Often I go for the Storm, blended mix ins within a soft serve ice cream cup, similar but way better than a DQ Blizzard. Parking can be a challenge with the angle of the road compared to the lot, but take it slow and you'll be fine. I'm really hard pressed to find a better soft serve around and the price is fair compared to local chains that also have soft serve. Most ice cream places implode when they receive multiple sundae orders, but they always seem to be well staffed and well trained in delivering the product with a sense of urgency. I think they take great care at serving at the proper temperature for the soft serve because I've never had a "soupy" treat like I often receive at DQ.

I couldn't decide on the pistachio ice cream or a traditional hot fudge sundae. The grandma type figure behind the window suggested a hot fudge sundae WITH PISTACHIO ice cream instead of vanilla. I order and ended up sitting outside on one of the picnic tables in the cool April air enjoying my post dinner sundae. It was perfect. Great prices, and friendly service. It was a great find being from out of town and so glad I stopped by. I really enjoyed the experience and the ice cream. Recommend it and if I am back in the area will make a trip back.

I was really craving something sweet and I wanted to share with my friends so I knew this would be the spot to cure the cravings! I ordered brown toffee butter, cookies n cream, chocolate chunk, and snickerdoodle, which are their classic cookies. I also ordered their confetti and salted caramel which are their deluxe cookies. They were all delicious as usual. The deluxe cookies are more expensive but they are double the size of their classic cookies. My favorite was the salted caramel, it's a must-try. The spot is small, but that doesn't matter much because people usually order to take home. The woman working was very kind and efficient. My order was ready on time and I had no problem getting it. This location is awesome and you should definitely try Insomnia out if you haven't already!

I can honestly say The Blue Door has earned a place among the very best meals I've ever had. What amazed me most wasn't just that every dish was delicious--it was that every single plate had its own identity. Nothing tasted repetitive or safe. Each course was thoughtfully composed with bold flavors, beautiful presentation, and combinations I never would have imagined working together... yet they absolutely did. Beyond the food, every plate looked like a work of art. You could tell the kitchen artists take immense pride in presentation without sacrificing flavor. The service was warm, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. We never felt rushed, and every recommendation was spot on. If someone asked me where to experience one of the best dining experiences in Ohio, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. I'd tell them to drive to The Blue Door in Cuyahoga Falls.
