Good experience - I want to like crumbl but I think the cookies make me feel slightly ill, I think it's just the incredibly long list of ingredients - sugar and oils and not this location specific lol. This location was fine, easy parking. They did hand my husband a box with pink icing on the bottom so it got all over his shorts while he held the box in the car :/ not great. Overall not sure we'll go back but I love the concept and we did like the new "cake" flavor this week, churro. Yum. read more

The cookies are always delicious, and I love that they rotate them weekly. You can never go wrong with chocolate chip and anything with citrus. I put my order in yesterday. They did run out of one of the cookies I ordered. The replacement looks yummy though. I was not crazy about the music blaring "f" bombs. Glad no kids were there. read more

This place is awful. The staff seem miserable, and the customer service is terrible. They don't know anything so they said. Asked us to let them know if we needed anything and I stated we are ready to order. One of the kids stepped in and rotated the screen without saying a word. Lazy. I'm going to the Woolbright location which is much better. The cookies from here were dry compared to other stores the last time I ordered here anyways. This location does not honor Crumbl's Military discounts so local military families beware. I suggest going elsewhere. Screen at register was notably sticky and gross. No surprise. Taking an order is asking too much so expecting the staff to wipe down the screen would be a miracle. read more

Uh oh. This location is closer to my house and I'm not going to think about it for a minute or two ;) The cookies are the bomb! After trying it at a different location a few months ago, I didn't hesitate to go on its grand opening weekend. Just to find out that they are closed on Sundays. Boo to me for not checking that before hand! Don't worry, I returned less than a week later and got a half dozen cookies to share with my family. It smells so heavenly in there and I could honestly eat just the dough without the fancy fixings on top. There is a couple ordering stations you can choose to use as you please or wait for a cashier to take your order. Each order is made fresh and the cookies are still warm when you get them. There is NOTHING like a soft baked cookie. NOTHING! The flavors we were able to get were dark dream, peanut butter munch, cake batter, chocolate chip, pink Cadillac sugar, and strawberry milk. Do yourself a favor and break up the cookies by quarters since they are huge in portion. We did not eat all of them in one sitting and it did not disappoint. The staff was hard at work making the delicious cookies by hand and getting it out to the customers. The menu flavors changes weekly, so it's fun to see what new ones they have in store for our sweet fix. Run there to get the pink box that brings family and friends together! read more

Size: cookies are baseball sized, plenty to split with others. They also sell a cute pink cookie cutter for $5 I gave Crumbl a try on opening day, thanks for advertising on Facebook. There was a line of people waiting, but it kept on moving. People were let in when others walked out. There is no sit down here, you can order with a cashier or they have 2 self kiosks to use. They have a rewards program, where you can get notified of new flavors too and earn loyalty points towards future cookie purchases. read more

They also were super overpriced for what they were. Refused to issue refund and we didn't get the cookies we paid for, stay away. Absolutely an unreal experience trying to buy cookies tonight. We purchased a 4 pack of cookies. While waiting we were informed that they were out of the cookie we ordered 2 of, along with 2 of the other cookies of the 5 on the menu. After we were informed of the issue, I asked for a refund of the difference between the 2 cookies we wanted and the 4 we paid for, simple enough. Apparently that isn't actually simple at this store. We were informed by the employee that he had to call his manager before issuing any refunds as per her instructions. When she didn't answer, we were told even though we didn't get the cookies we paid for, we also would not be getting a refund until she called back. I'm pretty sure that is just illegal and if it isn't it is close to the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Yes, Crumbl makes fantastic cookies but at $4.50 I struggle to become a regular customer. My wonderful wife brought home a chocolate chip cookie that was large enough to split and had all the characteristics of a 5-star cookie: freshly baked, slightly underdone so that it was doughy and chewy, and full of high-quality milk chocolate chips. Absolutely delicious! Better than home-made ... and without the effort. I like Crumbl's approach of rotating cookie flavors weekly to keep cookie-lovers like me coming back. I will likely only do so on special occasions though because of the exorbitant price. There are many other places that sell excellent cookies for 1/3 the price. In fact, one of those places is the Winn-Dixie grocery store in the same shopping center. Not that a $4.50 cookie will break my piggy bank. It's just a matter of not wanting to overpay for something that can be found elsewhere at a much lower price. I'm new to this cookie thing. But my daughter and Atlanta told me all about it so when I drove a pond one I had to change OK these are not smart cookie company type of cookies folks! These bad boys are expensive however they are worth it. I had chocolate chip and a strawberry something or other. I broke those cookies up and threes and was able to enjoy them for A couple of days. Employees would not open the door nor give me a refund for the cookies I had purchased. I called the store & employee stated I had to come back tomorrow to get the items I purchased, as if I don't live 25 minutes away . I was unable to cancel my mobile order due to clicking the "I'm here button". Very dissatisfied with this location considering this isn't the first time the employees are rude. This location needs to change its business hours & mobile ordering hours if they are going to close prior to the posted time.
