I don't recommend this one... Their cookies are always underdone, at least, their centers, and their staff are disrespectful "Karens". Here's why,...I dropped my daughter off at the door since she ordered online and then she came back out without her cookies with a warning That we couldn't park in front of the store, it's a fire lane. Here's the thing, it's not. There's no red paint on the curb in front of the store. Just a bossy, know-it-all, who likes to be disrepectful to customers The time before that, my wife picked up a few of their coolies and took them home. They were underdone in the centers, so my wife called and told them. So, if I ever go back, I'm parking by the curb until they serve me, call it an old fashioned sir-in...until I'm served. lol!!!! I am not sure what training the manager and staff got... but this crumble has a very different vibe. They yelled at us to go outside 20 degree weather, then said "you don't like it come back tomorrow!!!" All i did was walk outside. lol then this happened again a few minutes later and a customer was talking under his breath the manager was super gruff. The customer ended up yelling at him and calling him a "fat chunk" . It felt a bit like a prison yard... . The cookies were great... but the atmosphere was pretty hostile and entertaining. read more

I am so deeply saddened by this location. I have tried multiple days in a row to order. They only allowed me to order online but all the time slots were filled. I watched 5 groups of people arrive at the store read the sign that says online orders only and walk away. Then they only have like 3 out of the 6 cookies available. Ridiculous...at a time where most businesses are trying to entice diners into their restaurants this place is literally driving people away. read more

I really love the cookies! I went in yesterday morning at about 8:05 a.m. to order my weekly batch. I was the only customer there besides a lady picking up an online order. I was told I could not order cookies because their kiosks were not working and apparently the people just standing at the counter could not take my order. I was supposed to leave and put in an online order. I was a little appalled and unwilling to bend over backwards to order cookies. Yes I could have ordered online, but when I actually come in to the shop someone should be able to take my order if the kiosks are down. Not worth the disappointment and the trouble. Cookies get a star, but the difficulty getting them is ridiculous. read more

Wanted to give cookies to those that helped us while we were on vacation. Ordered 5 boxes of 4 on the app for pick up 6 hours later and after waiting for far too long after arrival for having to enter a pickup time she told me since I ordered more than 25 I should have entered it as a catering order since they were short staffed but she would give me the cookies anyway. When I asked oh I thought I ordered 20 kidding her she might want to check her math and laughed to lighten the moment she just walked away. Customer service is CRAP. Boyfriend went this morning for cookies, stood at register for 10 minutes for someone to finally tell him register was cash only and to use the kiosk. Didn't even know how he planned to pay. 10 employees he said and not one could be bothered to serve him. Online order only half the time it seems. Service is horrible, you have to wait HOURS for people to do a job that takes 10 seconds. I bet 10 year olds could run this business better than the people working! There is never a cashier, mobile ordering takes forever to complete and get cookies, and the iPads you use to order inside are always out of service. When you walk in the place smells like a mix of cookies and weed while they are always sold out of their cookies for the week. When you ask for assistance, the workers say they don't know when they need to simply take my money and give me a box of cookies. Every single time we go there is an inconvenience. We can't ever walk in, place an order, get cookies and leave. They tell us to order online because they are short staffed or they are sold out of things. It's a drive to get to that location and to be told we are only taking online orders and the pick up time is over 2 hours. Not worth the difficulty it takes trying to get cookies. The presentation of the ones I do get are not even close to what is advertised either. We love crumbl but I agree with others, this location is def lacking. read more

I placed an online order for pickup late Sunday night (2/25) for Monday the 26th between 8 and 8:30 am. I did this to make sure I could get the cookies I wanted, as there were a few sold out when I went last week on Wednesday. I went in and they told me I could only get a refund because the cookies aren't made yet. I was not offered to wait for my cookies, which I would've happily done. If the cookies aren't gonna be ready at my pickup time, why not make pickup times a little later? Maybe start at 10 am or so instead?? I was very disappointed, especially since I drove from Taylorville to get them. read more

I love Crumbl one of my favorites...but.... Half of the time they're out of the cookies I want or it takes forever and sometimes you can't even go inside which is the easiest thing for me to do. But I can say the people are always very nice. read more

Horrible customer service!!! The wait is 2 to 3 hours long. They have lots of staff members who appear to be completely lost!!! Some people asked for their money back. I ordered 3 cookies and waited for an hour. There were others there waiting as well, even longer. The only reason I was able to get my cookies and go was because I agreed to just take what they had available. I'd ordered 3 different kind and none were ready. The list that appeared on a screen with names of people that ordered never moved. The greeter was very rude to me. There were no seats available for those who were waiting. i e been to many crumbls this was by far my least satisfying experience. we were unable to order cookies when first arriving were told we had to order online only and it was an hour before a time slot was available. when we returned later most cookies were sold out. the facility was not super clean in the visible areas. wouldn't recommend. read more
