Absolutely nothing great about this location. The customer service was non existent. They all look like and act like robots. Huge fire and parking hazard for the company over crowded store and parking lot. The cookies were average to below average. We got pick up but no one was helping walk ins. The store appears like a mental institution. Hard pass.

Blue cheesecake was AWFUL. Proportions were off and the actual cookie seemed underbaked, not as bad as last time, but still noticeable. 6/10 Vanilla crumb cake was AMAZING. The way the cream anr cookie would melt in your mouth was great. The taste was also just better then aver

Chocolate crumb cake not gods at all! 4/10

Worst Crumbl location ever! No one to help you in the front, and only 3 cookies available! I've been waiting over 1 hour for 1 snickerdoodle cookie! Go to another location!

Shocked by the low rating, the cookies here are great. I remembered when it first opened, the lines were super long, even if you preordered them. I decided to wait a bit until the hype died down. Now there are barely any lines anytime I come in. The flavors change weekly, except for the chocolate chip one, which is always on the menu. I personally love to check out the weekly cookie menu, there is always something in it that I like to try. My personal favorite is salted caramel cheesecake and of course, chocolate chip is always the star, especially when they are warmed up. Service can be hit or miss, hence the four stars instead of five. Sometimes, they are super warm and friendly, other times, they are stand-off and make you wait for awhile even though there isn't another customer. Overall, I always look forward to trying their cookies, can't wait for next week's menu!

As you walk into the place, you can smell the freshly baked cookies. It's intoxicating. They have a good amount of options that make it hard to choose. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The cookies are good but not great. They can be a little too sweet. That's coming from a 9 year old boy so it's saying something. I happened to like my toffe cookie but it is on the sweet side. They are also a bit expensive but they are huge!!

I was a little hesitant in trying this cookie shop when one of my friends told me about it. Staff: The staff here look like robots and do not smile, greet, or thank the customers. They just take the customers' orders and then the customers wait for the orders to be ready. I believe that the customer service here needs to be trained over again. They do not give you a receipt when you pay with card or cash. Cleanliness: It is beyond hot in this shop and there is no air conditioning while the customers are waiting. You can see cookie pieces/crumbs on the floor behind the cashier. You can also see used gloves on the floors as well. Wait: It is ridiculous that customers have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes just to order. Then we are told that they are out of certain flavors leaving us with only two cookie flavors to choose from. It is also ridiculous that we had to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes just to wait for the two cookie flavors to be prepared by the staff. Milk Chocolate Chip: This was a huge disappointment as there was no milk chocolate taste to it. Also, you can taste the dough from the cookie and when you look at the cookie after taking a bite you can see that it was not baked/cooked all the way. Galaxy Brownie: This was horrible as this tasted as if they just mashed a bunch of junk together. I do not even know what this is supposed to taste like as the named is deceiving with no brownie taste. Rocky Road: I am confused with what this is supposed to taste like as well. I tasted some nuts that are on top I assume. This also seemed like it was mashed together with some junk and was not baked/cooked all the way as well. My friend's dad got a stomachache after eating this. Overall: This place is over-priced with cookies that are not baked/cooked all the way and is a waste of money. They need to retrain the staff with customer service and take some basic baking classes. It is horrible that they are selling cookies that are not baked perfectly and has no taste to it. I will definitely not come back here anymore after this horrible experience.

I LOVE COOKIES. First visit and super excited absolutely this cookie place. I love this weeks flavor and excited to try the marshmallow one. I'm a bit bummed that they didn't have the fruit one, but they were still good. I also bought the cookie cutter, such a good buy!

Crumbl is super hit or miss with me on the rotating flavors. I feel like I usually really enjoy about three out of the six unique cookies and, to be honest, that's just not enough for me personally to justify consistently returning for new flavors considering how pricey the box of baked goods is. When they're good, they're really good, but when they're not, it's just kind of disappointing. The staff is super friendly and make sure to show you your order before you head out of the door to ensure accurate cookie count and flavor selection. This specific location was really tiny, with most of the space being where the employees were working behind the counter. Overall, this is a very divey snack spot and would recommend coming when they have flavors that really interest you.

Tried the fruity pebbles and milk chocolate chip. Cookies are giant, taste like undercooked cookie dough and had a similar taste to the refrigerated stuff you bake off from the supermarket. The base of both cookies tasted the same, as though chips were in one and pebbles topped the other. Steep price for blah cookie. Must order from app only. Located in the Whole Foods shopping center.

