiped down, because the cup holders, arms, vents had dirt and some hair on/inside them. Mind you, $49 for a half-ass job. No wonder they are now advertising so much on Groupon. read more

They did a great job and were thorough in cleaning the first time I came. The second time with a different car, however, a lot was lacking in the vacuum and they did the job way way too quickly and it was suspicious. I noticed several spots hadn't even been cleaned and immeriately came back to ask for a redo of the vacuum only to find that had also been done half-heartedly. Poor quality. Wouldn't recommend a place that leaves this sort of trash (see pic below) after "cleaning" TWICE. read more

I got the most expensive car wash they offer ($40). The outside looked fine, but the inside was terrible. It looked like they didn't even touch the inside. Admittedly, the car was dirty. But I would rather them say something to acknowledge the car was dirtier than they could clean when they "finished" and handed me the keys, rather than letting me tip them over 20% and walk off with a dirty car. THIS COMPANY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT, EVEN AFER ADMITTING FAULT!!! This happened to us TWICE. We brought our Kia Telluride in last month, (5/18/22). The workers sprayed a chemical they call "bug spray" on the front of our car and the sides/windows. Immediately after we pulling away from the car wash, we noticed a "spray" like pattern on our window trim that had eaten away the black paint. We drove straight back to Cruz Car wash, where the manager of the day reviewed their video tapes and ADMITTED that their employee sprayed the chemical onto our car and FAILED to wash it off in time, resulting in the damage to our car. He signed a paper stating the incident that occurred and told us to have an estimate done for the damage and turn it in to them. We did just that approximately 1 week later. The manager at that time was very understanding, and even asked if he could bring the employee over so he could see what can happen if they do not rinse the spray off in time. This interaction was very professional and cordial. We understand that accidents happen, and were happy to remain customers, if they paid for the damage their company caused to our car. It's been radio silence since then, not a peep from Cruz Car Wash. Today, we returned to have our car washed and to follow up regarding the damage. The manager of the day today told us the estimate we submitted was "doubled up" and "way too expensive" for "just plastic". He told us he would have the original manager follow up with us in "a couple days". We left annoyed, but still willing to give them time to resolve this issue. When we returned home (about a 4-5 minute drive), I noticed the SAME damage in the SAME splash pattern to the OTHER side of our window trim. We returned AGAIN to show the damage that occurred. The manager this time refused to meet with us (even though he had met with us when we were just in there bringing our car through). He sent a different worker out to talk to my husband told him to submit a claim through our insurance and gave him a business card. Needless to say, they have run out of second chances with us. We cancelled all of our unlimited packages and will never be returning. I STRONGLY encourage you to do the same. read more

