I got two cookies - snickerdoodle and chocolate caramel and a cheesecake. The inside of the store is bright and fresh and doesn't feel too crowded. There was a lovely young woman with her daughter selling cookies and cakes in a jar. I was impressed by how well she knew and described her product. Her young daughter also introduced herself and it was obvious that she feels part of the business with her mom. I purchased two of the cakes in a jar. One was a special Mardi Gras with cinnamon bourbon and sprinkles, the other was Dark Chocolate with white cream frosting.  Both were absolutely delicious. At only $7 each they were well worth the price!  I will return to the next Farmers Market and this time try some of the beautiful unusual cookies. Since I can't get my sugar cream pie from Locally Grown Gardens anymore, this has become my go to spot when I'm craving a slice. The shop itself is cozy and clean, with a couple of tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy your pie right away. They have an outdoor seating area that would be perfect for enjoying a slice on a nice summer day. They also have merch available for purchase. For me there are two factors that brought the rating to below expectations. 1.) I didn't think the food was good quality. I tried the peach and cherry coblers. For me, the filling tasted like canned pie filling and the crust was pretty mediocre as well. 2.) The hours here are strange- I feel like I drove by numerous times in hopes they would be open to give it try. My understanding is when they are open they close when they run out of product for the day (fair enough- and it seems popular with locals). All in all, I probably won't be back to Two Chicks but it seems like a popular spot for other people. Maybe you'll enjoy it more than me :)
