Seriously don't go here unless you want to be addicted to cookies! I was just introduced to Crumbl and I'm obsessed. Every week Crumbl releases new flavors, opened Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday, but they release new flavors on Sunday so you can be ready to go on Monday. The location is nice and new. It smells like heaven. Ordering is done on a little touch pad, super simple, quick and easy. There were people there to take your order as well if you needed help. While the flavors change each week and don't come back for a while as I understand so you have to get while the gettin's good. They do however always have the chocolate chip cookie. Which is pretty solid. I recommend checking out their site before you go so you can see if they have flavors you'd like to try. I should mention they are a little pricey but they are gourmet cookies so I wasn't too mad about the price. They are open late so if you have a late night craving you have some place to go. The first time you go I suggest getting all 6, just for fun. Just make sure you have some friends to share with because the cookies are huge! read more

Crumble cookie has some of the best cookies in the nation. I just wish they would be more consistent with having different flavors instead of recycling the same flavors on different cookies. It was my birthday so I went in and asked to redeem my free cookie. I was approached with a lot of attitude from a girl with pink and black hair. She walked up to me and did not say a word but stared at me for 30 seconds with no word. Then, she asked if I had some sort of QR code and I had no idea what she was talking about so I was standing there confused. When I said that I didn't have a QR code she turns away from me and just goes back to whatever she was doing. I've never experienced attitude like this and quite honestly it ruined my mood. The lack of respect for a costumer was disappointing and I hope this location can improve whatever that was. read more

What's the point of asking if the cookies are to my liking if the issue isn't going to be fixed? You can see in the photo, one cookie is dwarfed by the other. It won't even hold the box open, as the box is collapsing on each side (small cookie). The other cookie is not fully iced--when I mentioned it, I was told they can't "overdress" the cookie. Quite funny--I guess they can't prepare them as advertised. At over $4 per cookie, it seems reasonable that they'd be made correctly. I won't waste any more money here. read more

First time to actually go into a shop to purchase a cookie although I have eaten them before. Clean, fresh atmosphere and girls behind the counter were efficient and helpful. Cookies they have available are on display and clerks will tell you about each one. I opted for a doughnut cookie, sugar cookie with icing and sprinkles. It was light, doughy and delicious. It was enough for two of us to share but still a $4+ cookie is a bit much. These cookies are so good that it should be a crime. Lol today was my first time going. I went with my sister and dad to celebrate good news my dad received at the doctor! I've always wanted to come and I'm so glad that I did. The cookies are just a little on the pricier side but in my opinion they are worth it. As soon as we walked in, all the employees were very nice and spoke. It's very bright and inviting and I love that atmosphere because it always makes me want to come back and visit again. If you are ever craving a warm and cookie made from scratch, then look no further! I love how moist and gooey they are. And it's always cool to try the new flavors. Finally tried Crumbl at this new location and super disappointed, especially for the price. The cookies were mostly tasteless to the point that I worried I maybe had Covid... the service was weird as well. They were giving away free cookies for national chocolate chip cookie day or something like that with proof of downloaded app. I showed my app and asked for the free cookie as well as 3 others that I wanted to pay for. She kept claiming that there was no way for me to order 3 cookies to pay for and I HAD to order 4... we went around in circles a few times and I added a fourth cookie just to get it over with (sadly the cookie sucked, so my initial instinct not to order it was spot on). Probably won't try again and I would recommend insomnia or penny & pearls over what I got here any day. read more

My family was excited to try these cookies for over a month and once we had a box in hand it took us several days to finish them. As others have stated the flavor is rather muted and not the best cookies we have ever tried. The reason it took us several days to finish the box is because the cookies were just not anything memorable for us so it was more of a lets not waste the money by throwing them away situation. These are overpriced, mediocre, and unimaginative cookies. For half the price go to Penny and Pearl's Bakeshop in St Matthews, it is worth the drive. Also, be forewarned that you cannot use cash which is probably why the cookies are so expensive (they have to pay the fees to the credit card companies). read more
