The cookies were delicious!!! However I wanted 45 minutes for a box of 4 cookies. It would be nice to know your going to have to wait that long when your paying. I also think the staff could have communicated with the lobby of people waiting but instead everyone was just standing around looking around read more

Addictive, sugar overload, deliciously unhealthy but worth every bite. We stood in line for the warm cookies, made while you wait. They have 5-6 selections and each one is a favorite. You can purchase a single cookie or buy several which are placed in a specially made Crumbl box. The service is quick but the patrons are often slow trying to decide what they want. I am not a huge cookie fan but the chocolate chip can transform me into a cookie fan quickly. read more

Holy grail of cookies! Do NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND BOOKOOS A LOT OF TIME OBSESSING OVER COOKIES! Literally these cookies are so addictive. I find myself anxiously waiting for 6:00 pm on Sundays to find out the next cookies rolling out. These are UNBELIEVABLE! read more

Ooohhh my goodness! These cookies are freaking awesome. I had no idea what I was getting but I was not disappointed. You order the flavors you want and they come out hot! There are not many things that taste better than a warm chocolate chip cookie. I will stop here every time I am in the area! read more

I love the rotating choices. Yes you will wait. Yes it is worth it. The iced sugar cookie is divine. It is not your normal everyday run of the mill icing it has a distinct almond flavor. The chocolate chip is delicious as well. These two cookies are always on the menu but the weekly changes are what keeps me coming back read more

this location suuuuuuucks. they are so rude. the little girls there will laugh at you when you ask how long until they make more. having worked when i was younger in food service, im appalled. honestly.... i wasn't rude and im extremely nice, generous when ordering food. but holy smokes. talk about high school level drama. i didn't even buy anything and never will. y'all should think about the employees at your store. read more

I ordered cookies online. I paid $60 for tip, delivery fee, and 20 cookies. I received a confirmation stating the cookies would be delivered between 12-1pm on April 29, 2019. I was having these cookies delivered as a surprise to my spouse and his coworkers. It was 12:53pm and I hadn't heard from my husband so I called Crumbl. I was told first their driver didn't show up today. Then I was told they had problems with their app but they confirmed they had in fact received my order but basically that the cookies were not being delivered as promised (and as I had paid in advance for...). I then requested a refund as I wasn't getting what I paid for, the manager got on the phone and I asked why didn't he at least call and let me know the status of my order since the driver didn't show up this morning. He said they have growing pains. This store is not ready to be in business at this time. I had to call to find out they weren't delivering my cookies and I also was given many different reasons as to why the situation wasn't handled as it should have been. The bare minimum for the manager would have at least been for him to call and let me know they don't have a driver, there is absolutely no reason why I had to be the one reaching out. Future consumers, you've been warned. Good luck. read more

This place stays packed and super busy. I have only tried the smores cookie. It was freshly baked. They need more menus up. Great addition to the Murfreesboro dessert scene. Best to go early. read more

The cookies were not all that good. I got the 4 cookies for $10. I got 2 sugar, 1 cinnamon and 1 chocolate chip. I found the icing on the sugar cookies had an odd taste it didn't taste like classic icing and the other two cookies were just bland. I was not happy with the taste AT ALL and won't be returning. Yuck. read more

This is the best cookie shop around. Went there once as an afternoon treat and was blown away. Service was good. Cookies were done quickly and the cashier was polite. When we broke into the actual cookies we were pleasantly surprised. The cookies were each enough for two people. They were warm and the chocolate in one of them was still all melty. They tasted DELICIOUS! The price was HIGH, but I think it was worth it. Hopefully we'll be visiting there again soon. read more

The worst crumbl location ever. Trust me, I love crumbl and will continue to go as an MTSU student, but they will NEVER have the cookie you want available. I've been twice this week (once saturday, once tonight so a new flavor line up) and they were sold out of both. Saturday they were out of 3 flavors with hours to go until closing. I've never been to another location where this has been an issue. Check the data of sales and make the batches!! It's disappointing making a trip for nothing. read more

The selection changes weekly so you're always mixing it up. Try taking out of town folks if you run out of options. The line can seem long but it moves quick. read more

Absolutely delicious cookies! I love that they changes flavors weekly! The cookies are rich and almost remind me of a cake too!

First time we tried the cookie delivery service. Took about 50minutes but nothing was delivered by doordash. Called and spoke with staff. Michael, the Manager, jumped on and quickly offered to refund our order and had another order sent right away. Thankful for the great customer service from management when we failed to have a successful order experience. And the chocolate chip cookies are really good! read more

I decided to give Crumbl a try today and I was VERY disappointed. I asked about the available varieties, and the cashier couldn't tell me anything about them. I ordered a variety and she told me my total. It was $12.05 so I gave her a twenty and a dime to avoid change. I was shocked when she handed back a handful of coins. I pointed out her mistake and she argued back that she was correct. I figured the dime wasn't worth the aggravation. The first cookie was dry and unimpressive. The second was pretty good and my family wasn't impressed with the others. Meh. read more

Was not very impressed. I got the peanut bUtter brownie cookie. It was too crumbly and lacked flavor. The cookies look delicious but didn't cc'ing it in the taste department. I would go too Buttermilk Pie shop down the street when you're craving sweets. read more

Worst cookies I've ever tried. Waited twenty five minutes to try the chocolate chip cookie only to get to the front of the line to see they were sold out. We tried the sugar, Birthday,& Twix cookies and all 3 were bad. I wouldn't even let my dog eat these. Save your money or go to Julia's bakery if you are craving something sweet. read more

Today was My 3rd Visit and I was very disappointed in the wait time to order and get our cookies.

