About 10 days later, he installed the new one and said we are all set. Well, the slide went out, but it would not come back in all the way - it was not aligned properly and the bottom would stay out between 1/2 - 1". I called several times and he said he didn't know why it was doing that (he even came out 2 other times for additional service on our camper) and would have someone else come out to get it lined up properly. We told him when we were leaving the area and he assured us he'd have the slide expert come out. Well, that never happened and now, when we drive, the slide starts going out up to 1.5" and we have to pull over and put the slide back in. Not safe at all and we're afraid it's just going to let loose one of these times and go out even further. Now I have to find someone who knows what they're doing and pay them to do it right.

Excuses that, it came in damaged and had to send it back, mixed with the MANY excuses why he couldn't make it here to install it. Even with a warning two months later that I would give him a week to produce my part or cash for what I paid him or I would go to the police. Well, it came down to me calling the Pinellas Police Department which after investigating the facts they told him that if I did not receive the part or the money I paid by the coming friday they would "ARREST him for Grand Theft Larceny". When I went to pick it up at 5:15 after they closed, they were supposed to leave the key in it yet they never did that and cost me over 30 minutes in extra travel time. Third, I personally witnessed the new front end going in my truck before I brought it to them and the components were marked and nothing was touched as far as I'm concerned on my truck. The proof is I brought it to another place 2 days later and they said this truck is all out of whack. I have proof in the pictures attached as they seemingly manipulated the machine to make it look correct. The first picture is the printout they gave me to show all green the second picture is from the new place I brought it to on the top it shows how bad it was and on the bottom you can see it fixed.
