Excellent cookies... very friendly staff ... Online app is the perfect way to go.. I will be ordering more cookies from them... Thank you

3 1/2 stars. This is my forth time trying their cookies (seems like they change their flavors every two weeks). The last two times we ordered sugar cookie it was really good however the other day when I ordered it it tasted like cherry cough syrup. (Real turn off) . Today we ordered 2 boxes of 4 cookies and skipped the chilled sugar. 2 buckeye (go Ohio) , pumpkin Oreo, pop tart, 2 chocolate chip) , 2 carrot cake. I really miss their lemon cookie. The buckeye cookie is really good warmed, I microwaved it for 25 seconds (yummy) I enjoyed the carrot cake cream cheese frosting too. Wish there was a way to have a warm cookie with cold frosting. read more

Do yourself a favor and go inside to pick up your order. Used curbside pick up and hit I'm here button. Showed I was #1 in lime at 1015. Watched two customers walk in and out to order. At 1026 walked inside and my order was sitting at table. Very slow service. Other locations have been quicker. read more

Tasted way too much like butter , way too overpriced for the quality of the cookies and a bad stomach ache

I ordered cookies to be delivered for a birthday. The cookies were delivered with nothing to say who they were from. It was supposed to have a birthday note and who the cookies were from, but there was nothing! I ended up calling the store later when I found out and they said there printer wasn't working. I think that is ridiculous! Write the note then...don't just send with no information on who its from and what its for. Common sense! read more

Never got to try their cookies because none of the 6 people working here could even look up and notice me for almost 10 minutes. There were two other customers waiting for their orders when I got there. When I finally got acknowledged there were zero customer service skills evident. It felt like I was in their way so I left. read more

My daughter has bought me one of there cookies decided to eat today after 2 days in the refrigerator it was hard like a rock it would of broke my tooth if I did so I threw away and on top of it its overpriced as well. Have to say I will never try again . read more

It looks like a nice place to visit and check it out and maybe buy and maybe buy something good to eat like chocolate chip Cookie's or any other cookies read more

The cookies tasted great! The customer service however, was not so great. The workers ignored me and my husband and they didn't even call out our order. When we finally asked about our cookies, they were no longer warm. They attended everyone else very well, but we also happened to be the only people of color there. I usually don't write reviews, but I've never seen such obvious discrimination. read more

Super quick service, always an overall great experience with fresh, delicious cookies

Honest to God the best cookies around. I think I've tried every cookie they make. Never had a bad one. I am pleasantly surprised this week with the cornbread cookie. Buttery and not too sweet. Crumble is worth it. read more

I was so pumped to order cookies from here. I read all the great reviews, I was thrilled about the curbside option, but it ended up being a disappointing experience. There is no assigned parking for curbside, but I tried to park close (the end of the walkway towards where the park their pink truck). It was a spot where I'd be easily seen, and I was confident I would be because I saw the curbside deliverer venture out further in both directions. I had a 5pm pick up and after finding close parking I ended up sending my arrival about 5:10, then waited, and waited, and waited. I watched the gentleman walk by several times and tried to call out to him, he walked right past me, completely avoiding eye contact. Several times I watched him walk out with boxes, do a quick lap and go back in. Since the website says they'll tell you when you can come in, I decided to call and see if walking in would be an issue because of covid. I was the second caller in line (cause they tell you) and after waiting for about 15 minutes i just decided to go inside. No one greeted me or the others that approached the pick up line. It wasn't until I stopped a girl that anyone acknowledged us. Once I did and I told her I had been waiting (at that point for 30+ minutes) she turns around and just kinda looks through a tablet until finally realizing my box was just tossed on the end of the table. When she hands it to me, I mention that through the box I could feel that the warm cookies were no longer warm and that I was pretty sure they chilled one was already warmed. I asked for a fresh box since it had been there for so long and since I was pretty sure the kid took it in and out and possibly tried to give it to another car. She basically said it was my fault they couldn't find me, gave a quick sorry and walked away. It was a busy place and im not a "Karen" so I didn't want to cause a scene. The cookies themselves were as expected. The warm ones had already cooled. The chilled one was warm and cause the frosting to stick all over the paper. The customer service needs an overhaul. I know the place is new, but im hoping they can pull it together. read more