These cookies are simply delicious! Very impressed on how quickly the staff handled the long line. I was also impressed with their variety. Will definitely be back! read more

Service is amazing! The manager Jessica was super helpful! Loved their animal cookie-- I'm all about a sugar cookie with sprinkles.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would... my husband bought 4 cookies yesterday and asked the staff to put them in a box so that he could come by later to pick them up because there was a really long wait (as there is ALWAYS a long wait in this place). When we went back to pick up our box of cookies they told us that they ran out of the one cookie we bought (and really wanted to try) and there was another 20 minute wait on the other. So basically they took our money and then sold our cookies to other people. What a joke. Horrible customer service. If you want to wait in line for 15 minutes then wait another 20-30 minutes for your cookies to get done, and even then maybe not even get what you ordered then this is the place for you. Good luck. read more

My wife saw them on YouTube and has been hyping them up since we saw Murfreesboro was getting one. Well, we were the first customers and I have yet to be disappointed. I think crumbl has the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had. It's warm. It's huge. It's delicious! Plus all their specialty flavors are good too. read more

They have a great selection, though a little pricy it's totally worth both the experience and overall great environment!!

Terrible customer service. Had cookie on display and a whole pan sitting out and said no they were sold out those are for people who ordered earlier. Well why would you have something on display that is not available let alone a whole pan in customer view. Need better customer service skills at this location. Was ready to go back in and ask for a refund read more

I live out of state and wanted to order good cookies for my mother for mother's day. There weren't any "chain" cookies that suited the occasions so I did an internet search and found these cookies. O....M....WORD!! They arrived to her in their cute pink box, had written my message to my mom inside the box - they were ENORMOUS and still warm from the oven. My mother was over the moon. THANK YOU Crumbl Cookies you made my mother's day gift spectacular! read more

The service was amazing. The cookie selection and purchase options were explained well. Presentation was very appealing. Taste of the cookies, we bought 4 different flavors, were just average. We paid over $12.00 including tax for 4 average tasting cookies. Very disappointed. Reason given fir 3 stars is fir service and presentation, not taste. read more

The wait is ridiculous. It's not first come first serve. Small orders will be made before the bigger orders. The staff was not pleasant. I had to ask about my order before they would make it. When I said I would not be coming back his answer was that's fine. You need to train your staff! Way to keep customers! read more

Cookies are pricey but so worth it. Get the four cookies and sample all. My favorite is their sugar cookies, well actually they are all good!!! read more

We went one evening around 8:30 and they were out of all of the specialty cookies of the week. The cashier said they were making more and they would be ready in about an hour. We went back after an hour and a different cashier said they had never planned on making more. He told us that they usually run out after 7:00. Not sure why they are open until midnight, or don't make more if they frequently run out at that time. Disappointed that we waited an hour for cookies they were never actually being made. read more

Love the cookies, but the wait is ridiculous. I could box and decorate them faster than the people who work there! There is only one person decorating out of the 8 employees working and I swear it is always the slowest person in the building. read more

The cookies were above average. With that said, the wait was definitely not worth the hype. We waited 10-15 minutes for 3 cookies. I counted 11 workers (that I could see), with only one person filling boxes for orders (very slowly). We tried the Sea Salt Nutella and the Twix. The Twix is basically a large sugar cookie with a little chocolate and caramel on top...nothing significantly special about it. The Nutella cookie was better but not worth waiting in line for. My recommendation would be to streamline the process of delivery so that customers aren't putting 10-15 minutes of expectation on a 5 minute flavor. Yet, I'm happy to strike it off my list of places to try...glad I tried it...but not good enough to draw me in for more. read more

Cookies were good. The frosting in the guardian cookie is made with almond extract and there was wayyy to much used . I scraped it off . Other than that, the cinnamon roll and chocolate chip cookies were good . read more

Genius business plan. I have to keep coming back every week to try at last 1 cookie. ‍

So, listen. I've been to crumbl several times and the cookies are truly the BOMB. So delicious. Lots of great flavors, consistently delicious, and HOT! Soo good. But ordering cookies in the store is not a pleasant experience. It takes FOREVER. I waited 30 mins for ONE cookie last night. No one gets in any kind of hurry in there. And they apparently don't deliver to me? I only live 2.5 miles away and the app said they don't deliver to me so whatever. I'll hesitate next time I want a cookie bc going in is not fun. Almost not worth it. read more
