(Actual visit was October 2011) I love pizza and my goal from today forward is to try a new pizza place whenever we go for pizza. We order, I think crust bread, which was cheese on their crust. It was served with a marinara which tasted fresh. They served the marinara cold which I don't see too often but it wasn't bad. The cheese and spices were very tasty. The crust tasted, well, like frozen pizza crust. I reminded me of Red Baron frozen pizza crust. For the pizza we ordered a 12" pepperoni, half mushroom, with a red sauce. The ingredients and sauce were very tasty and fresh. However, the crust tasted like frozen crust which was a let down. A friend recommended Crust, so me and the kids went for lunch. Atmosphere was very casual and slightly funky with a neat variety of rock music artist & concert posters displayed throughout. I appreciated kids 6 & under eating free - good deal for families with little ones. I usually prefer thicker crust pizza and they didn't really do anything to convert me. The pizza was fine but not particularly noteworthy. We did the buffet and they had a pretty good variety of toppings: pepperoni, sausage, supreme, pineapple with ham, tomato with fancy cheese (maybe feta, not sure but it was good), and a few others. My favorite was one with jalepeno rings. Tried them all and they were ok, but seemed to be a little one dimensional in their approach with each pizza tasting like it used exactly the same sauce and cheese (aside from the one mentioned above with feta). Not a thing wrong with it, but nothing to make it stand out. Service was attentive and really friendly, and our waitress did a fine job. This will be the kind of place we go once-in-a-blue moon when we want something a bit different, but it won't likely become a regular haunt. read more

Do not go here! Very disappointing. Ordered and 10 minutes later the waitress came back to ask us what we had ordered. So basically our order never was put in. We ordered a 16 inch pizza and a baked spaghetti. In the meantime we saw a table return their food that looked like a baked spaghetti and saw someone leave because they never made his order. There were only people at 4 or 5 tables so it was not like they were slammed or anything. When we finally got our food the pizza looked and tasted pretty good. The baked spaghetti was cold (I think we got the order that was returned previously) and it was not very good. Bathrooms were nasty and no TP. So anyway wish I had my time and money back. While I come here 2-3 times a year to eat while waiting on my oil change to be done next door, this casual Pizza place has a all you can eat Pizza buffet that I like to eat from with my co-workers from time to time. The side salads are generous, fresh, and hearty. Wait staff is friendly and quick. Happy to put a veggie only meat lovers on the buffet if it's not already there. If you had to go to one Crust location in Chattanooga, this is the one. Pizza buffet EVERYDAY at lunch time is reasonably priced and there are always 4+ different types of pizzas out at a time. The staff is attentive and friendly, and even recommended that I try the "Crust dust". This "Crust dust" is a game changer on your za. I've also tried the baked spaghetti which I recommend. So yummy. Beer prices are some of the best in town. Several bottled beers for $2 or $3. Draft beer is also very reasonably priced. The atmosphere in the restaurant is chill too. Actually the poorest experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Worked in the service industry for 8 years and the service I just had here was nothing short of absurd. Forgot salads, drinks, and apologies. Had to walk in to get our own menus. Forgot our salads after multiple times asking. Still tried to charge us for everything. Best service! I went here with my bf at night. We were greeted with a warm smile by the lovely waitress which I didn't catch her name! The place had cool decoration. I ordered the quad pizza with jalapeño & spinach toppings, it was so good esp coming from NYC! My bf ordered the spaghetti with meatballs, he enjoyed it (Italian) according to him, the sauce was well made. The drinks were very affordable too, we got the Red Stripes 40oz. (2 for $5)!! Great pizza and very friendly staff! I had the barbecue chicken and it was delicious. The salad was big enough to share with my husband. The crust was like cardboard and compares to the cheapest pizza found in the freezer section at Walmart. There were so many pizza places to choose from, I am sorry this was here we chose. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if it wasn't necessary to put something. For starters, the service was awful and they were not busy at all. We had a 3 person party and out drinks ran out and we were never checked on again for refills. The pizza itself which was shared between the 3 of us was horrible. We ordered the 16" pizza and all ate 1 piece each and didn't even want to take the rest home to feed our animals. Little ceasers is 5 star compared to here, don't waste your money. read more

After picking up my to go order and driving 20 minutes home I realized that I had been given the wrong pizza. I was not offered a credit or gift certificate or anything else. Amazing pizza! The sauce has this sweetness to it that you can't find anywhere else. Vegetables are always piled on! The thin crust makes for a pizza that doesn't make you feel so bloated when you are done. Love it! read more