My mother-in-law walked into your store to purchase cookies for my children as an after school treat. As she stood there, waiting in front of the plexiglass wall, staring at an iPad while 2 capable employees were chatting away she wondered if there was something she should be doing. There was no greeting "Hi, how can we help you?" Or " Is there something we can help you with?" As a first time customer she had no idea what to do and could not understand why she had to order on an iPad when there were 2 capable employees just standing there. After an awkward tutorial on the iPad on how to add cookies to a bag, she was asked how she would like to pay. No joke, the employee flips over the iPad and enters her cash payment into the same iPad. So, is this all for the purpose of infection control? Obviously you need to work out a couple kinks since both customer and employee both touched the same device. Are these employees aware that they are essentially training themselves out of a job? Why have a brick and mortar location? Save the rent, buy a couple of vending machines and 'sprinkle' them around Fresno and Clovis. Done. Same cookies, essentially the same service. ‍ read more

Terrible experience. Got wrong order TWICE and lady was very rude about it insisting it was the right order when i had the receipt to show it wasn't. i placed 2 orders and one came out fast while with the other, i watched 6 other people who came after me get their orders first. i also didn't get my points and contacted customer service who was no help. read more

Ok so as we all know the cookies taste SOOOO GOOD! BUT IM SO UPSET. I ordered curbside because I have mu daughter who is 3 and can't walk (disability) so I'm waiting outside 30 min after I've text saying I'm here for pickup. No response so I go inside ad to leave my daughter in the car I front of the place but still I didn't want to do that even tho I can see her. Then no luck inside .they say we will be bringing out shortly so I sit back in the car and still NOTHING. I waited in the car 55 min so I had to call and cancel and ask for a refund like there was no telling when I was getting it smh. read more

Alll the cookies are amazing!!!! Always fresh, and yummy! Highly recommend them for birthdays, just because of date night treats!

These cookies are yummy and served warm (unless they're served cold, then they're served cold). A warm chocolate chip cookie or a cold out of the fridge frosted sugar cookie? Delicious! And there is also some kind of magic that enables them to serve a warm cookie with frosting where the frosting doesn't melt and slide off onto your shirt. Last week I tried a peanut buttery deliciousness with frosting and some kind of peanut brittle crumbles (but not the teeth breaking kind) on top. I want another, but they change the menu every week. read more

I tried the red velvet, confetti and chocolate chip. These cookies are huge and really good!! I paid 14 for 4 cookies. The chocolate chip was alright, the chocolate wasn't melted into the dough. But the other 2 flavors were addicting; so chewwyy. Definitely recommend read more

Delicious Cookies!!! Love the way they rotate new flavors in Weekly! Beautiful presentation perfect for Gift giving. Our Go To Cookies!! Always Busy but we have never had a problem on wait times... I ordered cookies for my hubby at 2pm to be delivered same day at 6pm. I received a text that my order was on it's way. Door Dash called me saying my order couldn't be found and that the driver waited 30min as they searched for the order that I submitted online. Door dash called me back to say the order was found. 30 minutes later I received a text that my order was canceled. I'm now on hold confirming that my card will be reimbursed. When I initially called the automated system said my estimated wait time to be on hold would be 2 min. Its been 22 minutes. Now the estimated hold time is 18min. Hope they get it together! soon! read more

Went in today on Thursday their flavors were raspberry cheesecake , cookies and cream pumpkin and a chocolate lava was disappointed with the cookies the raspberry had no raspberry on it or in it it's just a plain cookie :( read more

Possibly some of the worst cookies I've eaten. The ones based on sugar cookies did what the name suggests, that is they literally crumbled. Texture was dry and borderline flavorless yet somehow still oily. The molten chocolate cookie was horrible. Not even sweet, just dry and bitter with only some hints of cocoa. I like semi sweet and bitter chocolate but this was cocoa and baking powder and flour mixed with shortening. I only give them 2 stars because their packaging was nice. There are all sorts of small bakery delivery places poping up that are leapyears better for the same price delivered to your home. Avoid this place. read more

If you want to be treated like dirt then this is the store for you. They were clearly having app problems today. That does not excuse the way those two store managers treated me and spoke to me today. It was completely unacceptable. One of them was sitting there on a personal call while her mouth would not stop. It even seemed like the worker was embarrassed the way her two managers were speaking to a paying customer. What they need to realize is if we don't walk through the door they don't have a store. I can guarantee one thing I will not be walking through that door again. read more

Best cookies in town! Hopefully they'll add more locations ! Their weekly menu is always amazing!!!