In the summer, they have outdoor seating as well. It's a bakery with fresh pastry items as well as a deli with lots of cold cut options and breakfast sandwiches. Since it was 1pm I ordered an Italian sandwich on a Portuguese roll with all the fix-ins. For dessert, a classic pastel de nata. The sandwich was delicious, although I felt it could use a little more meat. They went cheap, but still satisfying. The winner of the show was the pastel de nata. Tasted different than a traditional one from the famous Teixeira's bakery in Newark, but in a good way. Slightly sweeter and creamer, and it came out warm straight from the oven. Do yourself a favor and order a whole dozen to bring back home!

This is a super cute little bakery and coffee shop in Downtown Westfield. There is street parking…read moreand a few parking lots in the area so we just parked at one, wanted about, and also made a stop here. As a nod to the name (Kirshenbaum is German for cherry tree), there are little cherries everywhere inside from signs to wallpaper. Ample seats, natural light, friendly staff, plus delectable treats make this place a good one to stop at. They also serve light bites but as we were sort of hopping from one place to another on a Sunday, I only ordered a few sweet treats. BLACK FOREST: my daughter picked this, likely because she thought it was a chocolate cake. But it was not your average chocolate cake. A good sized slice with moist cake, cherries, and dark chocolate bits throughout, I highly enjoyed this one. It's perfectly sweet - though I admit my daughter finished the exterior layer of frosting so the thin layered in between the cake were ideal for my taste buds. It was a bit too elevated for my daughter who only really wanted your regular chocolate cake. MATCHA CRUFFIN: This is a croissant-muffin filled with matcha cream, rolled in sugar. The laminated dough was packed so not like your airy-but-crispy-exterior croissant, nor was it noticeable buttery, but it did do its job by keeping its shape and the layers helped give its name. It was lovely to pull apart, with a nice, chewy texture. The filling wasn't exactly in the center (I shared this with my husband) so I dipped a little into the filling (borderline reminded me of pastry cream) that my husband got. It's light but also has a very nice matcha flavor that comes through. RASPBERRY LYCHEE PIE: I love pie and I was happy to find a uniquely flavored one here especially since it reminded me of my favorite ice cream flavor in Europe at Haagen Dazs years back (rose raspberry lychee) so I pounced on it. First off, this is definitely a mousse pie. We're vegetarian so a part of me wonders if gelatin was used to make this so I likely won't get this a second time without me asking the necessary questions - but it is good. As with most mousse confections, this is light and delicate in a way. Airy. Still substantial that I didn't feel cheated out of my money but not too filling. Nothing overpowered each other and the flavors and textures worked together beautifully. There were chunks of raspberries but I don't recall actual bits of lychee fruit in there, though you do get the flavor of it in there. I absolutely love the interesting flavors here and the items I got. I especially am a fan of how everything is perfectly sweet. I have a sweet tooth, but only for things that aren't too sweet and this is completely up my alley. They do have gluten free options but nothing extensive. And I'm pretty sure they include eggs. I have a kid with multiple food allergies and he couldn't have anything here so I got him a bottle of apple juice and he was content with it. I'll definitely stop by again to try more items and get a drink to go with. Maybe get my daughter a cookie since I hear they're pretty good.

The service was patient and friendly as we took some time on what to order. I tried four different offerings. Double Chocolate Chip Cookie ($4.25) - This was a dark chocolate cookie with chocolate chip chunks. This was a good size, but it just fell short for me. I liked the chewy middle and texture, but it just felt like more chocolate could have been tasted as crazy as that sounds. Strawberry Jam Donut ($3.85) - This was a brioche donut filled with their own strawberry jam. The strawberry jam was the lone highlight here. It was great, but the actual donut was not. It was also a little small for the price. I just did not think I liked the brioche type of donut here. It needed to be sweeter, but that jelly, exceptional. Cheesy Jalapeno Croissant ($7) - This was filled with mozzarella cheese, pickled jalapeno peppers, and was topped with an everything seasoning. This was definitely the best product tried of the day. The croissant was flaky and light while the inside had plenty of jalapenos and mozzarella. The jalapenos of this particular one were quite spicy, which was nice. The everything topping was not needed I thought. Gluten Free Strawberry Lemon Cake Slice ($7.25) - This was a lemon vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream. This was a nice sized slice. If I did not know this was gluten free before eating, I do not think I would have been able to tell. Having said that though, the cake slice as a whole was just okay. The cake had good texture, and the buttercream was nicely done, but it just was alright and did not excite me. Maybe, I was missing the gluten! Will I go back? Possibly.

