It set my bar for Teriyaki and velveted Chicken or Beef is NOT it. Velveting is a Chinese technique and NOT a Seattle-Japanese technique. Their portions are good and they are generous and eager to provide what you need. I always feel welcome and never leave hungry. I am going to try a house specialty now. I've had their Sushi, Teriyaki, Teriyaki-Don Bowls and their Egg Drop Soup. I like it. I go there frequently. I would've given it 4 stars but sometimes I have to get my own Sriracha Sauce or refill my own water. That won't keep me from going back or tipping well. Given Walla Walla is a town with a variety of exceptional restaurants, I doubt that Bangkok 103 will be on our list next time we visit.
