This really is historically my go-to cookie Joint, but what is happening??? I requested delivery at the 9:10-9:55 window, yet once I submitted my order, it said it would be delivered around 7:30. W H A T? I get that it's door dash now and not in house, but then why ask me what time? They still get 4 stars because Ben, who I called and spoke with on the phone to determine my options...well he was fabulous. Sweet, kind, attentive, knowledgeable...but here's where things went totally awry! DiD YOU KNOW They have absolutely altered the OG milk chocolate chip cookie recipe? A) the base is different. B) they are including BOTH milk chocolate chips AND semi sweet chunks, GASP! {on whose authority?} I mean the cookie that put them on the map...is now just a mirage from my past. The cookie that took crumble to a billion orders is now limited availability? WHHHHHHHHHY Here's the thing this was a gift, delivery, anticipated to be delivered hot and fresh just like the very first time this sensational nibble was introduced to me many moons ago, and now I find out I'm delivering an alternate option that I have never even sampled myself...I'm just not sure I can continue to condone such reckless decisions, could they and rather SHOULD they have asked their raving fans for input before going rogue? I think YES! This may not change YOUR life, but if a cookie can bring joy to your world I guarantee it's the OG soft, sweet, warm, decadent, chewy, perfectly crispy on the exterior golden MILK CHOCOLATE MAGICAL MORSEL!!! read more

Quality of the cookie. Provo location is my go to and it never looks like this. I'm not sure if it was the ingredients or how long it was cooked, but it's not what I'm used to pretty disappointed. read more

Love the cakes you make . You're my sweet tooth fix. Favorite cake so far has been the fall cakes.

Way too sweet and overly processed, I used to be a regular customer but have not been for a couple years now

The service is always fast and the staff is friendly. We love Crumbl and we almost always choose this location.

they are polite, friendly, and very professional love the store. The cookies are always fresh and delicious.

Cookies are pretty good, sometimes slightly under baked. But might be by design. I absolutely love any of their raspberry flavored cookies (with the raspberry jam.) read more

The pink sugar cookies are so good! They totally beat swig cookies. They are served chilled so I like to let mine sit out and get to room temperature. My brother-in-law had the French toast and said it was delicious. The fruity pebbles cookie was our least favorite. My kids did not like cereal and cookies together. I will definitely be back to swig to get more pink sugar cookies. read more

Not a great experience here, customer service is almost nonexistant. When we walked in there were maybe 8 employees but not a single person acknowledged us even as we were standing awkwardly at the counter wondering what to do. We finally realized on our own that they have monitors where you have to place an order yourself. Signs would be helpful. I've been to plenty of locations in Utah and Vegas - including this one - and I'm assuming this is a new system. We ordered a cookie dough ice cream, but after paying, then being told to grab it from the freezer and not finding it, they said, "must be sold out" and told us to choose another flavor. Not the greatest service, finding out the product is out of stock after already paying and then not offered any alternative. I had to flag down employees so many times because it was so disorganized. Also, the sugar cookie used to be a constant? But it wasn't on the menu anymore. That was the only cookie I enjoyed enough to keep going back for, so that's unfortunate. Oh, well. As for what we ordered, the cookie cup was good. As expected. And the snickerdoodle ice cream was good as well, I can recommend that. It has a good cinnamon flavor and small chunks of cookie dough. read more

Yummy yum!! Soooooooooo good! Great cookies Peanut butter Reese's are my favorite. And I love that they always have new things read more

Probably the worst Crumble cookies location I have been too. Very unorganized and room temperature cookies. Not sure if they broke off from the other chain around Utah and are doing their own thing? My buddy wanted chocolate chip cookies and the cashier said they have 3 left, 10 minutes later after we waited said they had ran out. There was nobody in front of us at that point. We need to go to Chip Cookies as it isn't too far from Lehi and see if they are as good as the one up in SLC. read more

I saw this place by chance and decided to stop inside. I'm so happy I did, because it was truly a 5 star experience from start to delicious finish! First impressions are everything, and the second I opened the door I was cheerily greeted by the super friendly girl at the register. I told her it was my first visit and she straight up got super excited that I was there! She told me everything about the cookies, the prices, and other important tips. There was a team of bakers busy making chocolate chip cookies, and the store smelled amazing. I opted for a box of 4 cookies, two iced sugar and two Biscoff Lava cookie butter. I paid and had a short wait until my cookies were ready! I loved that they were served warm, like they were fresh out of the oven. I couldn't wait so I snagged a bite and wow, so good! What I love is that these are not overly sweet cookies. With the exception of the frosting on the sugar cookies, they had a very subtle sweet taste. I loved this the most about Crumbl. I also loved the texture, slightly undercooked in the middle -- the best part about a yummy cookie! The cookies are very large and heavy (my box of four weighed so much)! You can easily share one cookie with another person. I ate off of the cookies for the next three days, and with a brief pop in the microwave for about 15 seconds, they had that fresh, warm taste even days later. Note that the cookies change every week, so check their website to see which flavors are featured. They always have classic sugar and chocolate chip, however. The store is closed on Sunday; plan ahead to avoid disappointment. I loved everything about Crumbl: the service, the product, the atmosphere. I mean, the sweet little pink boxes are adorable too, and they sell milk in the store if you want to sit and have a comfort dessert classic. Yes, they are expensive, but I feel the cookies are more than worth the high prices. I'll be back! read more

delivery was quick and respectful of delivery orders. cookies were great. i did not go in and order online but their app is ready to use

I cannot say "no" to the Rocky Road cookie. There are other good ones but this is the king.

Order for curbside pickup - both stalls were taken so I just took the spot next to them. The girl that brought my cookies out to me was less than happy that I wasn't in a designated parking spot and made sure I knew about her frustration around that. I apologized and explained that there wasn't a spot available. I then opened my box to find not one, but TWO cookies without frosting. I had to go inside and get them frosted. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

Saw this cookie place while driving around Lehi and decided to give it a try! Walked in and was greeted right away. When it was our turn to order I did mentioned it was our first time. The girl (wished I got her name) helping us was super sweet and nice! Deserves kudos from her boss. She explained everything to us. All their flavors, what she likes, what to get if you like certain types of flavors and if you don't like crema cheese then don't get red velvet. So went with her suggestion of Nutella and a red velvet. Waited about 3 minutes to get our cookies. The girl (wished I got her name) offered to give us a knife to cut our cookies and share them. I got a Nutella stuffed cookie and my friend got a red velvet. Nutella one was just ok. too sweet for me and nothing to exciting. Red velvet I liked better. Tasted like red velvet cupcake or cake and wasn't as sweet. Why I minuses 1 Star? Umm 3 dollars for a cookie is little pricey. For a dozen cookies you are looking at $25!! Yikes. Maybe if I am in town and in he mood for something sweet I might stop by! read more

Such a great concept! Tons of cookie options, hot and fresh. The almond joy cookie was my favorite. Our little girls like all-things pink, so a sugar cookie with pink frosting was a no-brainer. The standard chocolate chip cookie isn't standard at all. This has become a favorite family treat for us. read more

My daughter had a baby last night and received a party box of yummy cookies ! Sadly, with the rainy weather today, the flimsy box ripped as the delivery guy handed it to me, and we had cookies falling out of the box and gooey frosting and strawberry topping on the doorway and floor. A call to the Lehi Store Manager produced an "I'm sorry" and nothing else. If you are going to sell a 4lb box of cookies, make sure the box is sturdy/stable enough to not rip. read more
