Wow!!! These were really yummy! My son and I said we were going to try crumbl months ago and finally did! We chose the 4 pack and it did not disappoint. I didn't know exactly how crumbl operates but apparently there are "weekly" flavors. We arrived and selected the 4 options we wanted to try. We chose Smores, Cornbread, a patriotic birthday cake cookie option and the strawberry shortcake. I was completely on the fence about this "strawberry shortcake" since it wasn't a cookie but it was probably our favorite out of our selections. It's the first item we tried and soooooo surprising delish! Top tier strawberry shortcake, it's simple and appeared underwhelming to me but boy was it scrumptious! They totally nailed this one and well worth the $0.99 upgrade. The s'mores may have been my least favorite, not bad per se but nothing that really stands out and screams s'mores. The cornbread was so good, spot on to a corn bread loaf I bake at home. The honey whipped frosting dollop atop pulled the entire thing together. Very very tasty! The patriotic cookie was great but we both agreed, the frosting was very sweet and this cookie could really do with about half the amount. We skipped chocolate chip because I wanted options a bit less basic than a standard chocolate chip. I like how simple and straight forward the ordering and boxing of your completed order is. Tons of people were coming and going during our short visit. Very popular place. We'll definitely return again, good stuff! I loved seeing the smaller catering options. If you're looking for a yummy cookie offering for an event I think this would be a very fun option. read more

I'm so glad to have this cookie store in Columbus!!! I can't wait to try it next time I go back home to visit family there. I've heard great things about it. We're traveling in San Antonio right now and tried to stop at a Crumbl to have 7 of us try these cookies but apparently they are like Chick Fil A and are closed on Sunday which was too bad. This was our first time to this location for Crumbl and it was in a very convenient storefront off of Bradley Park. The store is clean, modern, and simple. The staff was also extremely helpful in helping us decide what to order. I'll be honest that I am not 100 percent sold on Crumbl being the perfect cookie. I think some of the flavors are often a hit or miss, but my kiddos enjoy trying the different flavors as a fun treat. I love that the majority of the weekly cookies also can be bought in a smaller version because those big ones are BIG. I went to get cookies here yesterday, they looked good from the top so I ate them. An hour after eating them I didn't feel well at all. This morning I woke up cramping, vomiting, and having diarrhea. I was confused so I broke open the other cookies I had ordered from the 4 pack. And I was disgusted to see that they were undercooked and raw. I will never be buying here again. Review the place and leave the politics out! The cookies are delicious,especially the chocolate chip. But beware of the calories, it lists calories for 1/4 of a cookie! Ordering is easy as you don't have to engage a salesperson if they are busy baking, or you can order ahead on the app. I've never had a cookie I didn't like! read more

What am I looking for in a cookie store? Great cookies, fast and friendly service. I've been to Crumbl now a couple times. I made sure I returned the following week when the flavors changed. The cookies were brought for a small party and were a big hit. Favorites were maple glaze, and chocolate crumb cake Oreo. Great cookies served quickly and with a smile. Were the cookies good? Sure. But the customer service and the competency of the shift leaders is lacking. I ordered a 4 pack which was messed up. When I called to notify them of the mistake the manager on duty at first said "well we're almost closed so I don't know what to..." and then stopped himself to say I could come the next day for a replacement. When I called the next day a young woman told me she would have my cookies and I could pull up and call to let them know to bring them out. But when I arrived, the same manager from the night before tells me I have to come in and show proof and clarify what I need. Which completely conflicts with what I had been told before coming back. So I wait 10 minutes to speak with someone inside, but while I am talking the man who asked me to come inside, a young woman says "oh I have your order here you go". It really shouldn't be this confusing and frustrating, especially when you charge $4 a cookie plus tip. Really hoping they get their stuff together. read more

Both times I've been to this location I've been given FROZEN solid cookies. Not to place to go for warm or even fresh cookies.

Since I can't give you a rating of 0 this will have to do! I came to purchase Birthday cookies for my sister who I have called "Sissy 2 all my life! I ordered and added a note saying, "happy birthday Sissy!" Upon receiving the box the note read "Happy Birthday *****!" My daughter went back to ask why and we were informed the computer bleeps out offensive words automatically. Are you joking me! You can keep your cookies and your woke beliefs. Last I checked, the First Amendment protects against freedom of speech. Since when does a common nickname for a sister, qualify as offensive speech and be censored as such? While I understand some may take advantage of this option to write inappropriate comments but it's really unfortunate that this corporation does not allow for a simple override in their system for instances like this for genuine and unoffensive messages. read more

Why does every single cookie that I have tried from here always seem to be under baked and or raw. It's kinda ridiculous

I enjoy coming here. The staff is so nice. Went to the Auburn location today and felt as if I wasn't wanted, no one spoke or so much as looked our way when we walked in. Never going back there. This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes they'll deliver great cookies and then you go back and they miss the mark tremendously. For me, their misses involve underbaked cookies. I can deal with a cookie on the softer side but when they're almost raw in the center we have a problem. Once, my sister ordered waffle and it was raw. She called and the manager told her to come back for a replacement. She went back a day or so later and that one was also raw. It took literally 4x for them to give her a fully baked cookie. An example for me was last week's line up. All of the cookies i ordered were underbaked and very soft. I went on Monday and also got the new tres leches cake which was PERFECTION! We all enjoyed it so we went back Thursday and got 3 more and that time around wasn't any where like the first one I ordered earlier in the week. It didn't have near as much milk at the bottom so the cake was much drier. So again, if this location were more consistent I'd definitely rate them higher. The cookies are definitely good but I don't know how good I can say they are when I put in an online order for a scheduled pickup and waited over an hour AFTER the allotted time AND the cookie I ordered was "out of stock" at the time of pickup even though I ordered my pickup 3 hours in advance to ensure that I would get all of the flavors. The attitude on some of the employees is rancid. definitely wouldn't fly in my job or in my house. Customer service is not important to this business. Only thing they have going for them is the flavor of the cookie IF they have it in stock. read more

The cookies were tasteless and underdone. For the price I would not return. I will concede that the restaurant was new.

If I could give this 0 stars then I would. The app is very glitchy. It rarely works. Additionally when the DoorDash driver picks up your order, you have zero contact with them and are not given any information. My order was picked up by a driver who then proceeded to cancel my order which allowed him to get free cookies that I paid for. Then when I called the store, the employee told me the order was picked up and on the way. After 40 minutes of waiting, I called the store and they told me they could not do anything about it since the deliveries are handled through DoorDash once it gets picked up. The only way I found out my drivers name was "Greg" was from the store. Other than his name, I was given no information to even begin sorting out the problem. I then asked for a refund or a new box of cookies and the employee said no since only the manager could authorize that. I had to eventually dispute the charge through my credit card company since Crumbl still tried to charge me for no service. I will never be giving them my service again after this encounter. If you're going to make me use your app then make your app encompassing to where I can at least contact my driver. Terrible customer service. reported this to the better business bureau.
