Cookies wer uncooked the first time i came. Decided to return once again and ask for them to be cooked a bit longer. The worker replied they cannot be cooked at a higher temp or for any longer. I told her last time i got the cookies they were raw, she replied "they're not raw, just soft". There's a differences between RAW and SOFT lmao. These cookies are some of the best cookies I've had in my life!!! The cookies are rotating on a weekly basis with the exception of chilled sugar and warm chocolate chip which stay every week. The packaging is already a bonus!! Such a cute pink box!! They offer in store pick up, drive up and they will bring out to your car or delivery! Due to covid I have been very concerned. They have done interviews with local news outlets and remove their masks while other employees are preparing boxes for sale. On the first day they opened we went by and the employee working had her mask pulled down with nose exposed. I do not want a cookie with a side risk of Covid. Doesn't matter how good the cookies are. It's been too damn hot and there are too many people. People don't have much else to do. I normally don't visit clovis for anything. But for these cookies I did. They are good. It's covid 19, I don't go to an establishment expecting red carpet service. It is hard to find Parking but people literally have nothing else to do. So it is what it is. The cookies are good tho. It's funny watching people complain the "chilled" frosted cookie is cold. Lol! I don't like warm cookies, they ruin the taste for me. So I popped them all in the fridge. Warm cookies don't appeal to me...at all. But they were great once cooled down. But that's my preference. I look forward to the biscoff and lemon as I never got to try it. Had heard good things about Crumbl and was looking forward to the experience. Just had their basic chocolate chip, was sooo excited, then sooo disappointed. It tasted like uncooked dough - in a bad way. I mean, how can you mess up a chocolate chip cookie? They did. Bland, could not taste butter, only sugar and flour dough. One great thing, it was warm. Do not expect to be greeted upon entry. Wish they had a description of the cookies, not just a picture since looks are deceptive. Save your time and money. read more

These cookies are way too addicting!!! Fair warning...if you have one on any normal day, you will convince yourself that you should get one for your birthday. Then you will want one for every other holiday and celebration. You'll start missing important meetings and forget to pick up your kids from school to go grab a dozen cookies that you will quietly devour in an abandoned parking lot all by yourself. Full disclosure I have ordered the cookies multiple times and they were delicious however my most recent trip was different. I found a hair in the frosting of one of the cookies I ordered (right out of the box no one in the house touched them yet) and then waited for close to ten minutes on hold just to inform them. 3 1/2 stars. This is my forth time trying their cookies (seems like they change their flavors every two weeks). The last two times we ordered sugar cookie it was really good however the other day when I ordered it it tasted like cherry cough syrup. (Real turn off) . Today we ordered 2 boxes of 4 cookies and skipped the chilled sugar. 2 buckeye (go Ohio) , pumpkin Oreo, pop tart, 2 chocolate chip) , 2 carrot cake. I really miss their lemon cookie. The buckeye cookie is really good warmed, I microwaved it for 25 seconds (yummy) I enjoyed the carrot cake cream cheese frosting too. Wish there was a way to have a warm cookie with cold frosting. read more

It was supposed to have a birthday note and who the cookies were from, but there was nothing! I ended up calling the store later when I found out and they said there printer wasn't working. I think that is ridiculous! Write the note then...don't just send with no information on who its from and what its for. Common sense! read more