Passed by this place countless times since it's on a main Street in downtown Westfield and finally…read moremade it in with my family on a Saturday morning. We were greeted as soon as we walked in... and then I quickly realized there were THREE people behind the counter. We were the only ones there for a few moments before another family walked in behind us. They had gone there before so generally knew what they wanted. Me? Not so much. Despite how many people were working at the time, there were no explanations or help... but they do respond to questions. They have a few small tables but it's a relatively small store. There are display cases filled with cookies, pastries, cupcakes, and cakes. Lots of character in there, but nothing is labeled and there are no prices other than the cookies (they're purchased by weight... 1 lb is 10 cookies). I sort of ran with it, but since I don't know the names of half the items, this will be a more general review. I grabbed a lobster tail and a sfogliatelle. They look similar at first glance... but when I asked, they are definitely NOT the same thing. In fact, she sounded a bit offended I asked. Hahaha. She mentioned something about the sfogliatelle being baked? It also comes in two sizes and I got the large. I later ate them and... I'm not too sure what the difference is because they're similar in shape. The lobster tail seems to be a flaky pastry that was cut in half and the cream piped in. The sfogliatelle was not cut but it was filled as well and I'm pretty sure they added orange zest to it... I liked that. The lobster tail didn't have any citrus that I remembered. I enjoyed them... but we ate them the next day. They weren't the crispiest then. Also got two large cannoli's filled with the regular cream. Plus a cream puff filled with "custard" (you can opt for ricotta instead). And an interesting beige white tart and a teeny fruit tart (I actually wanted the bigger fruit tart but they got the mini one instead... I didn't notice until we got home since everything is packed behind the counter). Cannolis were pretty good! Lots of cream and the shells were still crisp, but you could taste the oil since they're deep fried. I should have gotten the smaller size so the proportions would have been more balanced. The cream puff was a cream puff? Nice and light with the thick filling inside that wasn't too sweet. The fruit tart was good with a standard sweet tart shortbread crust. The mystery lattice tart thing was good as well! Not sweet and had very interesting flavors... fairly certain almonds were a part of it. Probably a version of frangipane? My daughter got a Spider-Man cupcake. Their cupcakes have a thin icing type topping instead of your typical piped frosting on top. They're also filled with a buttery frosting that isn't too sweet! I was pleasantly surprised. I was apprehensive when she was adamant on getting that cupcake because they're often overly sweet. I would like to note that a lot of their creams/custard filled goodies use the same filling. And it's not what I expected. Custard, it said. The filling was definitely more dense, not too sweet (a great thing), but also slightly grainy. I can't say they were eggy and they were far from the consistency of pudding. I'm thinking they might be ricotta based? The most loose "filling" we ate was probably the cannoli cream. Overall, I'm not sure exactly what I ate since they never really went the extra step or elaborated when I asked questions. Very to the point for a group of teenagers who were behind the counter. They were nice? But sort of uninterested. They seemed a little more enthusiastic about the other family. Oh yes. I also ordered a coffee for my husband... which wasn't rung up. I went back wondering where it was and it turns out it was forgotten about but we did eventually get it. He got a large and it is a HUGE cup. So... the goodies were pretty good. I was surprised in several ways - the fact I'm not too sure what I ordered and that they were perfectly sweet. But I found service lacking a bit. I will likely go back again if I'm in the area but I'd probably be just as clueless. We would have tried the goodies there and stayed longer but one of my kids has multiple food allergies and the place doesn't seem great for that (or for non-regulars) so we ate them later when our kid could have something as well. The pastries ended up being about $4-5 each and the cupcake was $4.50 - so the total adds up FAST. There is an automatic 3.75% service charge that was added on... not sure what that's about? The total was about $40 at the end, not including tip. My rating is a 3 because though I generally enjoyed the treats I got, I have mixed feelings due to the experience on this first visit as a whole. I'm hoping my future visits will be better.

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.
