I have been to multiple locations but for some reason this one has been slacking. I'm not sure if there is a manual for making these cookies, but they just get worse each visit. When this place first opened up, the cookies were made to look delicious, but that has changed. Sometimes they would show you your cookies and ask if everything looks good and sometimes they don't. The reason for the mediocre rating is mainly for the cookies. I ordered two smores cookies for my wife because they are her favorite and basically I got a chocolate chip cookie. I looked at my cookies and they barely made the cookie with marshmallow filling. It looked so sad compared to what they actually advertised. I ended up giving them to someone else and bought more from another location. I'm not sure if I'm coming back to the Bristow location, they need to get their cookies back to normalcy. read more

November 2021 - COVID Review: I forgot that there was a Crumbl location in Manassas/Bristow until I happened to be in the same shopping center for an errand. It's great that they're open late (til midnight!) for the late night sweets cravings. The staff were super nice and my order came out quick since I opted to order on the tablet instead of waiting in line. They're closed on Sundays so that they can change out their menu weekly! read more

I continue to eat here like every week. I think I've skipped one week since I first reviewed a month ago (sadly). I've since had the key lime, the midnight mint, the dark double/triple chocolate one (I can't remember the name exactly), the regular sugar, the chocolate chip, the s'mores, and the apple pie. Every. Single. One. Is. Outstanding. The midnight is by far my fave. The mint doesn't taste fake or overpowering and it marries so nicely with the fudgy chocolate cookie. The key lime was tart, the crust delicious. The all chocolate one is delightfully rich and fudgy. The regular sugar cookie is just.... It's amazing. The icing is sweet, the cookie itself tastes like a rich, buttery pie crust (which I LOVE). The regular ol' chocolate chip is anything but regular.... It's thick, it's gooey, the chips are tasty, the cookie itself buttery, sweet, salty - I mean it is OUTSTANDING. The apple pie cookie is good except there's a weird (to me) note in the pie filling that I didn't care for, but it was so mellow I was able to overlook it. Lastly, the s'mores - I was afraid it would be too dense and sandy and crumbly because I think it's primarily made of chopped up graham crackers. It surprisingly wasn't. It held a nice texture. Anyway I have to stop eating here so much but it's my go to place for stress eating, celebration eating, and I mean what's not to love about made from scratch gourmet soft cookies?! read more

We've visited this Crumbl nearly every week since they opened and have not been disappointed yet. They rotate cookie flavors weekly and we have enjoyed sampling many different cookies. So far our favorites are the churro, salted caramel brownie and waffle cookie with maple syrup. Lines can get a little long on the weekend but you can order ahead on their app and they will bring it out to your car! Staff service varies from super friendly and outgoing to somewhat bored but they are always quick with the cookies and keep the lines moving. Parking: two spots right in front for car delivery otherwise you're walking across to the general mall parking which is plentiful. Overall a great place to stop and fulfill that cookie craving. read more

First crumbl cookies visit! The menu here changes weekly so be sure to look ahead if there are flavors you will enjoy. We were pretty excited to try this weeks flavors because we figured we liked most of the flavors. Chocolate with caramel was 10/10. The banana bread was just ok, the strawberry was really good but lacking strawberry flavor but a good cookie nevertheless. Mint chocolate was 10/10 and the monster cookie wasn't our favorite but was good. The cookies are pretty expensive but they are really warm and fresh which makes it worth it. Update review: the manager reached out after my review and wanted me to give crumbl a second chance so I did. I am SO glad that I did because they have NOT let me down since! I think it's more about knowing what you like and kinda sticking to it. I've been back prolly 3/4 times since and I've been loving them! I'm almost ashamed I said they were nasty. The most recent was the banana cream pie & the dirt cake. Man they were so enjoyable I almost wanted to get another of each since I shared them. Crumbl cookies is definitely bombbbbb and I recommend them to anyone who loves cookies or sweets in general! Shout out to the manager for going the extra mile for giving me credit to try them again. That gesture got me to not only give them a second chance but made me a fan! I look at the app every week on Monday to see what's coming out now. Crumbl cookies was a great experience. I only liked one cookie and that was the golden Oreo , it was warm and the icing wasn't too sweet..maybe a bit too much icing though. The lime coconut was nasty, the cinnamon swirlcookie was overly sweet and chocolate chip tasted like a biscuit. I will be coming back to try more flavors ! read more

This Crumbl is a newer establishment which I didn't actually know before we went. We arrived later in the day and tried each of their flavors of the week. Hope to change this on another day, but bad start. We ordered through the app and I clicked I'm here. Then I heard our order named called and they kept saying door dash. I told them that I think it's mine, but I'm not door dash. They went inside to confirm, then came back out and said yes this is it. I walked to my car and opened the box to multiple wrong cookies. So I went back and waited and asked the girl about all the missing cookies. She was kind and politely responded, "oh we were out so we just gave you these." And then she left. I'll give it to the staff, super friendly on an overwhelming day. It was 6pm, but they should have come out to say "hey, we are out what would you like instead?" Or "would you wait 15 min for fresh ones?" For $38 for 12 COOKIES, they need to communicate a little more and not just force cookies in our box we don't want more of. Especially at least communicate it. The box was sealed and I could have drove home not knowing a thing. Hoping they get do better communicating going forward. read more

First of all, take some of the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt as the app offers free rewards points to leave them a Yelp review. This location has only been open for a few days. I ordered a pickup order which was nice to bypass the line. However, once I opened the box to check the order two of the 6 cookies were wrong. They told us that the ones selected were out of stock, and they just picked a couple of random cookies as replacements. Note that I had to check the order, they would not have told me otherwise. I would have happily waited to get the right cookies, or would have liked the option of picking which ones to replace them with. For $4 a cookie I don't want any plain chocolate chip ones. This location needs some work on keeping the app stock updated, or just customer communication. This is their first week though, so hopefully it gets better. read more