Look this has been my go to place for many many years because it's fast and friendly,sadly over the years the service has gotten worse ( missed dust spots on the dash board and other random wiped down spots missed) but they have always been friendly. Couple weeks ago they did not clean inside front window and completely missed half of the dashboard, when they were "done " they just walked away never waved me down they were done . I drove away and noticed I couldn't see out of my dirty window. I drove back, politely ask is window and dashboard part of the service? They said ya swing around and we will take care of it . I took my car there and bouggt the top of the line wash and detail because my car needed it. They lost yhe keys to my car first of all, that took a week to fix and $418 for a new chipped car key never mind my house and other keys on the key ring. I had to ask one of the cleaners and then the manager to go over my car again because inside the doors were not cleaned at all, there was dirt still on yhe bumper and they missed vacuuming the back carpet. I've been a customer for approximately 4 years and been mostly satisfied. In the past year the service has been off and my cars haven't been properly cleaned. The interior cleaning has been ok but the exterior hasn't. They do a poor job of drying and leave the car in the sun. This leaves bad water spots and the seldom go over the surface with a cloth to clean it. I hope they work on getting back to cleaning properly. After 2 weeks of transporting boxes, bins, clothes, toys, and a lot of ingredients and kitchen appliances, I was due to have my car cleared; because the forecast predicted rain, I only went w/ the vacuum which totaled up to $8. I did not see the price for just the vacuum but paying to get it done is a lot better than converting $1.50 to quarters and doing it yourself. I have had bad luck w/ gas station vacuums lately. It wasn't busy around 9AM but there were quite a few early birds on a Saturday. Super disappointed with this wash. You expect your car to at least be stain/spot free after washing!!! My windows were sparkly and clean but the top of my car wasn't clean at all. This car wash used to be our family favorite and we would have our cars washed here often. Gone with the old ownership also left accountability, quality and reliability. It's run by punky adolescents who scoff at vehicle damage and lack of quality cleaning. They forgot to finish drying one entire side, moonroof and hatch back windows this last visit, after waiting twenty minutes for some to return I began to search the premises for anyone who was considered the manager on duty to ask where my car was in the queue. Another ten minutes passed - he was MIA also. I asked him to help have my car finished. He picked up a rag and finished the windows himself then asked, "what else"? I personally gave him $6 and knew for myself and our family this would be the last tip and business we will give to this company as things stand. So I came here because the one I usually go to was closed. I usually come to these because I don't like the car wash brushes against my car. Before you know it you are on the belt going in with the brushes just like a gas station. My mirror was bent back and almost broken. The only thing they actually do it vacuum and wipe the outside. So you are paying 30$ for that. They did a good job wiping down the outside but they didn't even vacuum well or wipe down this was not worth no 30$ and do not recommend. Ugh I usually don't have patience to write yelp reviews but this one is a must. As in you have been forewarned people - don't go here! I was surprised at all the bad yelp reviews, I thought ah people are probably overreacting. And actually initially I was impressed. They have a nice water fountain, great seating area, free wifi (I didn't check how it works as I have unlimited data lol), lots of cars were stacked up to get their car wash (must be good then right?), prices were expected, plenty of restroom, easy cashier check out (i got a free water bottle with check in yaay erm kinda irrelevant). However! I nicely told them to get rid of the sand in my car as in hey can you vacuum my car decently enough so I still don't have sand in there which there wasn't that much of to begin with (not a surfer). Nope, at the end there was still tons of sand in my trunk. I asked the guy who cleaned my car and he said something chingado erm yeah not good and then proceeded to clean it with some weird chemicals when all it needed was a simple quick rinse! Besides that my whole car was not clean at all. The outside which looked decent you know rinsed and that was about it! I have leather seats and even other average car washes get them all nice and shiny (for the $30 that's supposed to include wheel wash, leather cleaning, vacuuming combo that I got bla bla). Well none of that was done. Literally all they did was vacuum my car (and did a pretty crappy job at even that might I add) and the inside had so much dirt still left over. How do I know? Well I actually went home and used armor all wipes to clean the inside and I can tell you right now I did a way better job than they did. Wipes were super black and you could see my windshield had hella dust all over. So to summarize: super disappointed they did such a bad job. Place looks great and they had free self serve coffee (which was pretty decent) and I am a sucka for free coffee! I was so ready to give them 4/5 stars and say that all the other yelp reviewers are probably overreacting. Sadly no. They were right. This car wash place sucks. They have the idea of customer comfort going on but if you can't freaking wash the car which is the sole purpose of this damn place then what's the point!?! I literally wasted $28 (plus free water bottle wow how nice...not) and half hour of my time to get my car lightly vacuumed and rinsed from the outside. Could I have done this myself in a way better way? Yes. Except I don't have a hose and my carpet cleaner can't reach to my parking lot and it's why I go to get my car washed. Honestly you're better off washing your car yourself and spending the time. They did nothing. My car was still quite dirty and they were rude when I had to ask them about the sand again. Like if the car still looks and feels dirty like it did before then this car wash place is a total fail. I hope whoever owns this place bothers to get their employees to do a better job.
